2. The tailgate structure according to claim 1, wherein the lamp housing comprises a support housing having an accommodating space, and a mounting portion provided at a bottom of the support housing and connected to the tailgate inner trim panel;
the sealing member is arranged on at least part of the edge of the lamp shell.
3. A tailgate structure according to claim 2, characterized in that said seals are provided at the edges of the top and sides of the supporting shell.

The tailgate structure according to claim 1, wherein the tailgate interior trim panel comprises a first panel body and a second panel body, the second panel body is disposed at a middle position of a top portion of the first panel body, the second panel body is bent toward the tailgate sheet metal with respect to the first panel body, and the lamp housing is mounted at the top portion of the second panel body.
5. The tailgate structure according to claim 4, wherein the top of the second board body is level with or higher than the top of the lamp housing.
6. A tailgate structure according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that the seal is made of a soft material.
7. The tailgate structure according to claim 6, characterized in that the sealing element is made of ethylene propylene diene monomer.
8. A tailgate structure according to any of claims 1-5, characterized in that said sealing member and said lamp housing are injection molded in an integral two-color manner.
9. A tailgate structure according to any of claims 1-5, wherein said seal has a length equal to or greater than the distance from said light housing to said rear windshield.
10. The tailgate structure according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the tailgate assembly further comprises a black border having a light-transmitting hole, the black border covering the high mounted stop lamp with the light-transmitting hole aligned with the lamp body, the black border further being disposed at an edge of the rear windshield.
11. A vehicle comprising a vehicle body and a tailgate structure according to any one of claims 1 to 10, said tailgate structure being openably and closably disposed at an aft portion of said vehicle body.
