The working principle of the automatic roll changing and winding system for double-layer materials provided by the embodiment is as follows: after entering a first guide roller 32, a double-layer cloth and a leather product which pass through a storage loop enter a space between a first separation roller 34 and a second separation roller 35, the rotation directions of the first separation roller 34 and the second separation roller 35 are opposite, the upper layer of the double-layer cloth and the leather product winds the first separation roller 34 and enters a first automatic roll changing device and a first winding device through the first guide roller 32 to be wound, the winding principle is as in embodiment 2, the lower layer of the double-layer cloth and the leather product winds the second separation roller 35 and enters a second automatic roll changing device and a second winding device, and the winding process is as in embodiment 2.
