An elastic element 434 is further arranged at the end of the transverse section of the swing rod 431, so that the bag pressing block 42 is kept in a clamping state matched with the first opening expanding piece 41. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in detail to fig. 3 to 6, the touch-fitting block 432 is disposed at the package bag supply position 211 corresponding to the touch end 4311 of the swing link 431, and the touch-fitting block 432 has two working positions driven by the touch-fitting block driving device 433, when the touch-fitting block 432 is located at one working position, the touch end 4311 of the swing link 431 contacts with the touch-fitting block 432 to lower and release the bag pressing block 42, and when the touch-fitting block 432 is located at the other working position to release the touch end 4311 of the swing link 431, the bag pressing block 42 is returned to the clamping state.
In practice, the bag pressing block driving mechanism 43 is also mounted on the bag grasping assembly 4 by other driving mechanisms, such as a direct air cylinder, and moves along with the bag grasping assembly 4.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, a second mouth opening part 51 and a second mouth opening part driving mechanism 52 for driving the second mouth opening part 51 to move are arranged at the bag inlet position 212 of the cover body, and the second mouth opening part 51 is positioned above the first mouth opening part 41. When the bag-grabbing assembly 4 is located at the cover bag-entering position 212, the second opening-supporting piece 51 and the first opening-supporting piece 41 can work together one above the other to open and hold the bag opening, so that a channel which can be accessed by the cover is formed. Preferably, the second mouth-expanding member 51 is a circular arc plate with a downward concave surface. The cross-section of the first mouth piece 41 is approximately semi-circular.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, it is preferable that an air blowing passage 511 is provided in the second mouth piece 51 toward the mouth of the packing bag 00 opened, and the air blowing passage 511 is connected to an air source to blow air into the packing bag 00 while the second mouth piece 51 and the first mouth piece 41 open the mouth of the packing bag 00, so that the mouth of the packing bag 00 can be smoothly opened.
The packaging device for the lid body of the pop can further comprises a lid body pushing mechanism 6, and the lid body pushing mechanism 6 can push the lid body to penetrate through the second opening supporting piece 51 and the first opening supporting piece 41 to enter the packaging bag 00 at the position of the lid pushing and packaging section 21.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a bag rear end limiting assembly 7 is further disposed on the push-cover bag section 21 near the bag supply position 211, the bag rear end limiting assembly 7 is composed of a bag rear end limiting block 71 and a limiting block driving mechanism 72, and the bag rear end limiting block 71 can be lifted and lowered relative to the frame 1 under the driving of the limiting block driving mechanism 72. When the cover body enters the packaging bag 00 of the cover pushing and packaging section 21 along the cover body rail 2, the rear end limiting block 71 of the packaging bag is in a descending state, namely, the rear end part of the packaging bag 00 is blocked and positioned.
