Fig. 4 to 6B show a close-fitting epidemic prevention mask and a face mask 10 thereof according to a first preferred embodiment of the present invention, the close-fitting epidemic prevention mask comprises a face mask 10 and two wearing pieces 20, wherein the two wearing pieces 20 can be elastic bands or elastic hanging ropes respectively connected to the face mask 10 to be suitable for being worn on two ears of a user respectively, and the face mask 10 is fitted to the face of the user for protection. It will be appreciated that the face mask 10 may be worn on the face of the user in other ways, for example by providing an adhesive layer on the inner surface of the face mask 10, so that the face mask 10 can be adhered directly to the face of the user, thereby eliminating the need for the wear 20 described above.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the face mask 10 includes a mask body 11 and two side edges 12 located at both sides of the mask body 11, a portion of the area in the middle of each of the side edges 12 is used to form a folding unit 13, each of the folding units 13 includes an upper folding portion 131 and a lower folding portion 132, the face mask 10 further includes two connecting members 14 for connecting the upper folding portion 131 and the lower folding portion 132 together after the upper folding portion 131 and the lower folding portion 132 are folded to form the corresponding folding unit 13, so that when a user wears the tight fitting type epidemic prevention mask, the side edges 12 are located in the middle area of the side edges 12 due to the folding units 13 and can be closely fitted to the face of the user, so that no gap is generated between the middle area of the side edges 12 and the face of the user to prevent bacteria or viruses from entering the respiratory tract and oral cavity of the user from between the side edges 12 and the face of the user, thereby enhancing the epidemic prevention performance.
The mask body 11 of the face mask 10 may have a two-layer nonwoven structure or a three-layer nonwoven structure. That is, the cover main body 11 may include two or three layers of sewn or pressed non-woven fabrics, and in order to enhance the medical epidemic prevention effect, it may be added with other epidemic prevention layers such as a melt-blown fabric between the two layers of non-woven fabrics, and may be added with other filter layers such as an activated carbon filter layer, etc.
The two ends of each of the straps 20 are connected to the upper end connecting position 121 and the lower end connecting position 122 of the side 12 of the mask 10, respectively, so that when each of the straps 20 is worn on the ears of the user, because the side 12 defines the width of the mask 10, the distance between the upper end connecting position 121 and the lower end connecting position 122 of the side 12 and the corresponding connecting point of the strap 20 is short, which results in that when the strap 20 is worn on the ears of the user, the pulling force on the side 12 of the mask 10 through the corresponding connecting point is large, so that the deformation and bending of the corresponding side 12 are also large, and thus a large gap is easily generated between each of the side 12 and the face of the user. However, in this embodiment of the present invention, the folding unit 13 can be formed in the middle of each side 12, so that the folding unit 13 can be attached to the face of the user, thereby reducing or preventing the gap between each side 12 and the face of the user, and thus enhancing the sealing performance of the mask 10 on both sides.
More specifically, the connecting member 14 includes an upper connecting part 141 and a lower connecting part 142 provided to the side 12, wherein the upper connecting part 141 and the lower connecting part 142 are detachably connectable such that the side 12 forms the upper folded part 131 and the lower folded part 132 at a partial middle region thereof, and the upper folded part 131 and the lower folded part 132 are folded together and connected by the upper connecting part 141 and the lower connecting part 142 to form the folding unit 13.
It is understood that the face mask 10 may be in a flat state during storage and transportation, and the folding unit 13 is not formed, and when the user wears the cling type epidemic prevention mask, the corresponding upper connecting part 141 and the corresponding lower connecting part 142 are connected, so that the folding unit 13 is formed at the middle of the corresponding side 12.
Preferably, the lateral edge 12 has an outer surface 120, and the upper and lower connection parts 141 and 142 of the connection element 142 are both provided on the outer surface 120 of the lateral edge 12, but not on the inner surface facing the face of the user, so that the upper and lower connection parts 141 and 142 of the connection element 142 can be prevented from coming into contact with the skin of the face of the user.
