The working principle is as follows:
before the automatic welding device for the wiring harness plug is used, an operator needs to set plug size required by welding and related parameters of the position interval of welding points of the plug in a control system;
it should be emphasized that the present invention is not directed to the control system and the drive control method, and the present invention can realize the movement control of the parts of the movable clamping mechanism 2, the movable welding mechanism 3, the welding wire feeding mechanism 4, the solder storage mechanism 5, the plug fixing mechanism 6 and the clamp plate conveying mechanism 7 by means of the existing driver in the market.
A plug K of a cable to be welded is placed and fixed in the plug clamping seat 6D, and the position of the plug K is adjusted through the front-back adjustment sliding table 6B and the left-right adjustment sliding table 6C; the plug K is an aviation plug, the plug K is cylindrical, one end of the plug K is a contact pin or a jack, the other end of the plug K is a binding post K1 connected with a contact pin reed or a jack reed, a plurality of rows of binding posts K1 are arranged on the plug K, the binding posts K1 in each row are arranged in sequence from top to bottom, and the left and right distances of the binding posts K1 in each row are the same; when the header K is fixed in the header holder 6D, one end of the post K1 faces outward.
