Referring to fig. 1 and 7, in some embodiments of the present invention, the bag opening mechanism 900 includes a left suction cup 910 and a right suction cup 920, and at least one of the left suction cup 910 and the right suction cup 920 is slidably connected to the frame 100.
The suction cup is used for sucking the front side or the back side of the bag 1400, and after the suction cup sucks one side of the bag 1400, the suction cup moves in the direction away from the bag 1400, so that the one side of the bag 1400 is driven to be away from the other side of the bag 1400, and the opening of the bag 1400 is opened. It should be understood that the bag opening mechanism 900 may further include a suction assembly connecting the left suction cup 910 and the right suction cup 920 for allowing the left suction cup 910 to suck one side of the bag 1400 and the right suction cup 920 to suck the other side of the bag 1400.
Referring to fig. 1 and 7, in some embodiments of the present invention, the bag opening mechanism 900 further includes a left bag opening sliding seat 930, a right bag opening sliding seat 940 and a bag opening transmission assembly 950, the rack 100 is provided with the bag opening sliding rod 110, the left suction cup 910 is disposed on the left bag opening sliding seat 930, the left bag opening sliding seat 930 and the bag opening sliding rod 110 are slidably connected, the right suction cup 920 is disposed on the right bag opening sliding seat 940, the right bag opening sliding seat 940 and the bag opening sliding rod 110 are slidably connected, the bag opening transmission assembly 950 is connected with the left bag opening sliding seat 930 and/or the right bag opening sliding seat 940, and the bag opening transmission assembly 950 is used for driving the left bag opening sliding seat 930 to be relatively close to or relatively far away from the right bag opening sliding seat 940.
The bag opening principle of the automatic packaging machine is briefly described as follows: firstly, the suction assembly sucks air to enable the suction cups to suck the bag 1400, and then the left bag opening sliding seat 930 and the right bag opening sliding seat 940 are relatively far away to drive the left suction cup 910 and the right suction cup 920 to be relatively far away, so that the opening of the bag 1400 is opened; second, the suction assembly no longer sucks air, and the suction cup releases the bag 1400; third, the lower left gripper bar 210 and the lower right gripper bar 220 are relatively close to each other, the third pair of lower gripper fingers 230 grip one side of the bag 1400, the fourth pair of lower gripper fingers 230 grip the other side of the bag 1400, the upper left gripper bar 510 and the upper right gripper bar 520 are relatively far away, the first pair of upper gripper fingers 530 and the second pair of upper gripper fingers 530 are relatively far away, the bag 1400 is released, and the lower left gripper bar 210 and the lower right gripper bar 220 grip and convey the bag 1400 to the next station.
Referring to fig. 1 and 8, in some embodiments of the present invention, the charging mechanism 1000 includes a storage hopper 1010, a discharging movable nozzle 1020 and a charging control cylinder 1030, the storage hopper 1010 is connected with the frame 100, the discharging movable nozzle 1020 is disposed at the lower opening of the storage hopper 1010, the charging control cylinder 1030 is in transmission connection with the discharging movable nozzle 1020, and the charging control cylinder 1030 is used for driving the discharging movable nozzle 1020 to open or close.
The storage hopper 1010 is slidably connected to the frame 100, and the storage hopper 1010 is driven by the loading transmission assembly 1040 to move up and down so as to be close to or far away from the bag 1400, so that the material is not easy to leak during loading, and the bag transporting work is not hindered after loading. The lower opening of the hopper 1010 is where the material falls by gravity into the bag 1400. And the charging control cylinder 1030 drives the discharging movable nozzle 1020 to open or close, thereby controlling the charging amount of the bag 1400.
