A loading and unloading device for material transmission comprises a rack (1) and is characterized in that a conveying mechanism (2) for conveying a luggage rack, a positioning mechanism (3) for fixing the luggage rack and a grabbing mechanism (4) for grabbing the luggage rack are arranged on the rack (1); the positioning mechanism (3) is arranged at the discharge end of the conveying mechanism (2); the positioning mechanism (3) is used for driving the luggage rack to lift and leave the conveying mechanism (2); the grabbing mechanism (4) is arranged above the positioning mechanism (3) and comprises a clamping jaw (401), a lifting device (402) for driving the clamping jaw (401) to lift and a driving device (403) for driving the clamping jaw (401) to rotate; the clamping jaw (401) is used for clamping a luggage rack on the positioning mechanism (3).

The loading and unloading device for material conveying according to claim 1, wherein the positioning mechanism (3) further comprises a moving plate (301) slidably connected to the rack (1), a pushing device (302) for driving the moving plate (301) to move, a first positioning assembly (303) and a second positioning assembly (304), each of the first positioning assembly (303) and the second positioning assembly (304) comprises a positioning bolt (305), a limiting block (306) and a lifting device (307), and the lifting device (307) drives the positioning bolt (305) and the limiting block (306) to ascend; the first positioning assembly (303) and the second positioning assembly (304) are both mounted on the moving plate (301).

The loading and unloading device for material conveying according to claim 2, wherein a detection assembly (5) is arranged on one side of the machine frame (1) at the feeding end of the conveying mechanism (2), and the detection assembly (5) is used for detecting a fabrication hole of a luggage rack.

The loading and unloading device for material transmission according to claim 3, wherein the frame (1) is provided with width adjusting mechanisms (6) at two sides; the width adjusting mechanism (6) comprises a sliding table module and a baffle (601) which are arranged on the rack (1); the sliding table module comprises a sliding strip (602) and a pushing mechanism (603) for pushing the sliding strip (602) to do linear motion, and the baffle (601) is installed on the sliding strip (602).
5. The loading and unloading device for material conveying according to claim 4, characterised in that the width adjusting mechanism (6) further comprises a plurality of guide rods (605) arranged on the frame (1) and connected with the sliding bar (602).

The loading and unloading device for material conveying according to claim 5, wherein the pushing mechanism (603) is a hand wheel (6031) and a lead screw (6032) connected with the hand wheel (6031), and the sliding bar (602) is connected with the lead screw (6032) and moves linearly along the lead screw (6032).
7. The loading and unloading device for material conveying according to claim 4, wherein the sliding bar (602) of the width adjusting mechanism (6) on one side is provided with a cylinder (604) for pushing the baffle (601) to move on the sliding bar (602).

The loading and unloading device for material conveying according to claim 7, wherein the conveying mechanism (2) comprises a conveying chain (201) and a first driving motor (202) for driving the conveying chain (201) to operate, and a positioning block (203) is arranged on the conveying chain (201).
9. The loading and unloading device for material conveying according to claim 8, wherein the positioning fixture block (203) and the limiting fixture block (306) are consistent in structure and are provided with grooves for being clamped with the protruding strips of the luggage rack.
10. The loading and unloading device for material conveying according to any one of claims 1-9, further comprising a blanking conveyor belt (7) mounted on the frame (1) and located above the conveying mechanism (2), and a second driving motor (8) for driving the blanking conveyor belt (7) to operate.
