In the present embodiment, the lid opening handle 51 is disposed at the top of the lid body 30 for controlling opening and closing of the lid, a transmission plate 521 engaged with the lid opening handle 51 is disposed below the lid opening handle 51, and the transmission rod 522 and the transmission plate 521 are fixedly connected, specifically, as shown in fig. 7, the transmission rod 522 is connected to the transmission plate 521 through a screw, a connection hole is disposed on the transmission rod 522, and a screw hole is disposed at a corresponding position on the transmission plate 521. With the cover opening and closing movement, the transmission rod 522 can move back and forth relative to the cover body 30, and trigger the limit slider 40 to limit and engage with or disengage from the first coupler 11 (i.e., move in the horizontal direction in fig. 8), so as to control the lock cylinder 421 to engage with or disengage from the first coupler 11.
In this embodiment, the cooking appliance is a multi-functional electric pressure cooker. Of course, in the embodiment not shown in the figures, the cooking appliance can also be an electric cooker, a low-pressure rice cooker, a soybean milk maker, a food processor, a cooking machine, an electric stewpan, a multifunctional pot and the like.

the cooker comprises a cooker body (10), wherein a first coupler (11) is arranged on the cooker body (10);

the cover body (30) is covered on the pot body (20), and a second coupler (31) which is in plug fit with the first coupler (11) is arranged on the cover body (30);
the limiting sliding block (40) is movably arranged in the cover body (30) so that the limiting sliding block (40) is in limiting fit with the first coupler (11) or is released from limiting fit, and when the limiting sliding block (40) is in limiting fit with the first coupler (11), the cover body (30) is limited on the cooker body (10);
and the driving structure (50) is arranged on the cover body (30), and the driving structure (50) drives the limit sliding block (40) to be in limit fit with the first coupler (11) or to be released from limit.
2. The cooking appliance according to claim 1, wherein the driving structure (50) comprises a lid opening linkage mechanism and a transmission rod (522), and the lid opening linkage mechanism drives the limit slider (40) to move through the transmission rod (522).

The cooking appliance according to claim 2, wherein the position-limiting slider (40) is provided with a lock cylinder (421), the first coupler (11) is provided with a lock hole (60) matched with the lock cylinder (421), and when the position-limiting slider (40) is in position-limiting matching with the first coupler (11), the lock cylinder (421) is inserted into the lock hole (60).
4. The cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the second coupler (31) is provided with an escape hole (311) that escapes the lock cylinder (421).

The cooking appliance according to claim 3, wherein the moving direction of the transmission rod (522) is crossed with the moving direction of the limit slider (40), a first trigger slope (5221) is arranged on the transmission rod (522), and a second trigger slope (411) matched with the first trigger slope (5221) is arranged on the limit slider (40).
6. The cooking appliance according to claim 5, wherein the first trigger ramp (5221) is provided with a trigger protrusion (5222) protruding towards the second trigger ramp (411).
7. The cooking appliance according to claim 5, wherein the limit slider (40) comprises a slider body (41) and an extension plate (42) extending downward, the second trigger slope (411) is disposed on the slider body (41), and the lock cylinder (421) is disposed on the extension plate (42).
