As shown in fig. 8, the bag clamping assembly 35 comprises a connecting seat 351, a connecting rod 352, a clamping cylinder 353, a clamping jaw 354, a T-shaped block 355, a transmission rod 356 and a tooth-shaped block 357, wherein the connecting rod 352 is hinged at the upper end of the connecting seat 351, the upper end of the connecting rod 352 is hinged on the base 31, two ends of the connecting rod 352 are respectively provided, and a parallelogram is formed between the hinge points of the connecting rod 352; the clamping cylinder 353 is arranged on the connecting seat 351, the T-shaped block 355 is arranged at the telescopic end of the clamping cylinder 353, the middle part of the clamping jaw 354 is hinged on the connecting seat 351, the tooth-shaped block 357 is arranged at the lower end of the clamping jaw 354, the end part of the clamping jaw 354 is provided with a hinge lug, and the two ends of the connecting rod 352 are respectively hinged with the hinge lug and the T-shaped block 355; the lifting movement of T-block 355 causes jaw 354 to oscillate. The fixed end of the adjusting cylinder 36 is hinged on the lifting frame 32, the telescopic end is hinged with the middle part of the connecting rod 352, and the adjusting cylinder 36 drives the connecting seat 351 to swing left and right.
As shown in fig. 9, the blanking control assembly 38 includes a hinge seat 381, a swinging plate 382, a control board 383, a bag edge clamping cylinder 384 and a clamping plate 385; the hinge seat 381 is fixedly arranged, the swinging plate 382 is folded, the right-angle turning part is hinged on the hinge seat 381, the telescopic end of the opening and closing cylinder 37 is hinged with one end of the swinging plate 382, and the opening and closing cylinder 37 drives the swinging plate 382 to swing; the control board 383 is arranged on the swinging board 382, and folds are arranged on two sides of the control board 383; the clamping plate 385 is hinged to the back surface of the swinging plate 382, one end of the bag clamping edge air cylinder 384 is hinged to the swinging plate 382, the telescopic end of the bag clamping edge air cylinder 384 is connected with the clamping plate 385, the bag clamping edge air cylinder 384 drives the clamping plate 385 to rotate, and the clamping plate 385 corresponds to the back surface of the control plate 383, so that the packaging bag is clamped in the middle.
When the blanking device 3 works, the packaging bag is sleeved on the blanking control assembly 38, the clamping plate 385 clamps the packaging bag on the control board 383, and the packaging bag clamping assembly 35 clamps and fixes the packaging bag from two sides; then blanking is carried out, the blanking control assembly 38 is opened by contracting the opening and closing cylinder 37, so that materials fall into the packaging bags, and the packaging bags are closed after being filled, so that the loading is realized.
The blanking device 3 solves the problems that the packaging bag is difficult to fix and the materials fall easily when the rice is packaged, and the bag clamping assemblies 35 are arranged to clamp the packaging bag from two sides, so that the verticality of the rice in packaging is maintained and falling is avoided; the blanking control assembly 38 is provided with the clamping plates 385 to clamp the packaging bag, two sides of the packaging bag are fixed, the packaging bag is guaranteed to be located on the outer side of the falling rice, the phenomenon that the rice falls off is prevented, and the success rate of rice bagging is improved.
As shown in fig. 10, the bag clamping device 4 comprises a fixed frame 41, a stepping motor 42, a moving plate 43, a synchronous belt assembly 44, a connecting support 45, an upper clamping block 46, a lower clamping plate 47, a parallelogram mechanism 48 and a driving cylinder 49, wherein the moving plate 43 is movably connected to the fixed frame 41 through a sliding rail, the stepping motor 42 is arranged on the fixed frame 41, and the synchronous belt assembly 44 drives the moving plate 43 to move; the connecting support 45 is connected to the movable plate 43 through a parallelogram mechanism 48, the upper clamping block 46 is arranged at the upper end of the connecting support 45, the lower clamping plate 47 is arranged at the lower end of the connecting support 45, the upper clamping block 46 is in a strip shape and corresponds to the bag mouth of the packaging bag, and the lower clamping plate 47 is in a plate shape and corresponds to the bag body of the packaging bag; a driving cylinder 49 is installed at the upper end of the moving plate 43, and the driving cylinder 49 drives the parallelogram mechanism 48 to deform, so that the two connecting brackets 45 move.
When the bag clamping device 4 works, the driving air cylinder 49 drives the connecting support 45 to approach each other to clamp the packaging bags filled with materials, and then the stepping motor 42 works to drive the moving plate 43 to move so as to enable the clamped packaging bags to be moved.
A full-automatic rice bagging packaging and sealing method sequentially comprises the following steps:
s1, packaging bag feeding: the packaging bag feeding device 1 feeds the packaging bag and opens a bag opening;
s2, opening a bag and sleeving the bag: the packaging bag transferring device 2 transfers the opened packaging bag to the lower part of the blanking device 3;
s3, material charging: the blanking device 3 controls the falling of materials and fills rice into the packaging bag;
s4, blanking a seal: the bag clamping device 4 clamps the packaging bag, the conveying device 5 conveys rice, and the rice is sealed by the suture device 6 and then is discharged.
