A full-automatic suction head assembling machine is characterized by comprising a suction head feeding assembly, a transferring assembly, a cotton core feeding assembly, a suction head collecting assembly and a cotton core collecting assembly, wherein the suction head collecting assembly is positioned between the suction head feeding assembly and the transferring assembly; the transfer assembly comprises a turntable, a fixed table arranged at the center of the turntable, a fixed table arranged on the fixed table and pointing to a suction head taking device of the suction head feeding assembly, a fixed table arranged on the fixed table and pointing to a cotton core taking device of the cotton core feeding assembly, wherein the turntable is relative to the fixed table, a plurality of suction head transfer boxes are arranged at the periphery of the turntable, each suction head collecting assembly comprises a plurality of first storage grooves, each cotton core collecting assembly comprises a plurality of second storage grooves, each suction head taking device comprises a plurality of first suction heads, each suction head transferring box comprises a plurality of third storage grooves, each first suction head and each second storage head are parallel in arrangement direction, a plurality of first suction head arrangement modes are the same as the second suction head arrangement modes, the positions of the first suction heads are corresponding to the third storage grooves, a plurality of first storage grooves are formed in the cotton core collecting assembly, a plurality of second storage grooves are formed in the second storage grooves, and a plurality of suction heads are arranged in the third storage grooves.

The fully automatic tip assembling machine according to claim 1, wherein the tip feeding assembly comprises a first vibration plate, a first delivery pipe connected to an outlet of the first vibration plate, and a first linear vibrator disposed below the first delivery pipe; the cotton core feeding assembly comprises a second vibrating disc, a second conveying pipe connected with an outlet of the second vibrating disc, and a second straight vibrator arranged below the second conveying pipe.

The full-automatic sucker assembling machine according to claim 1, wherein the sucker collecting assembly comprises two sets of first sliding plates and two sets of first driving devices for respectively driving the two sets of first sliding plates to slide, the first sliding plates are provided with a plurality of first accommodating grooves side by side along a sliding direction, and when the first accommodating grooves on the two sets of first sliding plates are aligned in a pair, the plurality of first accommodating grooves and the plurality of third accommodating grooves are arranged in the same manner and are in corresponding positions.

The full-automatic suction head assembling machine according to claim 1, wherein the cotton core collecting assembly comprises two sets of second sliding plates and two sets of second driving devices for driving the two sets of second sliding plates to slide respectively, the second sliding plates are provided with a plurality of second accommodating grooves side by side along the sliding direction, and when one pair of the second accommodating grooves on the two sets of second sliding plates is aligned, the plurality of second accommodating grooves are arranged in the same manner as the plurality of third accommodating grooves and are positioned correspondingly.

The full-automatic suction head assembling machine according to claim 2, wherein a first limiting rod and a first cylinder for driving the first limiting rod are arranged above the first conveying pipe, the first limiting rod part extends into the first conveying pipe, a second limiting rod and a second cylinder for driving the second limiting rod are arranged above the second conveying pipe, and the second limiting rod part extends into the second conveying pipe.

The fully automatic suction head assembling machine according to claim 1, further comprising a CCD detection device located above the turntable, wherein a detection area of the CCD detection device is located between positions where the suction head transfer box moves from right below the suction head taking device to right below the cotton core taking device.

The full-automatic suction head assembling machine according to claim 1, further comprising a pressing device, wherein the pressing device comprises a third driving device and a plurality of pressing rods, the suction head transfer box leaves from the position right below the cotton core taking device and then enters the position right below the pressing device, and the third driving device drives the pressing rods to be pressed into the third accommodating grooves downwards perpendicular to the rotary table.

The fully automatic pipette tip assembling machine according to claim 7, further comprising an optical fiber detection device, wherein the optical fiber detection device comprises a fourth driving device and a plurality of optical fibers vertically pointing to the turntable, the pipette tip transport box enters the optical fiber detection device directly below after leaving the pressing device, and the fourth driving device drives the optical fibers to approach the third accommodating groove.

The full-automatic tip assembling machine according to claim 8, further comprising a defective tip taking-out device and a defective conveyor, wherein the defective tip taking-out device includes a fifth driving device and a defective tip perpendicular to the turntable, the tip transport box is moved out of the position right under the optical fiber detection device and then moved into the position right under the defective tip taking-out device, and the fifth driving device drives the defective tip to approach the third receiving groove and sucks a defective tip and then places the defective tip on the defective conveyor.

The fully automatic tip assembling machine according to claim 9, further comprising a finished product taking-out device and a finished product conveyer belt, wherein the finished product taking-out device comprises a sixth driving device and a third suction head perpendicular to the turntable, the finished product taking-out device is directed to the fixed table, the tip transport box is moved into a position right below the finished product taking-out device after leaving the position right below the defective product taking-out device, and the sixth driving device drives the third suction head to approach the third receiving groove and transfer the tip to the finished product conveyer belt.