In operation, as shown in fig. 1-2 and fig. 3, the overlapped caps 001 arranged on the cap rail 2 of this embodiment is shown in fig. 8, a bag 00 with an opened bag opening is provided at the bag supply position 211, the bag-grasping translation driving mechanism 44 is started to drive the bag-grasping assembly 4 to move to the bag supply position 211, at this time, as shown in fig. 4, when the bag-grasping assembly 4 reaches the bag supply position 211, the touch end 4311 of the swing link 431 first contacts and is pressed against the touch fitting block 43, so that the bag-pressing block 42 descends, i.e., is far away from and separated from the first opening-supporting piece 41, the bag-grasping assembly 4 continues to move to the bag supply position 211, so that the first opening-supporting piece 41 is inserted into the opened bag opening of the bag 00, at this time, as shown in; next, the touch matching block driving device 433 operates to drive the touch matching block 43 to swing and give way, and the bag pressing block 42 returns to the original position under the action of the elastic element 434 and rises to match with the first mouth opening part 41 to clamp the lower edge of the bag mouth of the packaging bag 00, and the state is shown in fig. 6; then, the bag-holding translation driving mechanism 44 is activated again to drive the bag-holding assembly 4 to move to the cover bag-entering position 212, and the bag-holding assembly 4 successfully holds a bag and pulls the bag to the cover bag-entering position 212, as shown in fig. 7; when the bag grabbing assembly 4 returns to the cover bag entering position 212, the second mouth opening piece 51 is also inserted into the opening mouth of the packaging bag 00, then the second mouth opening piece 51 is driven by the second mouth opening piece driving mechanism 52 to be away from the first mouth opening piece 41, namely, the second mouth opening piece 51 and the first mouth opening piece 41 are opened relatively, and meanwhile, the air blowing channel 511 blows air into the packaging bag 00, so that the mouth of the packaging bag can be smoothly expanded, and a channel for the cover 001 to enter the bag is formed. At this time, the lid pushing mechanism 6 is started, that is, a stack of strip-shaped lids 001 on the lid rail 2 is pushed into the bag, and the lid pushing mechanism 6 withdraws from the packaging bag 00, so that the process of packaging the lids into the packaging bag 00 is completed.
The cover pushing mechanism 6 may be any mechanism that can introduce the cover into the packaging bag 00 along the axial direction of the packaging bag 00, for example, an air cylinder disposed along the axial direction of the packaging bag 00. However, the preferred scheme in this embodiment is: referring to fig. 1 and 2, and in detail fig. 8 and 9, the cover pushing mechanism 6 includes a lifting mechanism 61, a guide rail 62, a push rod 63, and a push rod driving mechanism 64, wherein the lifting mechanism 61 has a lifting end; the guide rail 62 is arranged below the cover body rail 2 and extends along the length direction of the cover body rail 2, one end of the guide rail 62 is rotatably connected with the frame 1, and the other end of the guide rail 62 is rotatably connected with the lifting end of the lifting mechanism 61 and is driven by the lifting mechanism 61 to move up and down along the vertical direction. The push rod 63 is slidably connected to the guide rail 62 along the length direction of the guide rail 62, and the push rod 63 has a pushing end corresponding to the cover on the cover rail 2. The push rod 63 is in transmission connection with the push rod driving mechanism 64, and is driven by the push rod driving mechanism 64 to move linearly along the length direction of the cover body track 2. The pusher actuation mechanism 64 may be a linear module, linear motor, or other conventional actuation device.
In the working state, referring to fig. 1-3 and fig. 8-9 in detail, the cover 001 is conveyed to the right side of the pushing end of the push rod 63 along the cover rail 2, the lifting end of the lifting mechanism 61 pushes the guide rail 62 to rise, the pushing end of the push rod 63 extends upwards from the middle of the cover rail 2, and then the push rod driving mechanism 64 is started to drive the pushing end of the push rod 63 to slide along the length direction of the guide rail 62, so as to push the cover 001 to move in the cover rail 2.
