技术领域
本实用新型是有关于一种充电装置,且特别是有关于一种车用充电装置统。
背景技术
现有电动车可透过转接头连接至使用者家中的市电电源(市电插座)进行充电或透过电动车制造商设置的商用充电站充电。电力公司会输送电力至商用充电站的交流电设备,再经过充电桩之充电器对电动车进行充电。
当进行充电时,使用者必须小心地使用充电转接器。充电转接器通常需于室外用。一旦水气或灰尘进入到充电转接头,在使用者将充电转接器连接至相组配的电连接器或转接器以传送电力时,或将充电转接器至相组配的电连接器或转接器拔除以中断电力传输时,皆可能遭受电击。
为了避免水气或灰尘在充电转接器不使用时不进入其内,现有充电转接器一般会配置有壳盖或盖板,以选择性覆盖或曝露出电性接点,进而达到相当程度的防水、防尘。然而,这类传统的技术却存有诸多缺点以及不便之处。举例来说,当充电转接器不使用时,使用者也不一定具有将壳盖或盖板再盖回充电转接器的开口的习惯。在此情形下,充电转接器的电性接点曝露于周遭环境下,容易使电性接点腐蚀。
再者,使用者也可能偶发性误触充电转接头的电性接点而遭受电击。又,当使用者忘记将壳盖或盖板再盖回充电转接器的开口,且水气或灰尘亦已进入充电转接器,则使用者可能于将充电转接器连接至相组配的电连接器或转接器而传送电力时,或将充电转接器至相组配的电连接器或转接器拔除以中断电力传输时,遭受电击。
此外,现有充电装置也存在尝试通过螺丝锁附及防水垫圈等手段来达到前述目的,但其仍存在构件过多以及结构复杂等问题。
有鉴于此,如何以简单结构便能让充电装置达到所需的防水、防尘效果,便是本技术领域的相关人员所需思考并解决的课题。
发明内容
本实用新型提供一种车用充电装置,其借由防护组件与外壳的相互搭配,而达到多重防水、防尘效果。
本实用新型的车用充电装置,包括外壳、垫圈、扣持件以及缆线。外壳具有内壁与位在内壁上的至少一卡槽。垫圈与扣持件分别配置于内壁。扣持件具有至少一弹性卡勾。缆线穿设于外壳、垫圈与扣持件,其中扣持件通过弹性卡勾扣持于卡槽而附于内壁,并迫紧垫圈而密封内壁与缆线之间的空间。
本实用新型的车用充电装置,包括外壳、缆线、第一防护组件以及第二防护组件。外壳具有内壁、尾端与位于内壁的至少一卡槽。缆线由尾端穿入外壳。第一防护组件套接于缆线且扣持于卡槽以密封内壁与缆线之间的空间。第二防护组件套接于缆线,组装于外壳的尾端,且局部穿入外壳而抵接于第一防护组件。
基于上述,车用充电装置通过垫圈与扣持件所形成的第一防护组件与外壳的相互搭配,以在扣持件与外壳内壁的卡槽相互扣接的同时即能迫紧垫圈于外壳的内壁上,进而使垫圈得以将缆线与内壁之间的空间予以密封,而达到第一重防护(防水、防尘)效果。再者,车用充电装置还包括组装在外壳尾端的第二防护组件,且第二防护组件在其组装过程中会局部伸入外壳内,并抵紧已附于内壁的第一防护组件,进而形成第二重防护(防水、防尘)效果。

具体实施方式
图1是依据本实用新型一实施例的车用充电装置的示意图。图2是图1的车用充电装置的爆炸图,在此仅绘示与本实施例之相关构件。图3是图2的外壳的局部示意图。请同时参考图1至图3,在本实施例中,车用充电装置100包括外壳110、缆线140、第一防护组件L1、第二防护组件L2以及电连接器180。外壳110具有内壁111、彼此相对的头端E1与尾端E2,以及位于内壁111的卡槽112。缆线140由尾端E2穿入外壳110,并与设置在头端E1的电连接器180电性连接。如图1所示,本实施例绘示车用充电装置100于握柄结构的部分,其中缆线140远离外壳110而未绘示的一端实质上连接至充电电源,使用者手持所述握柄结构,以使电连接器180得以对接至电动车(或电动载具)以进行充电动作。
图4是图1的车用充电装置的局部剖视图。请同时参考图2至图4,在本实施例中,第一防护组件L1是套接于缆线140且扣持于卡槽112以密封内壁111与缆线140之间的空间。第二防护组件L2则是套接于缆线140且组装于外壳110的尾端E2,且第二防护组件L2的局部会穿入外壳110而抵接于第一防护组件L1。