The upper coupling part 141 and the lower coupling part 142 of the coupling element 142 may be various connectable parts, as shown in fig. 4, the upper coupling part 141 and the lower coupling part 142 may be implemented as locking elements that are matched with each other, as may be a female button and a male button, in which protrusions of the male button can be inserted to be interlocked together. So that when the user wears the tight type epidemic prevention mask, the locking elements matched with each other are locked together, thereby forming the upper folded portion 131 and the lower folded portion 132 folded and connected together to form the folding unit 13 for being closely attached to the face of the user.
The upper connecting part 141 and the lower connecting part 142 of the connecting element 142 may be adhesive elements that are matched with each other, such as adhesive glue, or, as shown in fig. 5, velcro fasteners that are adhered together, so that when a user wears the tight-fitting type epidemic prevention mask, the velcro fasteners that are matched with each other are adhered together, thereby forming the upper folded part 131 and the lower folded part 132 that are folded and connected together, so as to form the folding unit 13 that is used to be tightly fitted to the face of the user.
As shown in fig. 6A and 6B, when the user wears the tight type epidemic prevention mask, the side edge 12 of each of the face masks 10 forms one of the folding units 13 at a middle position thereof, and the folding unit 13 can reduce or prevent a gap from being generated between the corresponding side edge 12 and the face of the user. The upper and lower connection parts 141 and 142 of the connection element 142 are connected to form a connected position 140.
It can be understood that, when the folding unit 13 is formed, the upper attaching portion 123 of the side edge 12 between the position 140 where the upper connecting part 141 and the lower connecting part 142 are connected and the upper attaching portion 121 of the belt 20 and the side edge 12 are under tension and do not tilt due to the fixing of the two attaching positions, so as to be closely attached to the face of the user, and the lower attaching portion 124 of the side edge 12 between the position 140 where the upper connecting part 141 and the lower connecting part 142 are connected and the lower attaching portion 122 of the belt 20 and the lower attaching portion 122 of the side edge 12 are under tension and do not tilt due to the fixing of the two attaching positions, so as to be closely attached to the face of the user.
In addition, the manufacturing method of the tight fitting type epidemic prevention mask of the present invention is simple in manufacturing method by including a step of assembling the connecting member 14, i.e., bonding or fixing the upper connecting member 141 and the lower connecting member 142 to the outer surface 120 of the side 12, respectively, in the step of forming the cover body 11 of the face mask 10, for example, in addition to the step of forming the cover body 11 of the face mask 10 and the step of assembling the band 20.
It should be noted that the connecting element 40 may include a plurality of upper connecting members 141 and a plurality of lower connecting members 142, so that a user may select one of the upper connecting members 141 to be connected to one of the lower connecting members 142, and thus the areas of the upper folding portion 131 and the lower folding portion 132 of the folding unit 13 may be adjusted, and the size of the corresponding folding unit 13 may be adjusted, so that the close-fitting epidemic prevention mask may be suitable for different users, that is, the sizes and the radians of the faces of different users may not be small, and the size of the corresponding folding unit 13 may be adjusted, so as to achieve the sealing of the faces of different users.
Fig. 7 and 8 show a second preferred embodiment of the cling type epidemic prevention mask according to the invention, which comprises a face mask 10 and two wearing pieces 20, wherein the two wearing pieces 20 can be elastic bands or elastic hanging ropes respectively, and are connected to the face mask 10 respectively to be suitable for being worn on two ears of a user respectively, and the face mask 10 is attached to the face of the user for protection.
In this embodiment of the present invention, the mask 10 includes a mask body 11 and two sides 12 located at both sides of the mask body 11, each of both ends of the wearer 20 are respectively connected to the upper end connection position 121 and the lower end connection position 122 of the side 12 of the mask 10, and the folding unit 13 can be formed by making each of the sides 12 be located at a partial middle region between the upper end connection position 121 and the lower end connection position 122, so that the folding unit 13 is attached to the face of the user, thereby reducing or avoiding each of gaps between the sides 12 and the face of the user, and thus enhancing the sealing performance of the mask 10 at both sides.