The charging principle of the automatic packaging machine is briefly described as follows: firstly, the bag 1400 is conveyed to the lower part of the storage hopper 1010 (after opening the bag), the upper clamping strips are relatively close to each other, and the third pair of upper clamping fingers 530 and the fourth pair of upper clamping fingers 530 clamp the two sides of the bag 1400 respectively to fix the bag 1400; second, the loading driving assembly 1040 moves the storage hopper 1010 downward, so that the opening of the storage hopper 1010 is closer to the opening of the bag 1400 (or even extends into the bag 1400); thirdly, the charging control cylinder 1030 drives the discharging movable nozzle 1020 to be opened to charge the bag 1400, and after a preset amount of material is charged into the bag 1400 (or after the discharging movable nozzle 1020 is opened for a preset time), the charging control cylinder 1030 drives the discharging movable nozzle 1020 to be closed again to stop charging; fourth, the loading driving assembly 1040 moves the storage hopper 1010 upward, so that the storage hopper 1010 is opened away from the bag 1400; and fifthly, transporting the bag to the next station.
Referring to fig. 5 and 10, in some embodiments of the present invention, the present invention further comprises a bag flattening mechanism 1100, wherein the bag flattening mechanism 1100 is connected to the upper left holding strip 510 and the upper right holding strip 520, and the bag flattening mechanism 1100 is used for flattening the opening of the bag 1400.
The composition, connection, and operation of the bag flattening mechanism 1100 and the steps thereof can be referred to the bag gathering mechanism 800 (slightly different, in the bag flattening step, the seventh pair of upper clamping fingers 530 (clamping one side of the opening of the bag 1400) and the eighth pair of upper clamping fingers 530 (clamping the other side of the opening of the bag 1400) are far away from each other, so as to flatten the opening of the bag 1400). The bag flattening mechanism 1100 is configured to flatten the opening of the bag 1400 and substantially close the opening, thereby facilitating subsequent bag sealing operations.
In this embodiment, the flat bag mechanism 1100 includes a first left flat bag sliding seat 1110, a second left flat bag sliding seat 1120, a first right flat bag sliding seat 1130, a second right flat bag sliding seat 1140, and a flat bag transmission assembly 1150, the first left flat bag sliding seat 1110 is provided with a seventh upper left clamping finger 1111, the second left flat bag sliding seat 1120 is provided with an eighth upper left clamping finger 1121, the first right flat bag sliding seat 1130 is provided with a seventh upper right clamping finger 1131, the second right flat bag sliding seat 1140 is provided with an eighth upper right clamping finger 1141, the first left flat bag sliding seat 1110 and the second left flat bag sliding seat 1120 are slidably connected with the upper left clamping bar 510, the first right flat bag sliding seat 1130 and the second right flat bag sliding seat 1140 are slidably connected with the upper right clamping bar 520, the flat bag transmission assembly 1150 and the first left flat bag sliding seat 1110, the second left flat bag sliding seat 1120, the first right flat bag sliding seat 1130, and the second right flat bag sliding seat 1140 are connected with the seventh upper left clamping finger 1111, thereby gripping one side of the opening of the bag 1400, the eighth upper left gripping finger 1121 is configured to be relatively close to the eighth upper right gripping finger 1141 to grip the other side of the opening of the bag 1400, and the flat bag actuator assembly 1150 is configured to drive the first left flat bag sliding seat 1110 and the second left flat bag sliding seat 1120 away from each other and the first right flat bag sliding seat 1130 and the second right flat bag sliding seat 1140 away from each other to flatten the opening of the bag 1400.
Referring to fig. 1 and 9, in some embodiments of the present invention, the present invention further comprises a bag sealing mechanism 1200, the bag sealing mechanism 1200 is disposed on the frame 100, and the bag sealing mechanism 1200 is used for sealing the opening of the bag 1400.
After filling (or after flat bag filling), the bag 1400 is transported to the bag sealing mechanism 1200, and the bag 1400 opening is sealed by the bag sealing mechanism 1200.
In this embodiment, the bag sealing mechanism 1200 comprises a left heat-sealing clamp 1210, a left driving cylinder 1220, a right heat-sealing clamp 1230 and a right driving cylinder 1240, wherein the left driving cylinder 1220 and the right driving cylinder 1240 are all installed on the frame 100, the left driving cylinder 1220 and the left heat-sealing clamp 1210 are in transmission connection, the right driving cylinder 1240 and the right heat-sealing clamp 1230 are in transmission connection, and the left heat-sealing clamp 1210 and the right heat-sealing clamp 1230 are close to each other, thereby clamping the bag 1400 and heat-sealing the opening of the bag 1400. In this embodiment, an outfeed slide 1300 is also included, and outfeed slide 1300 is disposed on frame 100.
