Description

一种节燃高产钢砖机械立窑,属于机械领域。
现有机械立窑,结构复杂,重量重,不易加工制造,安装维修不方便。窑的烧成带保温层厚度偏小,热量散失大;冷却带直筒形,熟料下移不顺当,通风阻力大;塔式卸料篦子转速低,卸料速度慢。因而产量低,熟料质量不高,热耗大。
本实用新型的目的,是在专利号90226397.8“节燃高产新型机械立窑”的基础上,提供一种节燃高产钢砖机械立窑,结构合理,重量轻,便于加工制造,安装维修方便,使用性能好。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:用销齿传动代替大立轴,大齿轮传动,结构简化,重量轻,便于加工制造。机械立窑烧成带中部温度比边部温度约高150℃,这些热量大都从立窑外壳筒壁散失了,将机械立窑烧成带保温层厚度增大∮400~∮500mm,使其降低热耗,提高熟料质量。机械立窑在煅烧过程中产生收缩,为防止边部出空隙,上端需作成喇叭口,现有立窑上端喇叭口斜角15°~20°,煅烧过程中普通出现边风过剩,中风不足的现象,影响煅烧效果,为此将上端喇叭口斜角改为9°~12°,对抑制边风过剩有积极作用。立窑烧成带内径(上端喇叭口以下)和冷却带内径相等的直筒形窑,通风阻力大,将它改为相差∮100~∮200mm的阶梯形窑,以改善熟料在冷却带下移的堆积松散度,降低窑内通风阻力。塔式篦子锥角90°改为60°,可增加通风面积,提高塔顶出风口高度,将塔篦靠近中心部位的三层周边梯形孔改为锥形垂直孔,以此强化中心通风;单偏心改为双偏心,以改善销轮和支承轴承的受力状况;塔齿形状由三角形改为梯形,使齿部寿命延长。传动部份齿轮减速机的传动比由16改为10,卸料篦子转速,由每小时1.2~12转增加为1.9~19转。钢砖代替铁砖,便于加工制造和安装维修,重量由原5640公斤减少到1416公斤,成本相应下降;钢砖上的破碎齿磨损后可重新堆焊或更换新齿。二个垂直进风管安装在筒体下部底端,风机鼓入的风从风管进入筒体下部,由于截面积猛增,风压下降,因风压差的原因,风只好顺着颚板和托盘之间的间隙以及塔篦各出风口进入窑内,而不会从料封管泄出;同时风进入筒体下部对上下轴承座和销齿传动等件起着冷却润滑作用。

附图所示实施例中的传动部分由调速电机通过齿轮减速机,蜗轮减速机带动销轮转动,使塔式篦子得到每小时1.9~19转的速度进行卸料。
附图所示实施例中的喂料部分由1个1.1千瓦的电机通过三角皮带带动蜗轮减速机,使下料溜子得到正反每分钟7.16转的速度,实现向窑内布料。下料溜子通过电动提升装置可改变布料角度。
综上所述,在设计本实用新型节燃高产钢砖机械立窑,将烧成带保温层厚度增大∮400~∮500mm,上端喇叭口斜角改为9°~12°,冷却带扩径∮100~∮200mm,塔式篦子锥角改为60°,从筒体下部底端垂直进风,用钢砖代替铁砖,加快卸料篦子转速0.7~7转/时,可使该窑比现有同规格机械立窑节煤10%左右,增产20%左右,熟料标号提高50#~100#。