详细来说,如图2所示,第一防护组件L1包括垫圈130以及扣持件120,其中垫圈130具有弹性且例如是以橡胶制成。垫圈130配置于内壁110且套设于缆线140。扣持件120套设于缆线140且位于尾端E2。扣持件120具有弹性卡勾121,且扣持件120通过弹性卡勾121扣持于卡槽112而附于内壁111并迫紧(抵压使其变形而达到密封效果)垫圈130。如图3所示,内壁111具有阶梯结构,以让扣持于内壁111的扣持件120得以施力于垫圈130,以使垫圈130抵紧阶梯结构,且所述扣持件120对垫圈130的施力方向平行于缆线140的延伸轴向C1。
进一步地说,上述阶梯结构包括不同内径的两个环形壁111a、111b,以及邻接在这两个环形壁111a、111b之间的段差壁111c,其中扣持件120、垫圈130与卡槽112是位于内径较大的环形壁111b上,完成扣持的扣持件120得以推抵垫圈130的环形本体以抵紧于段差壁111c。在此,扣持件120还包括底环122与侧环123,其中侧环123从底环122延伸并抵紧垫圈130,弹性卡勾121位于底环122的缺口处,其弹臂121a从底环122延伸至且悬置于侧环123,而弹性卡勾121的卡勾部121b位于弹臂121a的自由端且实质远离底环122。
如图4所示,垫圈130还具有位在内、外表面上的多个环形凸起131、132,垫圈130受扣持件120迫紧而变形,以使位于外表面的环形凸起131抵紧于环形壁111b,而使位于内表面的环形凸起132抵紧于缆线140,其中位于外表面的环形凸起131沿缆线140的延伸轴向C1呈间隔分布,而位于内表面的环形凸起132沿缆线140的延伸轴向C1呈间隔分布。在此将垫圈130与内壁111绘示为彼此干涉的状态,即是以这些干涉来代表垫圈130受扣持件120压迫时所会产生的变形量。
请再参考图3与图4,本实施例的第二防护组件L2包括束管160、环状束爪150以及后盖170,束管160套设于缆线140外,而抵接于第一防护组件L1的扣持件120,且束管160具有弹性。环状束爪150沿径向可伸张且可收缩地套设于束管160外。后盖170锁附于外壳110的尾端E2并得以在其锁附过程中驱动环状束爪150收缩,以使环状束爪150通过束管160而夹持缆线140。如此一来,如图4所示,沿缆线140的延伸轴向C1上,第一防护组件L1与第二防护组件L2便能形成车用充电装置100的两重防水、防尘措施,进而使本实施例的车用充电装置100能符合国际防护等级认证IP67的规范。
图5是图4的局部放大图。图6是图1的车用充电装置的随附工具示意图。请同时参考图3、图5与图6,以下描述让使用者能轻易解除本实施例的第一防护组件L1。由于第二防护组件L2的大部分结构是在外壳110之外,且如图2所示,后盖170能锁附于外壳110的尾端E2。因此使用者从外壳110上移除后盖170后,即相当于解除环状束爪150与束管160对缆线140的束紧效果。
相对地,第一防护组件L1是位于外壳110之内,因此当第二防护组件L2已从外壳110卸除之后,为了能顺利将第一防护组件L1从外壳110之内移出,势必使用额外治工具作为辅助。如图3与图5所示,本实施例的外壳110还具有位于内壁111上的释放槽113,扣持件120的弹臂121a与释放槽113之间存在间隙,其具有楔形角度θ2,且间隙是朝向卡槽112呈渐缩,当第二防护组件L2卸除之后,间隙即会从外壳110与缆线140之间暴露出来。据此,本实施例还进一步提供车用充电装置100的随附工具200,其用以伸入间隙以抵压且变形弹臂121a,而使卡勾部121b退出卡槽112。如图5与图6所示,随附工具200呈圆筒状且具有延伸出的四个顶推部210,且特别是的是,顶推部210具有楔形轮廓,其具有楔形角度θ1,且因楔形角度θ1大于楔形角度θ2,因此顶推部210伸入间隙时,其一侧面抵接于释放槽113,而另一侧面抵接于弹臂121a并对其施压,而使弹臂121a变形以让卡勾部121b退出卡槽112,据以完成将扣持件120从内壁111释放的效果。
