Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of liquefied gas storage, and particularly relates to an insulating and cold-insulating block for a film storage tank.
Background
In recent decades, with the continuous maturation of natural gas liquefaction technology, the global consumption of natural gas has been continuously increasing. The liquefied natural gas in large remote gas fields can be transported to markets which cannot be reached by pipelines, and a whole industrial chain is developed. As an indispensable storage facility in the LNG (liquefied natural gas) industrial chain, the LNG storage tank is also a key link of the LNG receiving station with the highest construction investment, the longest construction period, the most advanced technology and the most difficult point, and the technical development of the LNG storage tank is of great interest to the industry. In recent years, LNG storage tanks have been becoming larger in size, and the advantages of film-type storage tanks have become more prominent.
The gas storage tank is a container for storing oil products. The main facilities of the oil depot. In pipeline transportation, the pipeline is an oil source interface of an oil pipeline. It can be divided into overground gas tank, underground gas tank and cave gas tank according to the building characteristics. The transport oil depot, the distribution oil depot and the subsidiary oil depots of enterprises are generally preferably selected from overground gas tanks, and the strategic reserve oil depot and the military oil depot are commonly selected from cave gas tanks, underground gas tanks and semi-underground gas tanks. The material can be divided into two categories of non-metal gas tanks and metal gas tanks. The metal gas tank is widely used due to low cost, difficult leakage, convenient construction and easy maintenance.
With the continuous growth of the gas industry in China, the consumption market of low-temperature frozen liquefied gas represented by liquefied natural gas, liquid nitrogen, liquid hydrogen and liquid helium is rapidly increased, and the storage requirements of the liquid hydrogen and the liquid helium are higher and higher, particularly the low-temperature storage.
In addition, chinese patent publication No. CN113790388A, entitled metal cryogenic film land tank insulation cold insulation box for storing frozen liquefied gas, is of the type comprising: the lower supporting plate, the inner supporting plate, the insulating cold-insulating material, the upper supporting plate, the metal strip-shaped plate or the pre-groove, the fixed reinforced wedge lug and the mounting hole plate. But the insulating cold insulation function of current film storage tank still has the not convenient to dismantle and assembles, and insulating cold insulation effect is relatively poor and the lower problem of packaging efficiency.
Therefore, it is necessary to invent an insulating and cold-insulating block for a thin film storage tank.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides an insulating and cold-insulating block for a film storage tank, which aims to solve the problems that the insulating and cold-insulating functions of the existing film storage tank are inconvenient to disassemble and assemble, the insulating and cold-insulating effects are poor and the assembling efficiency is low.
An insulation cold-keeping block for a film storage tank comprises a lower supporting plate, an insulation cold-keeping plate and an upper supporting plate, wherein the lower supporting plate, the insulation cold-keeping plate and the upper supporting plate are connected together to form a standard module; the lower supporting plate, the insulating and cold-insulating plate and the upper supporting plate are integrally in a sandwich structure form; the lower supporting plate, the insulating cold insulation plate and the upper supporting plate are combined to form a wall surface main insulation box, a bottom surface main insulation box, a wall surface secondary insulation box and a bottom surface secondary insulation box.
Preferably, the wall surface main insulation box further comprises a secondary shielding installation groove I, a main insulation box installation groove I, an insulation plate I, a lower plywood I, an upper plywood I and a welding heat protection belt installation groove I, and the main insulation box installation groove I is formed in the upper portion of the wall surface main insulation box; the first insulation plate is clamped between the first lower plywood and the first upper plywood; the first insulating plate, the first lower plywood and the first upper plywood are arranged in a glued mode; and the first welding heat protection belt mounting groove is arranged on the inner side of the wall surface main insulation box.