The bag sealing principle of the automatic packaging machine is briefly described as follows: the ninth pair of lower clamping fingers 230 and the tenth pair of lower clamping fingers 230 of the lower clamping strip convey the bag 1400 to the bag sealing mechanism 1200, the driving cylinder drives the heat-sealing clamps to approach each other, and the heat-sealing clamps clamp and heat-seal the opening of the bag 1400; the lower strips are relatively far apart, the ninth pair of lower gripping fingers 230, the tenth pair of lower gripping fingers 230 release the bag 1400; the driving cylinder drives the heat-sealing clamps to be away from each other, the bag 1400 is released, and the bag 1400 falls onto the discharging slide 1300 and slides to the next station.
Referring to fig. 1 and 4, in some embodiments of the present invention, the present invention further includes a bag taking mechanism 700, the bag taking mechanism 700 is disposed on the frame 100, and the bag taking mechanism 700 is used for taking the bag 1400.
The bag taking mechanism 700 is provided at the foremost or rearmost end of the automatic packaging machine, and is used for taking the bag 1400 from the storage place of the bag 1400 or taking the filled (or sealed) bag 1400.
In this embodiment, the bag taking mechanism 700 includes a bag taking connecting plate 710, a bag taking clamping jaw 720, a bag taking transmission assembly 730 and a clamping driving assembly 740, wherein one end of the bag taking connecting plate 710 is hinged to the frame 100, one end of the bag taking connecting plate 710 is connected to the bag taking transmission assembly 730, the bag taking transmission assembly 730 is used for driving the bag taking connecting plate 710 to rotate, the other end of the bag taking connecting plate 710 is connected to the bag taking clamping jaw 720, the clamping driving assembly 740 is connected to the bag taking clamping jaw 720, and the clamping driving assembly 740 is used for driving the bag taking clamping jaw 720 to open and release the bag 1400 or close and clamp the bag 1400. It should be understood that the gripper drive assembly 740 includes a gripper cylinder in driving communication with the bag gripper 720.
The bag taking principle of the automatic packaging machine is briefly described as follows: the bag taking transmission assembly 730 drives the bag taking connecting plate 710 to rotate forward, so that the bag taking clamping jaw 720 at the other end of the bag taking connecting plate 710 extends into a storage place of the bag 1400; the clamping driving assembly 740 drives the bag taking clamping jaws 720 to close to grab the bag 1400; the bag taking transmission assembly 730 drives the bag taking connecting plate 710 to rotate reversely, the bag taking clamping jaw 720 takes the bag 1400 out, the bag 1400 is transported to a to-be-taken area (suspended), and the bag is waited to be transported (the lower clamping strip moves forwards to the foremost end, the lower clamping strip is relatively close to clamp the bag 1400, and the clamping driving assembly 740 drives the bag taking clamping jaw 720 to open and release the bag 1400).
Referring to fig. 11, the operation of the automatic packing machine of the present embodiment will be summarized as follows:
bag taking, the bag taking mechanism 700 takes the bag 1400;

the bag is gathered, the third driving mechanism 600 drives the upper left clamping strip 510 and the upper right clamping strip 520 to approach each other, so that the first pair of upper clamping fingers 530 and the second pair of upper clamping fingers 530 respectively clamp two sides of the opening of the bag 1400, and the bag gathering transmission assembly 850 drives the first pair of upper clamping fingers 530 and the second pair of upper clamping fingers 530 to approach each other, so that two sides of the opening of the bag 1400 approach each other;
and when the bag is opened, the left suction cup 910 and the right suction cup 920 respectively suck two surfaces of the bag 1400, and the bag opening transmission assembly 950 drives the left suction cup 910 and the right suction cup 920 to move away from each other to open the bag 1400.
