Optionally, as shown in fig. 2 and fig. 3, the filling nozzle mechanism 50 includes a hollow tubular blanking pipe 51, a filling nozzle 52 that is opened and closed, a bracket assembly 53 that functions as a connection support, and a nozzle driving assembly 54 for driving the filling nozzle 52 to open and close. The blanking pipe 51 is vertically fixed on the clamping mechanism mounting plate 20 and is sleeved outside the feed hopper 40 in a sliding manner. The filling feeding nozzle 52 is vertically arranged in a hollow manner and sleeved outside the blanking pipe 51. The support structure connects the fixture mounting plate 20 and the fill feed nozzle 52, respectively. The feed nozzle driving assembly 54 is connected between the fixture mounting plate 20 and the carriage assembly 53 for driving the carriage assembly 53 to move and drive the filling feed nozzle 52 to open the opening of the material bag 70. In this alternative, as shown in fig. 2, the fill feed nozzle 52 includes two oppositely disposed feed nozzle plates 521. The upper ends of the two feeding nozzle plates 521 are sleeved on the excircle of the blanking pipe 51 in a sliding manner, and the lower ends of the two feeding nozzle plates 521 are relatively separated so as to open the material bag and respectively clamp the two open sides of the material bag in cooperation with the middle clamping jaw mechanism 60. This structural arrangement of filling feed nozzle 52, on the one hand the intercommunication prolongs unloading pipe 51, and on the other hand its lower extreme forms the clamp mouth structure that can open and shut, struts the opening of material bag when opening, still cooperates the middle clamping jaw mechanism 60 in the outside simultaneously to press from both sides the material bag of opening, also cooperates the middle clamping jaw mechanism 60 in the outside to close the opening of material bag when closing to when filling feed nozzle 52 function is diversified, overall structure sets up simply, prepares easily.
In the alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, each feeding nozzle plate 521 includes two nozzle plates disposed at an interval, a mounting plate vertically connected between the two nozzle plates, and a positioning bar fixedly connected to the outer wall surface of the lower end of the mounting plate. The mouth-shaped plate is square plate-shaped, and the middle part of one side is gradually concave towards the other side to form a gap, so that the two feeding mouth plates 521 are matched to form a mouth-shaped structure with the upper part being an installation channel and the lower part gradually opening outwards. The connecting plate is fixed to the bracket assembly 53. The locating bar is used to locate when in contact with the middle jaw mechanism 60. The two supporting and fixing plates 531 are vertically arranged, the upper ends of the two supporting and fixing plates are fixed to the clamping mechanism mounting plate 20 respectively, the two connecting rotating shafts 532 are arranged in parallel, and the two ends of each connecting rotating shaft 532 are connected with the lower ends of the two supporting and fixing plates 531 respectively. Two sets of first jaw support 533 are connected respectively in the both sides of filling feed nozzle 52 direction of opening and shutting, and two sets of second jaw support 534 also connect respectively in the both sides of filling feed nozzle 52 direction of opening and shutting to first jaw support 533 and the corresponding setting of second jaw support 534 of filling feed nozzle 52 both sides, and the upper end of each first jaw support 533 and second jaw support 534 rotates to install on the connection pivot 532 of corresponding side. The structural arrangement of the bracket component 53 makes the whole structure simple and the connection relation simple, and simultaneously connects the material filling nozzle mechanism 50 and the middle clamping jaw mechanism 60 into a whole, so that the device has compact whole structure, requires less installation space and is easy to connect to a packing machine.