Preferably, the bottom surface main insulation box further comprises a secondary shielding installation groove II, a main insulation box installation groove II, a main shielding installation hole II, an insulation plate II, a lower plywood II, an upper plywood II and a welding heat protection belt installation groove II, and the main insulation box installation groove II is formed in the middle of four sides of the outer side of the bottom surface main insulation box; the second main shielding mounting hole is formed in the middle of the upper part of the second secondary shielding mounting groove; the second insulating plate is clamped between the second lower plywood and the second upper plywood and is glued with each other; and the second welding heat protection belt mounting groove is formed in the upper side of the bottom surface main insulation box.
Preferably, the wall surface secondary insulation box further comprises a secondary shielding mounting groove III, a secondary insulation box mounting groove III, a secondary insulation mounting hole III, an insulation plate III, a lower plywood III and an upper plywood III, and the secondary shielding mounting groove III is arranged on the inner side of the wall surface secondary insulation box in a three-way mode; the secondary insulation box mounting grooves III are respectively formed in the upper part and the lower part of the wall secondary insulation box; the third secondary insulation mounting hole is formed in the lower plywood; and the third insulating plate is clamped between the third lower plywood and the third upper plywood and is arranged by mutual gluing.
Preferably, the bottom secondary insulation box further comprises a secondary shielding mounting groove IV, a secondary insulation box mounting groove IV, a secondary insulation mounting hole IV, an insulation plate IV, a lower plywood IV and an upper plywood IV, and the secondary shielding mounting groove IV is transversely arranged at the upper part of the bottom secondary insulation box; the secondary insulation box mounting grooves IV are respectively formed in the middle positions of four outer sides of the bottom secondary insulation box; the fourth secondary insulation mounting hole is positioned in the fourth secondary insulation box mounting groove and is formed in the fourth lower plywood; and the fourth insulating plate is clamped between the fourth lower plywood and the fourth upper plywood and is arranged by mutual gluing.
Preferably, the lower support plate and the upper support plate are respectively at least one of low temperature resistant plywood, glass fiber reinforced plastic plate, polytetrafluoroethylene, polyether ether ketone and metal sheet with the thickness of 1mm-50 mm.
Preferably, the insulating cold-keeping plate, namely the first insulating plate, the second insulating plate, the third insulating plate and the fourth insulating plate, are respectively made of low-temperature foam plastics with the thickness of 100mm-600 mm.
Preferably, the wall surface main insulation box and the wall surface secondary insulation box are respectively clamped at the upper parts of the bottom surface main insulation box and the bottom surface secondary insulation box.
Preferably, the wall surface main insulation box and the wall surface secondary insulation box are clamped and connected in parallel; the wall surface main insulating box and the wall surface secondary insulating box can also be arranged in an overlapped and clamped mode.
Preferably, the bottom surface main insulating box and the bottom surface secondary insulating box are clamped and connected in parallel; the bottom surface main insulating box and the bottom surface secondary insulating box can also be arranged in an overlapping and clamping mode.
Preferably, the wall surface main insulating box, the bottom surface main insulating box, the wall surface secondary insulating box and the bottom surface secondary insulating box can be used for manufacturing cold insulation blocks with different shapes according to different arrangement positions, such as a plane insulating cold insulation block, a wall surface insulating cold insulation block and a corner area insulating cold insulation block.
Preferably, the wall surface main insulation box, the bottom surface main insulation box, the wall surface secondary insulation box and the bottom surface secondary insulation box can be used for manufacturing insulation and cold insulation blocks with different functions according to different requirements of the functions, such as the main insulation and cold insulation block and the secondary insulation and cold insulation block, and the double-layer insulation and cold insulation block achieves double cold insulation effects.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
the cold insulation performance of the insulating cold insulation block of the thin film storage tank is improved, the storage time of liquid goods is prolonged, the natural evaporation rate of the liquid goods is greatly reduced, the modular design scheme is adopted, the standard insulating cold insulation box is of a prefabricated structure, the thin film storage tank insulation installation structure is suitable for thin film storage tanks of different sizes, and the installation efficiency of the thin film storage tank is improved.
