Abstract

The present disclosure provides a dental mask having a slip-down preventing and fog preventing function, which includes a nose bridge contact cover connected to an upper portion of an inner side of the mask body such that the dental mask is maintained in a normal wearing state without being separated from the nose bridge because it does not slip down even if a wearer speaks or yawns in wearing the mask, thereby preventing glasses from fog due to exhalation, and causing both sides of the mask body to be in close contact with cheeks of the wearer without being separated from the cheeks.

Description

Surgical mask with anti-slip and anti-fogging functions
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to a dental mask, and more particularly, to a dental mask having a function of preventing slipping down and preventing fogging, which does not leave from a nose bridge because the dental mask does not slip down even when a wearer speaks while wearing the mask, which can prevent glasses from fogging, and which can prevent air leakage due to both sides of the mask body being closely attached to cheeks.
Background
Generally, a mask is a product that covers the mouth and nose to block external cool air, prevent inhalation of bacteria, dust, etc., and block splashes. Various types of masks are sold according to uses, including winter masks made of fabric or the like, industrial masks having various filter combinations to block fine dust, and dust masks. After SARS and MERS, world Health Organization (WHO) has recently announced global pandemic caused by coronavirus infection (COVID-19), and the demand for masks has increased, and wearing masks has become a daily task, so masks have become a necessary item for people when they go out.
The mask can play its role when it is worn normally to cover the mouth and nose, but is difficult to breathe when the mouth and nose are covered at the same time. Thus, some people do not cover the nose when wearing the mask, or wear the mask on the chin without covering the mouth and nose. In particular, recently, korean government has implemented an administrative measure for specifying that a mask must be worn when going out due to the re-spread of covd-19, but is often a factor that some people do not wear a mask in public facilities, public transportation means or public places. However, most people wear the mask, and the mask is likely to slip and separate from the bridge of the nose during conversation even if the mask is worn normally, so that the nose cannot be covered, and thus the wearer has to hold the mask body by hand and lift it upward to cover the nose again with the mask. Furthermore, there is a serious problem in that viruses adhere to hands when they hold and lift up the mask body, which is also a cause of infection with viruses.
In addition, the wearer of glasses feel most inconvenient when wearing the mask, and even if they wear the mask without speaking, the glasses may be fogged by exhalations (vapor breathed) and block the line of sight, which makes them feel very inconvenient. Furthermore, there is a problem in that they have to take the glasses off frequently to view the former case.
In order to solve this problem, korean patent nos. 1418787 and 1651728 disclose "mask which is easy to wear and prevents slipping down", "mask with tightener", etc., respectively, but the mask band in these publications is designed to surround the head, which is difficult to apply to a disposable mask to be worn only once.
Meanwhile, a nose bridge contact cover is arranged at the top of the dome-shaped mask body of the 3D mask in the sanitary mask and is arranged on the nose bridge and used for supporting the mask to prevent slipping down, and a chin cover used for supporting the chin is further arranged, wherein the nose bridge contact cover and the chin cover are respectively arranged. Further, the 2D mask has a structure in which the center of the upper end portion of the mask shape is held on the bridge of the nose, and therefore, even if the wearer wears the mask to talk, the mask is relatively rarely slipped down.
However, with a dental mask or a surgical mask, since the mask body has a rectangular shape and a nose clip strip (nose wire) is embedded in an upper end portion of the mask body, there is a problem in that the face moves when the wearer talks about with wearing the mask, and thus the mask inevitably slips down. Further, because of the structural problem of the mask body, the mask body cannot block the gap formed by the arc portions on both sides of the nose bridge, so there is a problem that the glasses are severely fogged by the exhaled air (vapor of breathing). In addition, when the mask is worn, both sides of the rectangular mask body are separated from the cheeks of the wearer and do not come into close contact with the cheeks, so there is a serious problem in that leakage occurs or various viruses or dust enter through the gap.
Disclosure of Invention
Technical problems:
the present disclosure has been made in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and an object of the present disclosure is to provide a dental mask having a nose bridge contact cover connected to an upper portion of an inner side of the mask body such that the dental mask is maintained in a normal wearing state without being separated from the nose bridge because it does not slip down even if a wearer speaks or yaws the mask, thereby preventing glasses from fogging due to exhalation, and both sides of the mask body are brought into close contact with cheeks of the wearer without being separated from the cheeks.
Means for solving the problem:
according to the dental mask of the present disclosure, since the nose bridge contact cover is provided at the upper portion of the inner surface of the dental mask, the nose bridge contact cover is closely contacted with the nose bridge when the mask is worn, so that the mask does not slip down when the wearer speaks; when a wearer wears the mask, the gaps around the nose bridge are completely closed, so that the glasses are prevented from fogging; and, both sides of the mask body are in close contact with cheeks of the wearer.
The invention has the following effects:
since the dental mask of the present disclosure has a structure in which the upper end portion of the bridge contact cover having a uniform width (width) and both sides are bonded to the upper portion of the inner surface of the rectangular mask body, the central portion of the lower end portion of the bridge contact cover, which is not bonded to the mask body, is held in close contact with the bridge of the nose when the mask is worn. Therefore, even if the wearer speaks or yaws while wearing the mask, the mask does not separate from the bridge of the nose, so that the mask can be maintained in a normal wearing state without slipping down. In addition, since the nose bridge contact cover is in close contact with the nose bridge and the arc-shaped portions on both sides of the nose bridge, thus blocking the gap, not only can viruses be prevented from entering from the gap, but also the spectacles can be prevented from fogging due to exhalation.
In addition, when the mask is worn and the ear strap is hung on the ear, the upper end part and the lower end part of the rectangular mask body can be pulled outwards by the ear strap; also, as the center of the lower end portion of the nose bridge contact cover is brought into close contact with the nose bridge, the height of the nose bridge contact cover increases, and both sides of the mask body are pulled inward. Therefore, both sides of the mask body are closely contacted with the cheeks of the wearer without being separated. Therefore, the problems of air leakage or various viruses and dust entering caused by the fact that two sides of the mask body leave from cheeks of a wearer when the common dental mask without the nose bridge contact cover is worn can be completely solved.