Second clamping, the second driving mechanism 400 drives the lower left holding strip 210 and the lower right holding strip 220 to move forward together to the foremost end, the first driving mechanism 300 drives the lower left holding strip 210 and the lower right holding strip 220 to approach each other so as to hold the bag 1400, the third driving mechanism 600 drives the upper left holding strip 510 and the upper right holding strip 520 to move away from each other so as to release the bag 1400 (the suction cups no longer suck the bag 1400), and the second driving mechanism 400 drives the lower left holding strip 210 and the lower right holding strip 220 to move backward together to the rearmost end;
loading, the third driving mechanism 600 drives the upper left holding strip 510 and the upper right holding strip 520 to approach each other, thereby holding the bag 1400, the loading driving assembly 1040 drives the storage hopper 1010 to move downwards, the loading control cylinder 1030 discharges the material in the storage hopper 1010 to load the bag 1400 with a predetermined amount of material, and the loading driving assembly 1040 drives the storage hopper 1010 to move upwards;
third clamping, the second driving mechanism 400 drives the lower left holding strip 210 and the lower right holding strip 220 to move forwards together to the foremost end, the first driving mechanism 300 drives the lower left holding strip 210 and the lower right holding strip 220 to approach each other so as to hold the bag 1400, the third driving mechanism 600 drives the upper left holding strip 510 and the upper right holding strip 520 to move away from each other so as to release the bag 1400, and the second driving mechanism 400 drives the lower left holding strip 210 and the lower right holding strip 220 to move backwards together to the rearmost end;
the bag is flattened, the third driving mechanism 600 drives the upper left holding strip 510 and the upper right holding strip 520 to approach each other, so that the seventh pair of upper clamping fingers 530 and the eighth pair of upper clamping fingers 530 clamp two sides of the opening of the bag 1400 respectively, and the bag flattening transmission assembly 1150 drives the seventh pair of upper clamping fingers 530 and the eighth pair of upper clamping fingers 530 to move away from each other, so as to flatten the opening of the bag 1400;
fourth clamping, the second driving mechanism 400 drives the lower left holding strip 210 and the lower right holding strip 220 to move forward to the foremost end together, the first driving mechanism 300 drives the lower left holding strip 210 and the lower right holding strip 220 to approach each other so as to hold the bag 1400, the third driving mechanism 600 drives the upper left holding strip 510 and the upper right holding strip 520 to move away from each other so as to release the bag 1400, and the second driving mechanism 400 drives the lower left holding strip 210 and the lower right holding strip 220 to move backward to the rearmost end together;
the bag is closed and the bag closing mechanism 1200 grips and seals the opening of the bag 1400.
It should be understood that in order to free up more positions for installing other components, several middle vacant processes of clamping and conveying the lower holding strip and clamping and fixing the upper holding strip can be added in the whole process.

Claims (10)

1. An automatic packaging machine, characterized by comprising:
a frame;
a lower left holding strip;
a lower right holding strip for relatively approaching the lower right holding strip to hold the bag;
the first driving mechanism is arranged on the rack and connected with the lower left holding strip and/or the lower right holding strip, and the first driving mechanism is used for driving the lower left holding strip to relatively approach or relatively leave the lower right holding strip;
the second driving mechanism is arranged on the rack and is connected with the lower left holding strip and the lower right holding strip and used for driving the lower left holding strip and the lower right holding strip to move forwards or backwards together;
arranging a left holding strip;
an upper right holding strip for being relatively close to the upper right holding strip so as to hold the bag;
the third driving mechanism is arranged on the rack and connected with the upper left holding strip and/or the upper right holding strip, and the third driving mechanism is used for driving the upper left holding strip to relatively approach or relatively leave the upper right holding strip;
and the charging mechanism is arranged on the machine frame and is used for charging the bags.
2. The automatic packaging machine according to claim 1, further comprising a bag gathering mechanism connecting the upper left holding strip and the upper right holding strip, the bag gathering mechanism being configured to bring two sides of the bag opening close to each other.

8. The automatic packaging machine of claim 1 further comprising a bag flattening mechanism connecting the upper left and right clamp strips, the bag flattening mechanism for flattening a bag opening.
9. The automatic packaging machine of claim 1 further comprising a bag sealing mechanism disposed on the frame, the bag sealing mechanism for sealing the bag opening.
10. The automatic packaging machine of claim 1 further comprising a bag retrieving mechanism disposed on the frame for retrieving the bag.
