In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 6 to 9, the telescopic nursing bed frame further includes: a connection pad 570; the connecting pad 570 is detachably connected with the sheath 560, and the connecting pad 570 is positioned at the bottom of the supporting pad 510; the connecting pad 570 is provided with a hair washing hole 571, a defecation hole 572 and a foot washing hole 573; the shampoo holes 571 are located below the headrest 511 and the back pad 512; the defecation hole 572 is located below the hip pad 513; foot well 573 is located below calf pad 515. The attachment pads 570 serve as secondary supports to prevent the patient from falling off the mattress mount 450 due to a failure of the attachment of the support pad 510 to the wrap 560. Further, to facilitate attachment pad 570 being coupled to wrap 560, attachment pad 570 is coupled to wrap 560 via a zipper. When the hair of the patient needs to be washed, the second magic tape 516 and the first magic tape 563 of the head pad 511 are removed to be matched, so that the head of the patient is suspended in the hair washing hole 571, and the hair washing is facilitated; when the patient needs to relieve the bowels, the second magic tape 516 and the first magic tape 563 of the hip pad 513 are removed to match with each other, so that the buttocks of the patient are suspended in the defecation hole 572, and the patient can relieve the bowels conveniently; when the patient needs to be washed the foot, the cooperation of the second magic tape 516 and the first magic tape 563 of the detachable shank pad 515 enables the shank of the patient to be suspended at the foot washing hole 573, so that the shank of the patient can fall down conveniently, and the foot washing is facilitated.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the loop bar 421 is horizontally disposed, and the height difference between the second movable wheel 220 and the loop bar 421 is 40 cm to 45 cm, so that the feet of the patient can be conveniently placed on the ground after the lower legs of the patient are suspended at the foot washing holes 573.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 8 to 9, the loop bar 421 is hinged with a self-limiting telescopic rod 422, and a telescopic section of the self-limiting telescopic rod 422 is hinged with a backrest section 520. The backrest section 520 can swing upwards to lift the back and head of the patient to form a sitting and standing backrest posture; the telescopic section is hinged with the back bar 581 of the backrest section 520, and the self-limiting telescopic pull rod 422 can have two parts which respectively correspond to different loop bars 421 and back bars 581. When the back section 520 swings upwards, the self-limiting telescopic pull rod 422 extends and is self-locked, so that the two self-limiting telescopic pull rods 422 support the back section 520, the patient can conveniently sit in a standing position, the back of the patient can be conveniently exposed, and the medical staff can conveniently beat the back of the patient to discharge phlegm. It should be noted that the self-limiting telescopic rod 422 is a common self-limiting telescopic rod 422 in the market, such as a telescopic umbrella handle of a telescopic umbrella, which can be telescopically and self-locked. As shown in fig. 9, in the present embodiment, the self-limiting telescopic rod 422 is provided with a plurality of self-locking grooves 423 in a shape of a helical tooth, and a self-locking function can be achieved by locking the self-locking bolts into the self-locking grooves 423, wherein an opening of the self-locking grooves 423 faces upward to support the back of the patient.
It can be understood that, after the backrest section 520 swings upward and is fixed, the second hook-and-loop fastener 516 and the first hook-and-loop fastener 563 of the detachable shank pad 515 cooperate to suspend the lower leg of the patient in the foot washing hole 573, so that the lower leg of the patient falls down to support the leg of the patient on the ground, and then the telescopic frame 410 is extended inward to reduce the distance between the head frame 100 and the foot frame 200, so that the patient takes a sitting posture, and the whole telescopic nursing bed frame forms a reclining chair, thereby facilitating the patient to sit and stand on the telescopic nursing bed frame.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 to 3, each of the first lifting assembly 110 and the second lifting assembly 210 has an electric push rod 600, a guide bar 700, a lifting cross bar 800, and a guide sleeve 900 sleeved outside the guide bar 700; the lifting cross rod 800 is arranged on the telescopic end of the electric push rod 600; the guide bar 700 and the guide sleeve 900 are vertically arranged, the guide bar 700 is connected with the guide sleeve 900 in a sliding manner, and the electric push rod 600 and the guide sleeve 900 of the first lifting assembly 110 are arranged on the headstock 100; the electric push rod 600 and the guide sleeve 900 of the second lifting assembly 210 are arranged on the tailstock 200. The first lifting assembly 110 and the second lifting assembly 210 have similar structures, and each of the first lifting assembly and the second lifting assembly has an electric push rod 600, a guide rod 700, a lifting cross rod 800 and a guide sleeve 900; the lifting cross bar 800 of the first lifting assembly 110 is connected with the telescopic frame 410; the lifting cross bar 800 of the second lifting assembly 210 is connected with the fixing frame 420; the first lifting assembly 110 and the second lifting assembly 210 are disposed to simultaneously drive the expansion frame 410 and the fixing frame 420 to lift together, so that the double-layered lifting frame 300 can be driven to lift.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1 to 3, the telescopic nursing bed frame further includes: a first boom 130 and a second boom 230; the lifting cross bar 800 of the first lifting assembly 110 is connected with the telescopic frame 410 through the first suspender 130, and the lifting cross bar 800 of the second lifting assembly 210 is connected with the fixed frame 420 through the second suspender 230, so that the first lifting assembly 110 can drive the telescopic frame 410 to lift, the second lifting assembly 210 can drive the fixed frame 420 to lift, and the first lifting assembly 110 and the second lifting assembly 210 can drive two ends of the double-layer lifting frame 300 to lift and descend.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, in the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the loop bar 421 is provided with a plurality of guide wheels 424, the guide wheels 424 are abutted against the sliding bar 411, and the rotation axis of the guide wheels 424 is perpendicular to the length direction of the loop bar 421. The guide wheel 424 can make the sliding rod 411 better extend and retract from the loop bar 421, so that the sliding rod 411 can move back and forth, and the sliding rod 411 can slide more smoothly.
