In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 5 to 11, the rehabilitation nursing bed further comprises: a first crossbar 240 and a second crossbar 250; the first back rod 212 is provided with a first sliding groove 217 with the length direction parallel to the width direction of the bed body 100, and the first shank rod 215 is provided with a second sliding groove 218 parallel to the width direction of the bed body 100; one end of the first cross bar 240 is pivotally connected to the first sliding slot 217; the other end of the first cross bar 240 is pivoted with the second back bar 221; one end of the second cross bar 250 is pivotally connected to the second sliding groove 218; the other end of second crossbar 250 is pivotally connected to second calf pole 224. The first sliding slot 217 and the second sliding slot 218 can ensure that when the lifting frame 200 drives the patient to turn left or right, due to the height difference between the first side bar 210 and the second side bar 220, the distance between the first side bar 210 and the second side bar 220 changes, so that the first sliding slot 217 and the second sliding slot 218 are required to extend the lengths of the first cross bar 240 and the second cross bar 250, so as to ensure that the first side bar 210 and the second side bar 220 can be lifted normally, and movement interference can be avoided. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 12, the bed body 100 has a back support plate 110, a hip support plate 120, a thigh support plate 130, and a shank support plate 140, which are sequentially arranged; the back plate 110 is pivoted on the bed 100, the bed 100 is provided with a first driving device 150 for driving the back plate 110 to swing around the hip plate 120, and the back plate 110 is positioned below the first back rod 212 and the second back rod 221. The positions of the back support plate 110, the hip support plate 120, the thigh support plate 130 and the shank support plate 140 correspond to the positions of the first back rod 212, the first hip rod 213, the first thigh rod 214 and the first shank rod 215 in sequence, so that the back support plate 110, the hip support plate 120, the thigh support plate 130 and the shank support plate 140 of the bed body 100 can provide enough support for the support pad 230 on the lifting frame 200, and the patient can be supported in more postures conveniently. Mattresses can be laid on the back supporting plate 110, the hip supporting plate 120, the thigh supporting plate 130 and the shank supporting plate 140 to provide buffer belts, so that the patient lying bed is more comfortable; when the lifting frame 200 is in an initial state, the mattress at the back support plate 110 abuts against the support pad 230 between the first back bar 212 and the second back bar 221, and when the first driving device 150 drives the back support plate 110 to swing upwards, the back support plate 110 drives the first back bar 212, the second back bar 221 and the support pad 230 to swing upwards, so that the patient is in a sitting position, and the back of the patient can be conveniently supported for feeding. The patient can be seated without the labor of medical staff, so that the posture of the patient can be adjusted, and the labor is saved. When the sitting position is not needed, the first driving device 150 drives the back support plate 110 to reset, so that the patient lies down.
It should be noted that the first driving device 150 is an electric push rod, a telescopic rod of the electric push rod is hinged to the bottom of the back support plate 110, and a fixed end of the electric push rod is hinged to the bed body 100, so as to conveniently push up the back support plate 110. Besides, the first driving device 150 may be a motor or the like which can drive the back support plate 110 to swing around the hip support plate 120.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 6, the upper side of the first side rod 210 is hinged with a first self-limiting telescopic pull rod 219; the telescopic section of the first self-limiting telescopic pull rod 219 is hinged with the middle part of the first back rod 212; the upper side of the second side rod 220 is hinged with a second self-limiting telescopic pull rod 225; the second self-limiting telescopic pull rod 225 is hinged to the middle of the second back rod 221. When the first back bar 212, the second back bar 221 and the support pad 230 are driven by the back-up plate 110 to swing upwards to the sitting position, the first self-limiting telescopic pull rod 219 and the second self-limiting telescopic pull rod 225 extend and self-lock, so that the first back bar 212, the second back bar 221 and the support pad 230 are in the sitting state, and the patient is in the sitting posture; at this time, the first driving device 150 drives the back support plate 110 to reset, so that the back of the head section 231 and the back section 232 of the support pad 230 is exposed, and the medical staff can conveniently beat the back of the patient to discharge sputum. It should be noted that the first self-limiting telescopic rod 219 and the second self-limiting telescopic rod 225 are common self-limiting telescopic rods on the market, such as telescopic umbrella shafts of telescopic umbrellas, which are telescopic and self-locking. As shown in fig. 7, in the present embodiment, the first self-limiting telescopic rod 219 and the second self-limiting telescopic rod 225 are provided with a plurality of self-locking grooves 226 in the shape of a helical tooth, and a self-locking latch is snapped into the self-locking grooves 226 to achieve a self-locking function, wherein the self-locking grooves 226 have an opening facing upward to support the back pressure of the patient.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the side surfaces of the first side bar 210 and the second side bar 220 are provided with the guardrail 600, and the guardrail 600 can protect the patient from turning out from the edge of the lifting frame 200, and prevent the patient from falling down to the bedside.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, the bed 100 has a plurality of support legs 160, and the support legs 160 are provided with moving wheels 170. The moving wheels 170 can facilitate the movement of the bed and the transfer of patients; the moving wheels 170 are universal wheels with brake devices, and a brake pedal is disposed at the bottom of the bed 100, so that the moving wheels 170 can stop moving by stepping on the brake pedal to determine the position of the bed 100.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 13, the first lifting assembly 300 includes two first lifting devices 310 having first lifting platforms 320, and the two first lifting devices 310 are respectively disposed at the head and the tail of the bed 100; two ends of the first side bar 210 are respectively connected with the two first lifting platforms 320; the second lifting assembly 400 comprises two second lifting devices 410 with second lifting platforms 420, and the two second lifting devices 410 are respectively arranged at the head and the tail of the bed 100; two ends of the second side bar 220 are connected to the two second lifting platforms 420, respectively. The first lifting device 310 and the second lifting device 410 are both electric push rods, the lifting of the two first lifting devices 310 is synchronous, and the lifting of the two second lifting devices 410 is synchronous, so that the lifting frame 200 can be lifted integrally conveniently or the patient can turn over left or right conveniently.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 and 13, the head and the tail of the bed body 100 are respectively provided with a mounting bracket 180, the first lifting device 310 and the second lifting device 410 at the head of the bed body 100 are disposed on the same mounting bracket 180, and the first lifting device 310 and the second lifting device 410 at the tail of the bed body 100 are disposed on the same mounting bracket 180. The mounting rack 180 is provided with a plurality of first guide rods 181 connected with the first lifting platform 320 and a plurality of second guide rods 182 connected with the second lifting platform 420, so that the first lifting platform 320 and the second lifting platform 420 can be stably lifted, the lifting of the lifting frame 200 is more stable, and the lifting frame 200 is prevented from shaking. The mounting frame 180 is directly installed and fixed at the head or tail of the bed body 100, so that the first lifting assembly 300 and the second lifting assembly 400 are more stably installed, and the lifting safety is ensured.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the driving of the first driving device 150, the first lifting device 310 and the second lifting device 410 can be controlled by a remote controller, a PLC controller, an operation panel, etc. to start or not, so as to facilitate the operation of the medical staff.
