The third limiting member is mounted on the supporting frame 91 and located on one side of the second limiting member away from the second material conveying end 922, the third limiting member may be a cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder, and the like, and is not limited specifically here, and after the third limiting member is mounted on the supporting frame 91, an output shaft of the third limiting member extends from one side of the first supporting plate to the other side of the first supporting plate to limit the first magazine 95 and the second magazine 96.
When the box turning feeding line 92 works, the first transmission belt located on the upper side of the first supporting plate moves from the first transmission end 921 to the second transmission end 922, the first material box 95 and the second material box 96 are placed on the upper side of the first transmission belt, the output shaft of the first limiting part extends out to limit the first material box 95 and the second material box 96 to move, and the output shaft of the second limiting part extends out to correct the first material box 95. After the first material box 95 is filled with the materials, the output shaft of the third limiting part extends out of the second limiting part 96 to limit movement, the output shaft of the first limiting part is retracted, the first material box 95 is conveyed to the second conveying end 922 by the first conveying belt, the output shaft of the first limiting part extends out and is retracted at the same time, the output shaft of the third limiting part is retracted, the second material box 96 moves along with the first conveying belt, the output shaft of the second limiting part extends out to correct the first material box 95, the second material box 96 is limited by the first limiting part when approaching to the first limiting part, the output shaft of the first limiting part is retracted when the second material box 96 is filled with the materials, the operation is repeated in this way, and the first material box 95 and the second material box 96 filled with the materials are conveyed to the second conveying end 922.
The flip box blanking line 93 is mounted to the support frame 91 and is located on the lower side of the flip box loading line 92. The box turning-over feeding line 93 includes a second support plate extending in the length direction of the support frame 91 and a second conveyor belt. The second support plate has a first feeding end 931 and a second feeding end 932, the first feeding end 931 is located at an end of the second support plate adjacent to the mounting frame, and the second feeding end 932 is located at an end of the second support plate away from the mounting frame. The second conveyor belt is movably disposed at opposite sides of the second support plate and connected at a head position so that the second conveyor belt can be reciprocally moved between the first feeding end 931 and the second feeding end 932. When the first magazine 95 or the second magazine 96 is placed on the upper side of the second conveyor belt, the second conveyor belt may convey the first magazine 95 or the second magazine 96 to the second conveyance end 932.
The box turning lifting platform 94 is preferably plate-shaped, and the mode of movably mounting the box turning lifting platform 94 on the support frame 91 may be through an up-and-down driving member or a guide rail, etc., and is not limited specifically herein, and only needs to be able to transmit the first material box 95 or the second material box 96 of the box turning feeding line 92 close to the mounting frame 1 to the first clamping position or the second clamping position, and transmit the first material box 95 or the second material box 96 of the first clamping position or the second clamping position to the box turning discharging line 93. In this embodiment, an up-down driving member is taken as an example, the up-down driving member is installed on the supporting frame 91 and located on the lower side of the box turning-over unloading line 93, the type of the up-down driving member may be a linear motor, a pneumatic cylinder or a hydraulic cylinder, etc., in this embodiment, an air cylinder is taken as an example, an output shaft of the air cylinder is connected to the box turning-over lifting platform 94, so that the purpose of driving the box turning-over lifting platform 94 to move up and down is achieved by contraction and extension of the air cylinder, and thus the first material box 95 and the second material box 96 of the box turning-over unloading line 92 can be conveyed to the first clamping position or the second clamping position, and meanwhile, the first material box 95 and the second material box 96 located in the first clamping position and the second clamping position can be conveyed to the box turning-over unloading line 93.
