Abstract
A medical surgical mask with ventilation improving function comprises a liner main body and a medical surgical mask; the novel liner is characterized in that a liner opening is formed below the liner main body, and a first brace and a second brace are respectively arranged on two sides of the liner opening; the outer end of the first brace is provided with a first buckle, and the outer end of the second brace is provided with a second buckle; a folding line is arranged at the junction of the first brace and the second brace and the liner main body, and a heat sealing film is arranged at the upper end of one surface of the liner main body facing the medical surgical mask; the heat seal film and the inner layer of the medical surgical mask are fixed together in a hot pressing way, and a hot pressing bonding line is formed at the hot pressing fixed part of the liner main body and the medical surgical mask; the pad body is rolled up in a semicircular shape in a direction facing the inner layer of the medical surgical mask. The invention utilizes the liner opening covered on the nose to support the inner cavity of the mask to expand the effective inspiration area of the mask, and can improve the breathing comfort of a user.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of epidemic prevention equipment, in particular to a medical surgical mask with a ventilation improving function.
Background
The medical surgical mask can prevent a person who contacts the virus carrier from spraying droplets, reduce the amount of the droplets and the spraying speed, and can block the droplet core containing the virus to prevent the person who wears the medical surgical mask from inhaling the virus.
However, when people wear the mask to do sports or do strenuous work, the metabolism and vital capacity of people are increased, and the demand of oxygen is increased. When a wearer of the mask strongly inhales, negative pressure is generated outside the mask, the mask can be tightly attached to exhaling nostrils along the periphery of the nose, other parts of the mask cannot play a role in ventilation because of being tightly attached to the face, the effective ventilation area of the mask is greatly reduced, the breathing of the wearer is not smooth, and even suffocating and choking are caused; and the patient can suffer from anoxia, dizziness and even lung function damage after a long time.
When the medical surgical mask is worn, people can feel uncomfortable feeling caused by back and forth suction of the inner layer of the mask at the mouth and nose, and if the mask becomes damp due to the influence of air exhaled by a user, the ventilation capacity of the mask can be reduced by 10 to 20 percent; in order to keep wearing the mask comfortable, a certain distance needs to be reserved between the nose and the mask to enable breathing to be smooth, so that a user wearing the mask often lifts the mask outwards when breathing is not in birth, and even moves the mask to the lower side of the nostrils.

The pad main body, the pad opening, the first pull strip, the second pull strip, the first buckle and the second buckle are integrated, and the whole body is made of white paperboard with the thickness of about 0.3 mm; the first buckle and the second buckle are buckled together to enable the opening of the gasket to be bent to form a semicircle which can cover the nose of a user, and the first buckle and the second buckle are positioned in the middle position of the user; after the user wears the mask, the opening of the liner forces the mask to bulge, and when the user inhales forcefully, the inner layer of the mask cannot touch the lips of the user.

4) the cushion main body made of paperboard has plasticity, can be bent and deformed according to the needs of a user, so that the upper edge opening of the mask can be tightly attached to the nose bridge and cheeks of the user, and the gap between the mask and the face is reduced;
5) the invention can reduce the contact area of the mask and the face of a user, reduce the friction between the face of the user and the mask, reduce the humidity in the mask, reduce the allergy caused by wearing the mask and prevent the lipstick of women from being smeared by the inner layer of the mask while expanding the effective air suction area of the mask;
6) the invention not only expands the effective air suction area of the mask, but also can arrange the elastic sleeve ropes more tightly, effectively reduce the gap between the mask and the face, avoid the strong constraint feeling of the mouth and the nose, and ensure more comfortable and safer use.