The folding unit 13 includes an upper folding portion 131 and a lower folding portion 132 which can be folded together and connected, and the face mask 10 includes two connecting members 14 for connecting the upper folding portion 131 and the lower folding portion 132 together after the upper folding portion 131 and the lower folding portion 132 are folded to form the folding unit 13, so that when the user wears the cling type epidemic prevention mask, the side 12 is located at a middle region of the side 12 due to the folding unit 13, and can be closely attached to the face of the user, so that no gap is generated between the middle region of the side 12 and the face of the user, to prevent bacteria or viruses from entering the respiratory tract and oral cavity of the user between the side 12 and the face of the user, thereby enhancing the epidemic prevention performance.
More specifically, each attachment element 14 includes an adhesive layer 143, the adhesive layer 143 is disposed on the outer surface 120 of the side 12 of the mask body 10, i.e., the protective surface of the side 12, and the adhesive layer 143 is disposed along the side 12 between the upper and lower attachment locations 121 and 122 of the side 12 of the mask body 10 to which the corresponding band 20 is attached. It will be appreciated that the adhesive layer 143 is a variety of suitable adhesives, which may be a pressure sensitive adhesive such as an elastomer-type pressure sensitive adhesive, a resin-type pressure sensitive adhesive, or the adhesive layer 143 is a hydrogel.
By providing the adhesive layer 143, a user can fold a middle region of the outer surface 120 of the corresponding side edge 12 to form the folding unit 13, and the folding unit 13 includes the upper folding portion 131 and the lower folding portion 132 bonded by the adhesive layer 143, so that the folding unit 13 serves to closely adhere the corresponding side edge 12 to the user's face.
As shown in fig. 8, when two folding units 13 are formed, the adhesive layer 143 is folded and adhered to the upper attaching portion 123 of the side 12 between the position 140 of the wearer 20 and the upper connecting position 121 of the side 12 in a tight state without being lifted due to the fixing of the two connecting positions, so that the adhesive layer 143 can be closely attached to the face of the user, and the lower attaching portion 124 of the side 12 between the position 140 of the folded and adhered adhesive layer 143 and the lower connecting position 122 of the wearer 20 and the lower connecting position 122 of the side 12 in a tight state without being lifted due to the fixing of the two connecting positions, so that the adhesive layer can be closely attached to the face of the user.
In addition, since the connecting member 14 of each side 12 of the face mask 10 of the close fitting type epidemic prevention mask is the adhesive layer 143, it can adhere the partial positions of the protection surfaces of the upper and lower portions of each side 12 of the face mask 10 together, and it is convenient for the user to select the adhesive area to form the folding unit 13 of a proper size, thereby being suitable for different users.
That is, the areas of the upper folded portion 131 and the lower folded portion 132 of each side 12 of the face mask 10 of the tight attachment type epidemic prevention mask are adjustable, so that the area of the folding unit 13 can be conveniently adjusted to adapt the tight attachment type epidemic prevention mask to different users.
It is worth mentioning that in this embodiment of the invention, the two attachment elements 14 on both of the sides 12 are disposed on the outer surface 120 of the side 12, rather than on the inner surface thereof which is intended to be applied to the face of the user, so that the adhesive layer 143 does not contact the facial skin of the user and cause discomfort to the user.
Fig. 9 shows a modified embodiment of the second preferred embodiment of the present invention, which is a close-fitting epidemic prevention mask, comprising a mask 10 and two wearing pieces 20, wherein the mask 10 comprises a mask body 11 and two side edges 12 located at both sides of the mask body 11, both ends of each wearing piece 20 are respectively connected to an upper end connecting position 121 and a lower end connecting position 122 of the side edge 12 of the mask 10, and the folding unit 13 can be formed by partially forming a middle region of each side edge 12 between the upper end connecting position 121 and the lower end connecting position 122, so that the folding unit 13 can be attached to the face of the user, thereby reducing or preventing a gap from being formed between each side edge 12 and the face of the user, and enhancing the sealing performance of the mask 10 at both sides.
The folding unit 13 comprises an upper folding part 131 and a lower folding part 132 which can be folded together and connected, the face mask 10 comprises two connecting elements 14, each connecting element 14 comprises an adhesive layer 143 and a peelable layer 144, wherein the peelable layer 144 covers the adhesive layer 143. Similarly, the adhesive layer 143 is any suitable adhesive, which may be a pressure sensitive adhesive such as an elastomer-type pressure sensitive adhesive, a resin-type pressure sensitive adhesive, or the adhesive layer 143 is a hydrogel. The peelable layer 144 may be paper, cloth, or a plastic film, and is attached to the adhesive layer 143, so that when the cling type epidemic prevention mask is not in use, the peelable layer 144 hides the corresponding adhesive layer 143 to prevent the adhesive layer 143 from being exposed.