In an alternative embodiment, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, each of the first and second jaw supports 533, 534 includes a first connecting plate fixed to an outer sidewall of the feed nozzle plate 521, a second connecting plate vertically fixed to the first connecting plate, and an upper support tube vertically penetrating an upper end of the second connecting plate. The first jaw support 533 further includes a lower support tube vertically penetrating the lower end of the second connection plate. The second clamping jaw support 534 further comprises an installation support plate perpendicular to the lower end of the second connecting plate, a lower support tube perpendicularly penetrating through one end of the installation support plate, and an installation hole perpendicularly penetrating through the other end of the installation support plate. The feeding nozzle driving assembly 54 comprises two groups of feeding nozzle driving cylinders 541 respectively arranged at two sides of the opening and closing direction of the filling feeding nozzle 52, one end of each group of feeding nozzle driving cylinders 541 is hinged with the clamping mechanism mounting plate 20, and the other opposite end is hinged with the mounting hole of the second clamping jaw support 534 at the corresponding side through a hinge shaft. During operation, the feeding nozzle drives the cylinder 541 to stretch and retract, so as to drive the first clamping jaw support 533 and the second clamping jaw support 534 to rotate around the connecting rotating shaft 532, and the feeding nozzle plate 521 is fixed with the first clamping jaw support 533 and the second clamping jaw support 534, so that the first clamping jaw support 533 and the second clamping jaw support 534 rotate to drive the filling feeding nozzle 52 to open and close. First clamping jaw support 533 and second clamping jaw support 534's structure sets up, make overall structure simple on the one hand, be convenient for processing and preparation, on the other hand realizes driving the purpose that cylinder 541 drove filling feeding mouth 52 and open and close through two sets of feeding mouths, filling feeding mouth 52's action drive is simple, in addition, the installation and the setting of the intermediate clamping jaw mechanism 60 of also being convenient for, make intermediate clamping jaw mechanism 60 and irritate material mouth mechanism 50 and link into an integrated entity, and mutual independent action, make device overall structure compact, greatly simplify required installation space.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the middle jaw mechanism 60 includes two sets of middle jaws 61 and two sets of middle jaw cylinders 62. The two sets of middle clamping jaws 61 are respectively arranged at two sides of the opening and closing direction of the filling feeding nozzle 52, and two sides of the upper end of each middle clamping jaw 61 are respectively hinged with the first clamping jaw support 533 and the second clamping jaw support 534 at the corresponding side. The two sets of middle clamping jaw air cylinders 62 are arranged corresponding to the two sets of middle clamping jaws 61, one end of each middle clamping jaw air cylinder 62 is hinged with the clamping mechanism mounting plate 20, and the other opposite end of each middle clamping jaw air cylinder is hinged with the middle of the middle clamping jaw 61 on the corresponding side. During operation, the two middle clamping jaw air cylinders 62 synchronously extend and retract, so that the two middle clamping jaws 61 of the middle clamping jaw mechanism 60 are driven to relatively close or far away. The middle clamping jaw mechanism 60 is simple in structure and arrangement and simple in action process.
In this alternative, as shown in fig. 2 and 9, the middle jaw 61 includes a jaw body, a collet connected to a lower end of the jaw body, and a connecting strip plate supported on an outer side wall of the jaw body. The two sides of the upper end of the clamping jaw body are respectively hinged with the lower barrels of the first clamping jaw support 533 and the second clamping jaw support 534 through the hinged shafts. The lower end of the middle clamping jaw cylinder 62 is hinged with the connecting support plate on the corresponding side through a hinge shaft. The structure of the middle clamping jaw 61 is simple and convenient to process and manufacture, the purpose of synchronously driving the two middle clamping jaws 61 to open or close through the two middle clamping jaw cylinders 62 is achieved, and meanwhile, the middle clamping jaw cylinder is connected with the material filling nozzle mechanism 50 into a whole, so that the device is compact in overall structure, and the required installation space is greatly simplified.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the side clamping jaw mechanism 80 comprises a bag tearing cylinder 81 slidably connected to the lower surface of the clamping mechanism mounting plate 20, a mounting bracket 82 fixed to the bag tearing cylinder 81, and a side clamping jaw 83 fixed to the mounting bracket 82. The two sets of side gripper mechanisms 80 are relatively closer together or relatively farther apart toward the middle of the gripper mechanism mounting plate 20 by a bag pulling cylinder 81, respectively. The side jaws 83 are opened and closed to clamp the outside of the open end of the material bag 70. When the material filling machine works, the bag opening motion of the material filling nozzle mechanism 50 is matched through the relative close of the bag pulling air cylinders 81 on the two sides, so that the material bag 70 can be opened under the action of the material filling nozzle mechanism 50, and meanwhile, the material bag is opened as large as possible and is not damaged; the bag pulling air cylinders 81 on the two sides are relatively far away from each other, so that the opening end of a material bag which is filled and has a sealed opening is pulled flat, the conveying clamping device can accurately clamp the material bag 70, and meanwhile, the bag opening of the material bag 70 can be guaranteed to be conveyed to a heat sealing station for sealing, so that the material bag opening is effectively prevented from being sealed to form wrinkles, the material bag is not easy to leak air, and the packaging efficiency and the heat sealing success efficiency are improved; in addition, the clamping position of the material bag 70 by the side clamping jaw mechanism 80 is adjusted through the sliding of the bag pulling air cylinder 81, so that the clamping operation of the material bags 70 with different widths is adapted.
In this alternative, side jaws 83 are outsourcing members for opening or clamping material bag 70; or, the side clamping jaw 83 includes two clamping jaw bodies that set up relatively, and the middle part of each clamping jaw body is articulated with erection support 82 through the articulated shaft, and side clamping jaw cylinder is connected to the upper end of each clamping jaw body, and when the flexible action of side clamping jaw cylinder, drive clamping jaw body and rotate around the articulated shaft, and then make side clamping jaw 83 open or closed. The side jaws 83 are simple in structure and easy to manufacture.