Claims (8)
1. The full-automatic rice packaging equipment is characterized by comprising a packaging bag feeding device (1), a packaging bag transporting device (2), a blanking device (3), a bag clamping device (4), a conveying device (5) and a stitching device (6), wherein the packaging bag transporting device (2) is connected with the packaging bag feeding device (1) and the blanking device (3), the bag clamping device (4) is connected with the blanking device (3) and the conveying device (5), and the stitching device (6) corresponds to the middle part of the conveying device (5); the packaging bag feeding device (1) is used for feeding after opening single packaging bags, the packaging bag moving device (2) is used for moving the packaging bags to the position right below the blanking device (3), the blanking device (3) is used for controlling rice to fall into the packaging bags, the bag clamping device (4) is used for clamping two sides of the rice, and the suture device (6) is used for suture packaging the tops of the packaged rice;
the packaging bag feeding device (1) comprises a storage component (11), an up-draught component (12), a bag guiding component (13), a driving component (14), a bag opening component (15) and a base (16), wherein the storage component (11) is arranged on the side of the base (16), the up-draught component (12) corresponds to the side of the storage component (11), the driving component (14) is arranged on the base (16), the bag guiding component (13) is connected with the storage component (11) and the driving component (14), and the bag opening component (15) corresponds to the discharge end of the driving component (14);
the storage assembly (11) comprises a bottom plate (111), a side pushing plate (112), a limiting cylinder (113) and a sliding shaft (114), wherein the bottom plate (111) is a bent sheet metal part, a side blocking part (115) is arranged on the side of the bottom plate (111), a transverse groove is formed in the bottom plate (111), the side pushing plate (112) is positioned in the transverse groove, the side pushing plate (112) is movably connected to the sliding shaft (114), and the sliding shaft (114) is arranged on the back of the bottom plate (111); the limiting cylinder (113) is fixed on the bottom plate (111), and the telescopic end of the limiting cylinder (113) is connected with the side pushing plate (112);
the upper suction assembly (12) comprises a lifting cylinder (121), a lifting frame (122), a sucker group (123) and a turnover cylinder (124), wherein the lifting cylinder (121) is fixed on the base (16) through a connecting rod, the lifting frame (122) is movably matched with the connecting rod, the lifting cylinder (121) drives the lifting frame (122) to move up and down, the sucker group (123) is hinged at the lower end of the lifting frame (122), the turnover cylinder (124) is connected at the lower end of the lifting frame (122), and the turnover cylinder (124) drives the sucker group (123) to rotate, and the sucker group (123) comprises a rotating shaft and a plurality of suckers arranged on the rotating shaft;
the bag guiding assembly (13) comprises a moving module (131), a connecting plate (132), a finger cylinder (133) and clamping fingers (134), wherein the connecting plate (132) is arranged on the moving part of the moving module (131), the finger cylinder (133) is obliquely arranged on the connecting plate (132), and the clamping fingers (134) are arranged at two moving ends of the finger cylinder (133);
the driving assembly (14) comprises a flat plate (141), a driving roller (142), a driven pressing wheel (143), a pressing cylinder (144) and a pressing frame (145), wherein the flat plate (141) is arranged on the base (16), a notch is formed in the flat plate (141), the driving roller (142) is arranged in the notch, the upper end of the driving roller (142) protrudes out of the flat plate (141), and one end of the driving roller (142) is connected with a speed reducing motor (146); the compression cylinder (144) is arranged on the base (16), the compression frame (145) is arranged at the telescopic end of the compression cylinder (144), the driven pressing wheel (143) is connected to the compression frame (145), and the driven pressing wheel (143) corresponds to the driving roller (142);
the bag opening assembly (15) comprises a bag opening air cylinder (151), a movable sucker (152) and a fixed sucker (153), wherein the bag opening air cylinder (151) is vertically fixed on a base (16), the movable sucker (152) is arranged at the telescopic end of the bag opening air cylinder (151), the fixed sucker (153) is arranged below a flat plate (141), and the movable sucker (152) and the fixed sucker (153) are oppositely arranged.

The full-automatic rice packaging device according to claim 1, wherein the blanking device (3) comprises a base (31), a lifting frame (32), a vertical cylinder (33), a blanking hopper (34), a bag clamping assembly (35), an adjusting cylinder (36), an opening and closing cylinder (37) and a blanking control assembly (38); two sides of the lifting frame (32) are movably connected to the base (31) through sliding rails, a vertical cylinder (33) is arranged on the base (31), and the telescopic end of the vertical cylinder (33) is connected with the lifting frame (32); the blanking hopper (34) is conical, the blanking hopper (34) is arranged on the lifting frame (32), the bag clamping assemblies (35) are arranged on two sides of the lifting frame (32), the bag clamping assemblies (35) are oppositely arranged, and the adjusting air cylinder (36) drives the bag clamping assemblies (35) to move left and right; the blanking control assembly (38) is arranged on the lifting frame (32), the blanking control assembly (38) is also provided with two symmetrical groups, the blanking control assembly (38) corresponds to the lower part of the blanking hopper (34), one end of the opening and closing cylinder (37) is hinged on the lifting frame (32), and the other end of the opening and closing cylinder is connected with the blanking control assembly (38).