Preferably, the pushing rod 63 further includes an extending section, the extending section extends along the length direction of the cover body track 2, and an end portion of the extending section is used as the pushing end.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, and in detail to fig. 10 to 13, a folded packaging bag assembly 8 is further disposed on the cover body bag-entering position 212 of the cover-pushing bag-filling section 21, the folded packaging bag assembly 8 includes a clamping driving mechanism 81, a rotation driving mechanism 82 and a clamping jaw assembly 83, the clamping driving mechanism 81 is driven by the rotation driving mechanism 82 to swing, and the clamping driving mechanism 81 has two clamping portions 811. The clamping jaw assembly 83 includes an upper bag folding rod 831 and a lower bag folding rod 832 which are oppositely arranged, roots of the upper bag folding rod 831 and the lower bag folding rod 832 are fixed on two clamping portions 811 of the clamping driving mechanism 81, and the clamping driving mechanism 81 drives the upper bag folding rod 831 and the lower bag folding rod 832 to be separated, so that a mouth is formed between the upper bag folding rod 831 and the lower bag folding rod 832. And a gland 8321 is arranged on the lower bag folding rod 832, an arc-shaped pressing surface matched with the circumferential surface of the packaging bag 00 is arranged on the gland 8321, and the arc-shaped pressing surface extends along the axial direction of the packaging bag 00. Under the operating condition, the open end of wrapping bag 00 is located in the mouth that upward rolls over bag pole 831 and fold down bag pole 832 in, the drive of centre gripping actuating mechanism 81 is rolled over bag pole 831 and is folded down the open end centre gripping of bag 00 down, rotation driving mechanism 82 drives and is rolled over bag pole 831 and fold down bag pole 832 upset 180 in the drive, makes the arc pressure of gland 8321 puts the open end of wrapping bag 00 and takes the reverse book of the open end of wrapping bag 00 to accomplish the sack folding in the position of establishing the lid in wrapping bag 00. Specifically, the rotary drive mechanism 82 is further provided with a linear drive mechanism 84, and the linear drive mechanism 84 can drive the rotary drive mechanism 82 to move linearly in a direction perpendicular to the axis of the packaging bag 00.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, and particularly to fig. 10-13, preferably, the folded packaging bag assembly 8 further includes a heating assembly 85, and the heating assembly 85 is disposed corresponding to a portion where the opening end of the bag mouth is folded, so as to heat and help bond the folded opening end and a portion of the packaging bag where the cover is disposed after the bag mouth is folded.
Referring to fig. 13, the package bag folding assembly 8 further includes two pressing blocks 86 and a pressing block driving mechanism 861, the two pressing blocks 86 are oppositely disposed corresponding to the folding seams 002 on the two sides of the package bag 00, the two pressing blocks 86 are in a shape of a tip which is reduced towards the head of the package bag, and the two pressing blocks 86 extend into the folding seams 002 on the two sides of the package bag 00 or retreat under the action of the pressing block driving mechanism 861.
A glue attaching portion 003 to which glue is previously attached is provided near the opening end of the packing bag 00 in advance. Referring to fig. 1 and 2, and particularly to fig. 10-13, when the cover is installed in the package and the seal is needed, the heating assembly 85 is used to heat the glue applying portion 00 to make the glue have viscosity. Then, the top pressing block driving mechanism 861 drives the heads of the two top pressing blocks 86 to extend into the crease 002 at the two sides of the opening end of the packaging bag 00, namely, the opening end of the packaging bag 00 is subjected to top pressing and folding at two sides; then, the linear driving mechanism 84 is started to drive the rotary driving mechanism 82 to extend to the position of the packaging bag 00, so that the opening between the upper bag folding rod 831 and the lower bag folding rod 832 is aligned with the opening end of the packaging bag 00, the clamping driving mechanism 81 drives the upper paper folding rod 831 and the lower paper folding rod 832 to be closed, so as to clamp the opening end of the packaging bag 00, then the rotary driving mechanism 82 drives the upper paper folding rod 831 and the lower paper folding rod 832 to turn over 180 degrees, so that the arc-shaped pressing surface of the gland 8321 with the opening end of the packaging bag 00 is reversely folded on the cylindrical surface of the packaging bag 00, namely the arc-shaped pressing surface of the gland 8321 enables the opening end of the packaging bag 00 to be attached to the glue attaching portion 003 of the circumferential surface of the packaging bag 00, and the folding and sealing of the. After the folding seal is completed, the linear driving mechanism 84 drives the upper paper folding rod 831 and the lower paper folding rod 832 to move away from the packaging bag 00, and the upper paper folding rod 831 and the lower paper folding rod 832 are drawn out of the packaging bag to avoid the packaging bag.