When the bag clamping and filling device for the full-automatic packaging machine works, firstly, the bag clamping and filling device is in a state that the clamping jaws loosen the filling opening to be closed, as shown in fig. 10, the bag feeding device moves upwards to feed a material bag 70 onto the closed filling nozzle mechanism 50, and at the moment, the middle clamping jaw mechanism 60 and the side clamping jaw mechanisms 80 are opened; then, after the detection device detects that the material bag 70 reaches the position, the two sets of side clamping jaw air cylinders, the two sets of middle clamping jaw air cylinders 62 and the two sets of feeding nozzle driving air cylinders 541 act simultaneously to clamp the material bag 70, then the two sets of bag pulling air cylinders 81 act to pull the opening of the material bag towards the middle direction, the opening of the bag is opened to carry out material filling, the material is ensured to fully enter the material bag 70, and at the moment, the bag clamping filling device is in the state that the clamping jaws clamp the opening of the filling opening, as shown in fig. 11; finally, the two groups of lifting cylinders 31 act to put down the material bag 70 on a conveying clamping device below, and the two groups of middle clamping jaw cylinders 62 and the two groups of feeding nozzle driving cylinders 541 act simultaneously to close the opening of the material bag as much as possible; the two groups of bag pulling air cylinders 81 act to pull the opening of the material bag towards the two sides and tear the opening of the material bag flat, and at the moment, the bag clamping and filling device is in a state that the clamping jaws clamp the filling opening to be closed, as shown in fig. 12; finally, the material bag 70 is conveyed to the heat sealing station for sealing through a conveying clamping device.

1. A bag clamping and filling device for a full-automatic packaging machine is characterized by comprising:
the packaging machine comprises a mounting bracket (10) and a clamping mechanism mounting plate (20) which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom in space, wherein the mounting bracket (10) is used for being connected with a rack of the packaging machine, a lifting mechanism (30) and a feed hopper (40) are arranged on the mounting bracket (10), the feed hopper (40) vertically extends downwards after penetrating through the mounting bracket (10), the clamping mechanism mounting plate (20) vertically slides to penetrate through the feed hopper (40), and the lifting end of the lifting mechanism (30) extends downwards and then is connected with the clamping mechanism mounting plate (20);
the middle part of the clamping mechanism mounting plate (20) is provided with a material filling nozzle mechanism (50) and a middle clamping jaw mechanism (60), the material filling nozzle mechanism (50) is vertically arranged, the upper end of the material filling nozzle mechanism (50) is communicated with the feed hopper (40), the middle clamping jaw mechanism (60) is arranged outside the material filling nozzle mechanism (50) in a wrapping mode, the middle clamping jaw mechanism (60) and the material filling nozzle mechanism (50) are in a matched action mode, two sides of an opening of the material bag (70) are clamped in the filling and blanking process of the material bag (70) when the material filling nozzle mechanism (50) is opened, and the opening of the material bag (70) is clamped and closed when the lifting mechanism (30) descends to enable the material bag (70) to fall on the conveying and clamping device after filling is finished;
and a group of side clamping jaw mechanisms (80) which are arranged in a relative sliding manner are respectively arranged on two sides of the clamping mechanism mounting plate (20) and are used for matching and clamping two sides of the opening end of the material bag (70) in the process of opening, filling and blanking the material bag (70) and pulling the material bag (70) towards two sides when the material bag (70) falls onto the conveying and clamping device after filling is finished so as to pull the opening end of the material bag (70) flat.
2. The pouch filling apparatus for a full automatic packing machine according to claim 1,
the lifting mechanism (30) comprises two groups of lifting cylinders (31), the feed hopper (40) is positioned in the middle of the mounting bracket (10), and the two groups of lifting cylinders (31) are symmetrically arranged on two sides of the feed hopper (40);
every group goes up and down on cylinder (31) is fixed in installing support (10), and the drive end wears to establish installing support (10) and vertical downwardly extending back fixed connection fixture mounting panel (20).

the support structure is respectively connected with the clamping mechanism mounting plate (20) and the filling feeding nozzle (52);
the feeding nozzle driving assembly (54) is connected between the clamping mechanism mounting plate (20) and the support assembly (53) and is used for driving the support assembly (53) to act so as to drive the filling feeding nozzle (52) to open the opening of the feeding bag or clamp the opening of the closed material bag (70) inwards.