Referring to fig. 2 to 5, in a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the telescopic nursing bed frame further includes: a fastening rod 430; the loop bar 421 is provided with a threaded hole 425, the fastening bar 430 is in threaded connection with the threaded hole 425, and one end of the fastening bar 430 extending into the threaded hole 425 is provided with an abutting end which is used for abutting against the sliding rod 411. The fastening rod 430 is in threaded connection with the threaded hole 425, so that when the fastening rod 430 is screwed into the threaded hole 425, the abutting end abuts against the sliding rod 411, and the position of the sliding rod 411 can be fixed by matching with the sleeve rod 421, so that the sliding rod 411 is prevented from being randomly stretched in the moving process of the nursing bed frame, the telescopic frame 410 is prevented from being randomly stretched in the moving process or the static process, and the shaking is prevented. When the length of the telescopic support frame 400 needs to be adjusted, the fastening rod 430 needs to be unscrewed, that is, the abutting end of the fastening rod 430 retracts, so that the abutting end is separated from the sliding rod 411, the sliding of the sliding rod 411 is facilitated, the telescopic frame 410 is convenient to extend and retract, and the length of the telescopic support frame 400 is convenient to adjust.
In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, a handle 432 is disposed at an end of the fastening rod 430 away from the abutting end, so that a medical staff can conveniently screw the fastening rod 430 by the handle 432, so as to conveniently screw the fastening rod 430 into the inner cavity or screw the fastening rod 430 out of the threaded hole 425, and conveniently fix the sliding rod 411 and loosen the sliding rod 411.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, referring to fig. 1, a control box 240 is disposed on the tailstock 200, the control box 240 can be used in cooperation with a remote controller 250, the control box 240 is used to control the service time of the first lifting assembly 110 and the second lifting assembly 210, and is electrically connected or in signal connection with the two electric push rods 600 to control the stroke of the electric push rods 600, so as to control the height of the double-layer lifting frame 300, and thus, medical staff can control the height of the double-layer lifting frame 300 through the remote controller 250, which is convenient to use.
To sum up, compared with the prior art, the telescopic nursing bed frame provided by the invention at least has the following beneficial effects:
firstly, the support pads 510 on the mattress mounting rack 450 of the telescopic nursing bed frame can bear a patient, the telescopic support frame 400 supports the mattress support frame, and can adjust the length of the whole telescopic nursing bed frame, and by matching with the first lifting assembly 110 of the bed head frame 100 and the second lifting assembly 210 of the bed tail frame 200, the patient on the support pads 510 can be moved to a nursing bed, or the patient can be moved down from the nursing bed, so that the patient can be moved to and from the bed without manpower cooperation, and the patient can be moved to and from the bed without physical contact of a person, so that the condition that the state of illness of the patient is aggravated due to improper force application of the carrier can not occur, the carrying difficulty of the patient can be reduced, the workload of medical personnel can be reduced, and the labor intensity of the medical personnel can be reduced;
secondly, the length of the telescopic frame 400 is telescopic, so that in the process of transferring the patient, the backrest section 520 can be swung upwards to shorten the length of the mattress mounting rack 450, then the telescopic frame 410 is pushed inwards to enable the sliding rod 411 to go further along the loop bar 421 so as to shorten the length of the telescopic frame 400, shorten the distance between the bedside frame 100 and the tailstock frame 200, shorten the length of the whole telescopic nursing bed frame, facilitate the nursing bed frame to turn and pass through a narrow position, and avoid the condition that the nursing bed frame cannot pass through and the optimal treatment time is missed because the telescopic nursing bed frame is too large;
thirdly, the head pad 511, the back pad 512, the hip pad 513, the thigh pad 514 and the shank pad 515 of the support pad 510 can be removed, so that the corresponding parts of the patient are suspended, and the nursing actions such as hair washing, defecation treatment, foot washing and the like for the patient are facilitated;
fourthly, after the backrest section 520 swings upwards and is fixed, the second magic tape 516 and the first magic tape 563 of the detachable shank pad 515 are matched to suspend the shank of the patient in the foot washing hole 573, so that the shank of the patient falls down to support the leg of the patient on the ground, and then the telescopic frame 410 is extended inwards to reduce the distance between the bedside frame 100 and the tailstock frame 200, so that the patient forms a sitting posture, the whole telescopic nursing bed frame forms a reclining chair, and the patient can sit on the telescopic nursing bed frame conveniently.
