Since the center line of the third tail lamp mounting hole 11231 is substantially perpendicular to the center lines of the first tail lamp mounting hole 1111 and the second tail lamp mounting hole 1112, the tail lamp can be subjected to fastening forces in different directions when being fixed to the tail lamp mounting bracket 10, thereby obtaining a more stable and firm fixing effect. In one or more embodiments, a third rear mounting bracket mounting hole 11241 is formed in the fourth side wall 1124 to more securely fix the rear mounting bracket in cooperation with the first and second rear mounting bracket mounting holes 11141 and 11151 formed in the base plate 111.
As shown in fig. 1, in one or more embodiments, rear gutter channel overlap 12 is formed on top of base plate 111 and has a generally rectangular shape such that rear gutter channel 20 (see fig. 3) can easily overlap rear gutter channel overlap 12 to form an effective fixed connection.
In one or more embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the side gusset overlap 13 includes a vertical wall 131 and a lateral wall 132 that meet one another. The vertical wall 131 is configured to extend toward the rear of the bracket body 11 at the vertical edges of the rear gutter overlapping portion 12 and the first side 111a of the base plate 111. In one or more embodiments, a fourth tail lamp mounting hole 1311 is formed on the vertical wall 131 to further improve the firmness of the tail lamp mounting. The fourth tail lamp mounting hole 1311 may be a clinch nut to prevent interference with the side gusset 30 of the vehicle 1 from affecting the assembling efficiency. A transverse wall 132 is located to the left of the vertical wall 131 and is formed at the top of the side portion 112. Specifically, based on the orientation shown in fig. 2, the lateral wall 132 is configured to extend in the left-right direction from the top edge of the side portion 112, and to the right end of the vertical portion 131. Through the arrangement, the side wall plate overlapping part 13 has an approximately L-shaped structure, a large contact area is formed between the side wall plate overlapping part 13 and the side wall plate 30, and firm connection and reliable sealing of the side wall plate overlapping part 13 and the side wall plate 30 are ensured.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one or more embodiments, the taillight mounting bracket 10 of the present invention further includes a back panel overlap 14. The back panel lap 14 includes a first back panel lap 141 and a second back panel lap 142 that are joined to each other. Wherein the first back panel overlapping portion 141 is located at a lower portion of the base plate 111, and the second back panel overlapping portion 142 is located at a lower portion of the side portion 112. Specifically, based on the orientation shown in fig. 2, the second back panel overlap portion 142 is located on the right side of the lower portion of the side portion 112. The first and second back panel lap portions 141 and 142 are configured to lap with the back panel base plate 41 and the back panel side wall 42, respectively, on the back panel 40 of the vehicle 1 so that the back panel 40 can closely abut on the tail lamp mounting bracket 10.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one or more embodiments, the tail light mounting bracket 10 of the present invention further includes a side panel cover overlap 15. Based on the orientation shown in FIG. 2, the side gusset overlap 15 is located to the left of the lower portion of the side portion 112 and meets the second back gusset overlap 142. The side panel cover overlapping portion 15 is disposed so as to overlap with the side panel cover 50 of the vehicle 1, to further improve the firmness of connection between the tail light mounting bracket 10 and the peripheral components, and to improve the structural stability.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one or more embodiments, the tail light mounting bracket 10 of the present invention further includes a tail door opening seal 16. The tailgate hole seal 16 has a profile that matches a tailgate (not shown) of the vehicle 1 so that the tailgate can abut the tailgate hole seal 16 when closed, thereby improving the sealing effect of the tailgate. Based on the orientation shown in fig. 1, the tail door opening seal 16 is located on the right side of the base plate 111. Specifically, the tail gate hole sealing portion 16 is configured to extend from the vertical edges of the rear gutter overlap portion 12 and the second side 111b of the base plate 111 substantially perpendicularly toward the rear of the bracket body 11. In one or more embodiments, each of the lateral ribs 1116 on the base 111 extends to the tailgate hole seal 16, thereby increasing the rigidity and strength of the tailgate hole seal 16 to prevent deformation thereof and affecting the sealing effect.
FIG. 3 is a schematic front view of an embodiment of the vehicle of the present invention; fig. 4 is a schematic side view of an embodiment of the vehicle of the present invention. In one or more embodiments, the present disclosure also provides a vehicle 1. The vehicle 1 includes a tail light mounting bracket 10 as described in any of the above embodiments. The vehicle 1 may be an electric vehicle, a fuel vehicle, or a hybrid vehicle. The vehicle 1 may be a sedan, an SUV, an MPV or other suitable vehicle type.
Note that fig. 3 and 4 only show the schematic structural views in which the tail lamp mounting bracket 10 is disposed on the left side of the rear portion of the vehicle 1, and the tail lamp mounting bracket disposed on the right side of the rear portion of the vehicle 1 is disposed bilaterally symmetrically to the tail lamp mounting bracket 10.
With continued reference to fig. 3 and 4, in one or more embodiments, the vehicle 1 further includes components such as a rear gutter 20, side gussets 30, a rear quarter panel 40, and side gusset closure panels 50. The rear gutter 20 is overlapped on the rear gutter overlapping portion 12 of the tail lamp mounting bracket 10. Rear gutter 20 and rear gutter overlap 12 may be fixedly connected using resistance welding and/or laser welding processes.
The side gusset 30 has a side 31 and a bottom 32 on the right side, based on the orientation shown in FIG. 3. The side surface 31 abuts against the vertical wall 131 of the side panel overlapping part 13 of the tail light mounting bracket 10, and the bottom surface 32 abuts against the lateral wall 132 of the side panel overlapping part 13. The side panel 30 and the side panel lap 13 may be fixedly attached by resistance welding and/or laser welding.