在本实施例中,内壁111上的卡槽112、扣持件120的弹性卡勾121与随附工具200的顶推部210各是相对于缆线140的延伸轴向C1呈对称设置,因此在卸除第一防护组件L1的过程中,使用者仅需握持随附工具200从尾端E2移入外壳110内,并旋转角度小于90度的情形下,即可顺利地将顶推部210插入间隙,并据以将扣持件120从内壁111释放。
图7是图1的车用充电装置的局部构件示意图。在本实施例中,即使在无前述随附工具200的状况下,使用者仍有能卸除第一防护组件L1的最终方案。请同时参考图2与图7,扣持件120的底环122具有一对颈缩凹口122a,邻接于弹臂121a的相对两侧且具有厚度d1,因此如图7所示,使用者仅需使用剪切工具(例如斜口钳)对具有厚度d1的颈缩凹口122a进行破坏式剪切,便相当于释放弹臂121a的弹力,也自然将卡勾部121b从卡槽112释放,而达到所需的卸除效果。
图8绘示图1的车用充电装置于另一视角的局部示意图。请参考图8,在本实施例中,为让车用充电装置100具有不容易被破坏的相关条件,因此会提高第一防护组件L1与第二防护组件L2的卸除难度,其中第一防护组件L1因是位在外壳110之内,因此自然具备不易卸除的条件,而对于第二防护组件L2而言,本实施例的后盖170实质上相对于缆线140的延伸轴向C1是呈非对称螺帽结构,也就是如图8所呈现的五边形轮廓,此举相当于让使用者不易使用常见的工具而卸除第二防护组件L2。
综上所述,在本实用新型的上述实施例中,车用充电装置通过垫圈与扣持件所形成的第一防护组件与外壳的相互搭配,以在扣持件与外壳内壁的卡槽相互扣接的同时即能迫紧垫圈于外壳的内壁上,进而使垫圈得以将缆线与内壁之间的空间予以密封,而达到第一重防护(防水、防尘)效果。再者,车用充电装置还包括组装在外壳尾端的第二防护组件,且第二防护组件在其组装过程中会局部伸入外壳内,并抵紧已附于内壁的第一防护组件,进而形成第二重防护(防水、防尘)效果。故,车用充电装置能据以符合国际防护等级认证IP67的规范。

Claims (23)

1.一种车用充电装置,其特征在于:
外壳,具有内壁与位在所述内壁上的至少一卡槽;
垫圈,配置于所述内壁;
扣持件,配置于所述内壁,所述扣持件具有至少一弹性卡勾;以及
缆线,穿设于所述外壳、所述垫圈与所述扣持件,其中所述扣持件通过所述弹性卡勾扣持于所述卡槽而附于所述内壁,并迫紧所述垫圈而密封所述内壁与所述缆线之间的空间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车用充电装置,其特征在于:所述垫圈与所述扣持件位于所述外壳的尾端,而所述车用充电装置还包括电连接器,设置于所述外壳的头端且电性连接所述缆线。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车用充电装置,其特征在于:所述内壁具有阶梯结构,扣持于所述内壁的所述扣持件施力于所述垫圈,以使所述垫圈抵紧所述阶梯结构,所述施力方向平行于所述缆线的延伸轴向。
4.根据权利要求3所述的车用充电装置,其特征在于:所述阶梯结构包括不同内径的两个环形壁,以及邻接在所述两个环形壁之间的段差壁,所述扣持件与所述垫圈位于内径较大的环形壁上,所述扣持件推抵所述垫圈的环形体以抵紧于所述段差壁。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车用充电装置,其特征在于:所述垫圈还具有位在内、外表面上的多个环形凸起,所述垫圈受所述扣持件迫紧而变形,以使位于所述外表面的各所述环形凸起抵紧于所述环形壁,而使位于所述内表面的各所述环形凸起抵紧于所述缆线。