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, and particularly to fig. 16-19, a bag supply device 9 is connected to the bag supply position 211, and the bag supply device 9 includes a bin 91, a bag taking arm 92, an arm driving member 93 and a bag taking operation assembly 94; the storage bin 91 comprises a storage tank 911, the storage tank 911 is fixedly arranged relative to the rack 1, one end of the storage tank 911 is a material taking end, and the storage tank 911 is arranged in a manner that the material taking end is inclined downwards. The upper end of the bag taking arm 92 is hinged relative to the frame 1, and the lower end of the bag taking arm 92 is used as a bag taking operation end 921. One end of the arm driving piece 93 is hinged relative to the frame 1, and the other end is hinged with the middle part of the bag taking arm 92, and the bag taking arm 92 is driven to swing by the arm driving piece 93. The bag-taking operation unit 94 includes a vacuum chuck or the like as the upper suction unit 31 of the bag-positioning and opening unit 3, and a state of a bag to be taken at the bag-supplying position 211 is shown in fig. 19.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a cover temporary storage device 22 is disposed on the cover rail 2 at the front of the push-cover bagging section 21, and the cover temporary storage device 22 is used for temporarily storing the cover 001, so that the speed of conveying the cover 001 in front of the cover rail 2 matches the packing speed at the rear push-cover bagging section 21.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the cap pushing and bagging section 21 may further include a discharging device, and the cap may be discharged or grabbed by the discharging device after being placed into the packaging bag and packaged. The discharging device can be directly two gate plates at the bottom of the track, and when the gate plates are opened, the packed cylindrical cover body can automatically fall off to discharge. In practice, the discharging device may also be a manipulator, which grabs and removes the packed cylindrical cover. Of course, in practice, the discharging device is not arranged, and manual discharging can be carried out.
The above examples are illustrative, and in practice the following variations are possible:
1. the second mouth-opening part 51 can be omitted, only the first mouth-opening part 41 is used for opening the mouth of the bag, the first mouth-opening part 41 can be designed to be in a shape of a sharp circular arc at the front end, the rear end of the first mouth-opening part is close to a circular tube, and the tip end of the first mouth-opening part 41 extends into the mouth of the bag during operation until the circular tube at the rear end of the first mouth-opening part also enters the mouth of the bag, so that the mouth of the bag is completely opened;
2. the arrangement direction of the first mouth opening part 41 and the bag pressing block 42 is not limited to the above example, the lower edge of the mouth opening for clamping the packaging bag 00 at the lower side of the mouth opening of the packaging bag 00, and in practice, the first mouth opening part and the bag pressing block can be arranged in a manner of being turned around the length direction of the packaging bag, such as the left edge, the right edge or the upper edge for clamping the mouth opening of the packaging bag 00;
3. the number of the second mouth opening supporting pieces 51 can be multiple, so that the multiple second mouth opening supporting pieces 51 and the multiple first mouth opening supporting pieces 41 are arranged around the bag mouth in a circle to support the bag mouth more stably;
4. the second mouth piece 51 can be arranged on the bag-grabbing assembly 4 instead of being positioned at the cover bag-entering position 212, namely, contained in the bag-grabbing assembly 4, the second mouth piece 51 and the first mouth piece 41 move together, and when the bag-grabbing assembly 4 is positioned at the bag-supplying position 211, the second mouth piece 51 and the first mouth piece 41 can extend into the mouth of the bag 00 together; when the bag grabbing assembly 4 is located at the cover bag entering position 212, the second opening expanding piece 51 and the first opening expanding piece 41 can jointly act to expand and hold the opening of the packaging bag 00;
5. in the above embodiment, the second mouth expanding piece 51 is driven by the second mouth expanding piece driving mechanism 52 to actively move, and in practice, the second mouth expanding piece driving mechanism 52 is not provided, and the second mouth expanding piece 51 may also be moved, for example: the second opening supporting piece 51 is hinged relative to the rack 1, and when the cover body 001 is pushed in, the cover body 001 presses the second opening supporting piece 51 to turn over and open, so that the bag opening is supported in place.
