A beverage extraction device according to claim 6 wherein the transmission structure comprises a first link (81), a second link (82) and a third link (83), one end of the first link (81) being hinged to the lower side of the handle (7) by a horizontally arranged first transmission shaft (84), the other end of the first link (81), one end of the second link (82) and one end of the third link (83) being hinged by a horizontally arranged second transmission shaft (85), the other end of the second link (82) being hinged to the rear of the second machine member (2) by a horizontally arranged third transmission shaft (86), the other end of the third link (83) being rotatably connected to the locking shaft (20).
8. A beverage extraction device according to claim 7, wherein the line connecting the locking shaft (20) and the third drive shaft (86) is located above the second drive shaft (85) when the second member (2) is in the closed position.

The beverage extraction device according to claim 6, wherein the second member (2) is provided with a strip-shaped hole (21) on each side, the first member (1) is provided with a hook (3) on each side, and the two ends of the locking shaft (20) respectively penetrate through the strip-shaped holes (21) on the corresponding side and can be connected with the hook parts (31) on the corresponding side in a matching manner; the transmission structures are divided into two groups, and each group of transmission structures is respectively arranged close to the side wall of the corresponding side of the second machine element (2).