It will be appreciated that the connecting member 14 of each side 12 of the face mask 10 of the close-fitting epidemic prevention mask further includes the peelable layer 144 provided on the adhesive layer 143 in this embodiment, so that when the user uses the close-fitting epidemic prevention mask, the peelable layer 144 is peeled off to expose the adhesive layer 143, and the adhesive layer 143 is still at least partially remained on the corresponding side 12 and is not completely removed, and then is adhered by a partial region of the adhesive layer 143, so that a middle region of the corresponding side 12 is adhered to form the folding unit 13, thereby enhancing the sealing performance of both sides of the close-fitting epidemic prevention mask.
In addition, because the peelable layer 144 is provided on the adhesive layer 143 when the cling type anti-epidemic mask is not in use, two cling type anti-epidemic masks are not adhered together when a plurality of cling type anti-epidemic masks are stored, thereby facilitating storage and use.
As shown in fig. 10 to fig. 11, a cling type epidemic prevention mask according to a third preferred embodiment of the present invention comprises a face mask 10 and two wearing pieces 20, wherein the face mask 10 comprises a mask body 11 and two sides 12 located at both sides of the mask body 11, wherein each of the sides 12 of the face mask 10 of the cling type epidemic prevention mask is embedded with a section of elastic rib 15, when the cling type epidemic prevention mask is worn by a user, the elastic rib 15 can be bent at a middle position to form a bending portion 151, the bending portion 151 comprises two elastic rib sections folded together, and the bending and folding shapes can be maintained so that the corresponding sides 12 form an upper folding portion 131 and a lower folding portion 132 which can be folded together with each other to form a folding unit 13, thereby enabling the sides 12 to be more closely attached to the face of the user.
That is, the elastic ribs 15, which may be plastic or metal, may be aluminum strips, for example, and are embedded in the side edges 12. In this way, when the elastic rib 15 is bent, the corresponding side edge 12 is also deformed to form the upper folded portion 131 and the lower folded portion 132 folded with each other, and the folded unit 13 formed can be relatively closely attached to the face of the user by maintaining the folded shape of the bent elastic rib 15 without being connected to each other.
As shown in fig. 11, when two folding units 13 are respectively formed on two sides 12 of the mask 10, the corresponding upper attaching portions 123 of the sides 12 between the positions of the bending portions 151 formed by bending the elastic ribs 15 and the upper connecting positions 121 of the wearer 20 and the sides 12 are under a tight state and do not tilt due to the fixing action of the two positions, so as to be able to be tightly attached to the face of the user, and the lower attaching portions 124 of the sides 12 between the positions of the bending portions 151 and the lower connecting positions 122 of the wearer 20 and the sides 12 are under a tight state and do not tilt due to the fixing action of the two positions, so as to be able to be tightly attached to the face of the user.
As shown in fig. 12, a variant of the third preferred embodiment of the present invention is a cling type epidemic prevention mask, which comprises a face mask 10 and two wearing pieces 20, wherein the face mask 10 comprises a mask main body 11 and two side edges 12 located at both sides of the mask main body 11, each side edge 12 of the face mask 10 of the cling type epidemic prevention mask is embedded with a section of elastic rib 15, and the mask main body 11 further comprises a nose bridge rib 111 located in a non-woven fabric interlayer at the top side edge thereof, which is deformed under compression to clamp the nose of a user. Wherein the two resilient ribs 15 in the two side edges 12 are integrally formed with the nose bridge rib 111 in the top side edge of the mask body 11.
In this embodiment, the two elastic ribs 15 and the nose bridge rib 111 are an integral elastic frame, and the nose bridge rib 111 extends along the length direction of the mask 10 and can be elastically deformed, so that the top side of the mask body 11 can be tightly attached to the face of the user. The two elastic ribs 15 extend along the width direction of the mask 10 and can be elastically deformed so as to be attached to the face of the user.