6.根据权利要求5所述的车用充电装置,其特征在于:位于所述外表面的各所述环形凸起沿所述缆线的延伸轴向呈间隔分布,位于所述内表面的各所述环形凸起沿所述缆线的延伸轴向呈间隔分布。
7.根据权利要求1所述的车用充电装置,其特征在于:所述扣持件包括:
底环;以及
侧环,从所述底环延伸并抵紧所述垫圈,所述弹性卡勾的弹臂从所述底环延伸至且悬置于所述侧环,所述弹性卡勾的卡勾部位于所述弹臂的自由端。
8.根据权利要求7所述的车用充电装置,其特征在于:所述底环具有一对颈缩凹口,邻接于所述弹臂的相对两侧。
9.根据权利要求7所述的车用充电装置,其特征在于:所述外壳还具有位于所述内壁上的至少一释放槽,所述弹臂与所述释放槽之间存在一间隙,所述间隙朝向所述卡槽呈渐缩,治具适于伸入所述间隙以抵压且变形所述弹臂,而使所述卡勾部退出所述卡槽。
10.根据权利要求1所述的车用充电装置,其特征在于:所述扣持件具有多个弹性卡勾,相对于所述缆线的延伸轴向呈对称。
11.一种车用充电装置,其特征在于:
外壳,具有内壁、尾端与位于所述内壁的至少一卡槽;
缆线,由所述尾端穿入所述外壳;
第一防护组件,套接于所述缆线且扣持于所述卡槽以密封所述内壁与所述缆线之间的空间;以及
第二防护组件,套接于所述缆线,组装于所述外壳的所述尾端,且局部穿入所述外壳而抵接于所述第一防护组件。
12.根据权利要求11所述的车用充电装置,其特征在于:所述第一防护组件包括:
垫圈,配置于所述内壁且套设于所述缆线;以及
扣持件,套设于所述缆线且位于所述尾端,所述扣持件具有至少一弹性卡勾,且所述扣持件通过所述弹性卡勾扣持于所述卡槽而附于所述内壁,并迫紧所述垫圈。
13.根据权利要求12所述的车用充电装置,其特征在于:还包括电连接器,设置于所述外壳的头端且电性连接所述缆线。
14.根据权利要求12所述的车用充电装置,其特征在于:所述内壁具有阶梯结构,扣持于所述内壁的所述扣持件施力于所述垫圈,以使所述垫圈抵紧所述阶梯结构,所述施力方向平行于所述缆线的延伸轴向。
15.根据权利要求14所述的车用充电装置,其特征在于:所述阶梯结构包括不同内径的两个环形壁,以及邻接在所述两个环形壁之间的段差壁,所述扣持件与所述垫圈位于内径较大的环形壁上,所述扣持件推抵所述垫圈的环形体以抵紧于所述段差壁。
16.根据权利要求15所述的车用充电装置,其特征在于:所述垫圈还具有位在内、外表面上的多个环形凸起,所述垫圈受所述扣持件迫紧而变形,以使位于所述外表面的各所述环形凸起抵紧于所述环形壁,而使位于所述内表面的各所述环形凸起抵紧于所述缆线。
17.根据权利要求16所述的车用充电装置,其特征在于:位于所述外表面的各所述环形凸起沿所述缆线的延伸轴向呈间隔分布,位于所述内表面的各所述环形凸起沿所述缆线的延伸轴向呈间隔分布。
18.根据权利要求12所述的车用充电装置,其特征在于:所述扣持件包括:
底环;以及
侧环,从所述底环延伸并抵紧所述垫圈,所述弹性卡勾的弹臂从所述底环延伸至且悬置于所述侧环,所述弹性卡勾的卡勾部位于所述弹臂的自由端。
19.根据权利要求18所述的车用充电装置,其特征在于:所述底环具有一对颈缩凹口,邻接于所述弹臂的相对两侧。
20.根据权利要求18所述的车用充电装置,其特征在于:所述外壳还具有位于所述内壁上的至少一释放槽,所述弹臂与所述释放槽之间存在一间隙,所述间隙朝向所述卡槽呈渐缩,治具适于伸入所述间隙以抵压且变形所述弹臂,而使所述卡勾部退出所述卡槽。
21.根据权利要求12所述的车用充电装置,其特征在于:所述扣持件具有多个弹性卡勾,相对于所述缆线的延伸轴向呈对称。
22.根据权利要求11所述的车用充电装置,其特征在于:所述第二防护组件包括:
束管,套设于所述缆线外且抵接于所述第一防护组件,所述束管具有弹性;
环状束爪,沿径向可伸张且可收缩地套设于所述束管外;以及
后盖,锁附于所述尾端并驱动所述环状束爪收缩,以使所述环状束爪通过所述束管夹持所述缆线。
23.根据权利要求22所述的车用充电装置,其特征在于:所述后盖相对于所述缆线的延伸轴向呈非对称螺帽结构。
