一种用于钼片和钼杆作焊接材料的钽箔带,是一 种带状箔材,由钽丝材经退火、清洗,压延多次反复制 成,其断面呈椭圆形,断面尺寸为(0.2—2)mm× (0.02—0.03)mm,长度为10000mm以上,可直接轧 制成焊接钼片和钼杆所需的宽度,且厚薄、宽度均匀、 便于裁剪,点焊时钼杆能被钽所包容,既方便实用又 节约原材料,且点焊强度高,是钼片和钼杆较理想的 焊接材料,也是自动点焊线必不可少的材料。

Description

本实用新型涉及电光源技术领域。
现有的钽箔是钼片和钼杆的焊接材料,是用钽淀(条状钽)经退火-煅打-清洗-退火-清洗-压延反复制成,然后延压成50MM×120MM片状材料,灯泡厂再把该片状材料剪成1MM×1MM的小块,然后用于钼片和钼杆的点焊。该钽箔在压制过程中由于开裂、切边,浪费很大,成品率低,在裁剪过程中由于把片状钽箔变成小块难度大,剪出的小块大小不均。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种既方便实用又节约原材料的焊接材料。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一是钽箔带,其特征是该钽箔带是一种带状箔材,其断面呈椭园型。
本实用新型由于用钽丝材经退火、清洗、压延多次反复制成,很少出现开裂,不需要切边等手段,成品率高。又由于该钽箔带是一种带状箔材,可直接轧制成焊接钼片和钼杆所需的宽度,且厚薄、宽度均匀,便于裁剪,并且方便将来的自动化生产。再由于该钽箔带断面呈椭园型,点焊时钼杆能被钽所包容,点焊过程中原材料消耗少,且点焊强度高。

如图1,本实用新型断面呈椭园型,是断面尺寸为(0.2-2)MM×(0.02-0.03)MM,长度为10000MM以上的带状箔材。