With continued reference to fig. 3 and 4, the back panel 40 includes a back panel substrate 41 and back panel sidewalls 42 that meet one another to enclose a generally L-shaped structure. The dash substrate 41 abuts against the first dash overlapping portion 141 of the dash overlapping portion 14 of the tail light mounting bracket 10, and the dash side wall 42 abuts against the second dash overlapping portion 142. The back panel 40 and back panel lap 14 may also be fixedly connected using a resistance welding and/or laser welding process. In one or more embodiments, 3 welding gun through holes 411 are formed on the back panel substrate 41 and are spaced apart from each other, so that a welding gun can conveniently pass through the welding gun through holes 411 to perform welding operation when the whole vehicle is assembled, additional arc welding equipment is avoided, the welding process is simplified, and equipment investment is reduced. Alternatively, the number of the via holes 411 may be set to other suitable numbers more or less than 3, such as 2, 4, etc. In one or more embodiments, the fourth rear protection bracket mounting hole 412 is provided in the back panel substrate 41 to cooperate with the first rear protection bracket mounting hole 11141, the second rear protection bracket mounting hole 11151, and the third rear protection bracket mounting hole 11241 to further enhance the reliability of the rear mounting bracket attachment.
Continuing with fig. 3 and 4, in one or more embodiments, the top of the side panel cover 50 overlaps the side panel cover overlap 15 of the tail lamp mounting bracket 10 and the right side edge of the side panel cover 50 is overlapped by the left side edge of the back panel side wall 42 of the back panel 40. The side panel cover 50, the tail light mounting bracket 10 and the back panel 40 may be fixedly connected by resistance welding and/or laser welding. With the above arrangement, the side panel cover 50, the tail lamp mounting bracket 10 and the back panel 40 can be firmly connected to form a stable structure.
So far, the technical solution of the present invention has been described with reference to the preferred embodiments shown in the drawings, but it is easily understood by those skilled in the art that the scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. Equivalent changes or substitutions can be made on the related technical features by those skilled in the art without departing from the principle of the invention, and the technical scheme after the changes or substitutions will fall into the protection scope of the invention.

Claims (13)

1. A tail light mounting bracket for a vehicle, the tail light mounting bracket comprising:
a stent body;
a rear gutter channel overlapping portion formed at a top of the bracket body and adapted to overlap with a rear gutter channel of the vehicle; and
a side gusset overlapping portion formed at the rear gutter channel overlapping portion and a first side of the bracket body and adapted to overlap with a side gusset of the vehicle,
wherein the side panel overlapping portion, the rear gutter overlap portion and the bracket body are formed together as a one-piece metal casting so that in an assembled state a sealed connection is formed between the tail light mounting bracket and the rear gutter and the side panels.
2. A tail light mounting bracket for a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein the bracket body has a base plate extending in the vertical direction, the rear gutter overlap is formed at a top on the base plate, and the side wall plate overlap has a vertical wall extending from the rear gutter overlap and a vertical edge of the base plate on the first side toward a rear of the bracket body.
3. A tail lamp mounting bracket for a vehicle according to claim 2, wherein a side portion extending in the lateral direction is formed at the first side of the base plate, and the side gusset overlapping portion further has a lateral wall extending toward the rear along a top edge of the side portion and meeting the vertical wall.
4. A tail lamp mounting bracket for a vehicle according to claim 3, wherein first and second tail lamp mounting holes are formed on the base plate at a distance from each other, a third tail lamp mounting hole is formed on the side portion, and a fourth tail lamp mounting hole is further formed on the vertical wall.
5. A tail lamp mounting bracket for a vehicle according to claim 4, wherein a tail lamp positioning hole spaced apart from the first and second tail lamp mounting holes is formed on the base plate.
6. A tail lamp mounting bracket for a vehicle according to claim 4, wherein first and second bosses extending toward the rear and spaced apart from each other are formed on the base plate, first and second rear protector bracket mounting holes are formed on the first and second bosses, respectively, and third rear protector bracket mounting holes are also formed on the side portions.
7. A tail light mounting bracket for a vehicle according to claim 6, characterized in that a first rear protection bracket positioning hole is provided on the first boss spaced apart from the first rear protection bracket mounting hole, and a second rear protection bracket positioning hole is provided on the second boss spaced apart from the second rear protection bracket mounting hole.
8. A tail lamp mounting bracket for a vehicle according to claim 6, wherein a harness through hole spaced apart from the third tail lamp mounting hole and the third rear protection bracket mounting hole is formed on the side portion.
9. A tail light mounting bracket for a vehicle according to any one of claims 2 to 8, wherein a tail gate hole sealing portion extending toward the rear portion is formed on vertical edges of the rear gutter overlap portion and a second side of the base plate opposite to the first side.
10. A tail lamp mounting bracket for a vehicle according to claim 9, wherein a plurality of transverse beads and a plurality of longitudinal beads are formed on the base plate at a distance from each other, each of the transverse beads being connected to a corresponding one of the longitudinal beads and extending to the tailgate opening seal portion.
11. A tail lamp mounting bracket for a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein a back panel overlapping portion that can overlap with a back panel of the vehicle is further formed at a bottom portion of the bracket body.
12. A tail light mounting bracket for a vehicle according to claim 1, wherein a side gusset plate overlapping portion that can overlap with a side gusset plate of the vehicle is formed at a bottom portion of the side portion of the bracket body.
13. A vehicle characterized in that it comprises a tail light mounting bracket for a vehicle according to any one of claims 1 to 12.