4. The pouch filling apparatus for a full automatic packing machine according to claim 3, wherein,
the filling feed nozzle (52) comprises two oppositely arranged feed nozzle plates (521);
the upper ends of the two feeding nozzle plates (521) are sleeved on the outer circle of the blanking pipe (51) in a sliding mode, the lower ends of the two feeding nozzle plates (521) are relatively separated, so that the material bag can be opened, and the two sides of the opening of the material bag can be clamped respectively by matching with the middle clamping jaw mechanism (60).
5. The pouch filling apparatus for a full automatic packing machine according to claim 4, wherein,
each feeding nozzle plate (521) comprises two nozzle plates which are oppositely arranged at intervals, a mounting plate which is vertically connected between the two nozzle plates, and a positioning strip which is fixedly connected to the outer wall surface of the lower end of the mounting plate;
the mouth-shaped plate is a square plate, and the middle part of one side of the mouth-shaped plate is gradually inwards concave and inclined towards the other side to form a gap, so that the two feeding mouth plates (521) are matched to form a mouth-shaped structure with the upper part being an installation channel and the lower part gradually opening outwards;
the connecting plate is fixed with the bracket component (53);
the positioning strip is used for positioning when in contact with the middle clamping jaw mechanism (60).

the bracket assembly (53) comprises a supporting and fixing plate (531), two connecting rotating shafts (532), two groups of first clamping jaw supports (533) and two groups of second clamping jaw supports (534) which are respectively arranged at two side ends of the filling and feeding nozzle (52);
the two supporting and fixing plates (531) are vertically arranged, the upper ends of the two supporting and fixing plates are respectively fixed with the clamping mechanism mounting plate (20), the two connecting rotating shafts (532) are arranged in parallel, and the two ends of each connecting rotating shaft (532) are respectively and vertically connected with the lower ends of the two supporting and fixing plates (531);
two sets of first clamping jaw support (533) are connected respectively in the both sides of filling feed mouth (52) direction of opening and shutting, and two sets of second clamping jaw support (534) also are connected respectively in the both sides of filling feed mouth (52) direction of opening and shutting to first clamping jaw support (533) and second clamping jaw support (534) of filling feed mouth (52) both sides correspond the setting, and the upper end rotation of each first clamping jaw support (533) and second clamping jaw support (534) is installed on the connection pivot (532) of corresponding side.
7. The pouch filling apparatus for a full automatic packing machine according to claim 6,
the first clamping jaw support (533) and the second clamping jaw support (534) respectively comprise a first connecting plate fixed with the outer side wall of the feeding nozzle plate (521), a second connecting plate vertically fixed with the first connecting plate, and an upper support tube vertically penetrating through the upper end of the second connecting plate;
the first clamping jaw support (533) also comprises a lower supporting cylinder vertically penetrating through the lower end of the second connecting plate;
the second clamping jaw support (534) also comprises an installation support plate arranged perpendicular to the lower end of the second connecting plate, a lower support tube arranged perpendicularly to penetrate through one end of the installation support plate, and an installation hole perpendicularly to penetrate through the other end of the installation support plate;
the feeding nozzle driving assembly (54) comprises two groups of feeding nozzle driving cylinders (541) which are respectively arranged on two sides of the filling feeding nozzle (52) in the opening and closing direction, one end of each group of feeding nozzle driving cylinders (541) is hinged with the clamping mechanism mounting plate (20), and the other opposite end of each group of feeding nozzle driving cylinders is hinged with the mounting hole of the second clamping jaw support (534) on the corresponding side through a hinge shaft.
8. The pouch filling apparatus for a full automatic packing machine according to claim 7,
the middle clamping jaw mechanism (60) comprises two groups of middle clamping jaws (61) and two groups of middle clamping jaw cylinders (62);
the two groups of middle clamping jaws (61) are respectively arranged at two sides of the opening and closing direction of the filling feeding nozzle (52), and two sides of the upper end of each middle clamping jaw (61) are respectively hinged with a first clamping jaw support (533) and a second clamping jaw support (534) at the corresponding side;
two sets of middle clamping jaw cylinders (62) correspond two sets of middle clamping jaws (61) and set up, and the one end of each middle clamping jaw cylinder (62) is articulated with fixture mounting panel (20), and its opposite other end is articulated with the middle part that corresponds middle clamping jaw (61) of side.

the two groups of side clamping jaw mechanisms (80) are relatively close to or relatively far away from the middle of the clamping mechanism mounting plate (20) through a bag pulling cylinder (81);
the side clamping jaws (83) are arranged in an opening and closing manner to clamp the outer side of the opening end of the material bag (70).