Description of the most preferred embodiment
According to the present disclosure, a dental mask having a slip-down preventing and fog preventing function includes: the rectangular mask body is arranged to cover the mouth and nose of a wearer, and a nose holding strip is embedded in the upper end part of the rectangular mask body; and ear belts respectively connected to two sides of the mask body to prevent the mask body from being separated from the face when the mask is worn. The dental mask comprises a nose bridge contact cover, wherein the upper end part and two sides of the nose bridge contact cover are adhered to the upper part of the inner surface of the mask body, the upper end part of the nose bridge contact cover is lower than the part embedded with nose clamping strips in the mask body, and when the mask is worn, the lower part of the nose bridge contact cover is separated from the mask body so that the nose bridge contact cover can be in close contact with the nose bridge of a wearer.
Preferably, the upper ends of the two sides of the nose bridge contact cover are adhesive parts adhered to the mask body, and the parts of the two sides of the nose bridge contact cover below the adhesive parts are non-adhesive parts separated from the mask body.
Preferably, the height of the nose bridge cover in the up-down direction is 1/2 to 1/3 of the height dimension of the mask body in the up-down direction.
Detailed description of the preferred embodiments
The mask according to the present disclosure has a nose bridge contact cover 12 attached thereto, and is suitable for a dental mask having a rectangular mask body 11 and a surgical mask generally used by medical staff such as doctors and nurses, but is not suitable for a 3D mask in which upper and lower parts of the mask body are respectively provided with a nose bridge contact cover and a chin cover that can be held on the nose bridge, and a 2D mask in which the upper part of the mask body can be naturally held on the nose bridge after the mask body is folded. It should therefore be noted that the term "dental mask" as used herein includes not only dental masks but also surgical masks.
The dental mask 10 includes: a rectangular mask body 11 for covering the nose and mouth of a wearer; ear straps 13 respectively connected to both sides of the mask body 11 to prevent the mask body from being separated from the wearer's face when the wearer wears the mask; wherein, the nose clip strip 112 is embedded in the central part of the upper end part of the rectangular mask body 11, and is bent to fit the shape of the nose bridge when wearing the mask. The mask body 11 is bonded (bonded) along the edge portion of the rectangular shape. The mask body 11 has a fold portion 111, and the fold portion 111 has a two-stage or three-stage fold structure, so that when the mask is worn, the folded portion is unfolded and the area is increased to fit the shape of the wearer's face. The above is a general structure of the dental mask.
The most distinctive part of the dental mask 10 according to the present disclosure is that the nose bridge contacts the cover 12. The nose bridge contact cover 12 is located at an upper end portion of the inner surface of the mask body 11, and both sides and the upper end portion thereof are bonded to the mask body 11 (see fig. 2). The term "bonding" refers to joining two parts together, so stitching is also included within the meaning of the term "bonding".
The nose bridge contact cap 12 may have a quadrangular shape such as a rectangular shape or a trapezoid shape having a uniform width (the "width" refers to the height in the up-down direction); but is not limited to, the quadrangular shape, and may have various shapes such as a quadrangular shape in which lower ends of both sides form a chamfer or an arc angle. The lower portion of the nose bridge contacting cap 12 may also be rounded. The nose bridge contact cap 12 may be formed in various shapes, such as by vertically cutting a predetermined length of the center of the lower portion or cutting the lower portion in a triangle (see fig. 3A and 3B). When the center of the lower portion of the nose bridge contact cover 12 is cut by a predetermined length or a triangle is cut, the cut portion or the triangle is held on the nose bridge so that the nose bridge contact cover 12 is brought into further close contact with the curved portion around the nose bridge, whereby the effect of preventing fogging and air leakage can be enhanced.
The nose clip strip 112 may be curved in the shape of the bridge of the nose to maintain the shape of the mask body when the mask is worn. However, in accordance with the present disclosure, the nose clip strip 112 does not provide a particular function because the nose bridge contact cap 12 is held on and in intimate contact with the nose bridge, and therefore, is not a necessary component. Nasal splint may be used as an offensive weapon by a punished person in a punishment institution for adverse purposes. However, the dental mask according to the present disclosure does not necessarily require nasal splint and is economically superior to the structure of 2D mask and 3D mask, and thus, is the best mask used in punishment and education institutions.
In the shape of the nose bridge contact cap 12, since the lower portion is separated from the mask body 11 without being bonded, when the nose clip strip 112 is folded to fit the shape of the nose bridge and the lower portion of the nose bridge contact cap 12 is separated from the mask body 11 in the worn state, a space is formed between the nose bridge contact cap 12 and the inner surface of the mask body 11. Therefore, the mask 10 may be worn by placing the nose bridge contacting the portion of the mask 12 (see fig. 4) that forms the space above the nose bridge.
Preferably, when the upper end portion of the nose bridge contact cover 12 is adhered to the mask body 11, the upper end portion of the nose bridge contact cover 12 is positioned lower than the portion of the nose clip strip 112 embedded in the mask body 11. Since the nose bridge contact cover 12 is positioned lower than the portion of the mask body 11 where the nose clip strips 112 are positioned, the nose bridge contact cover 12 can be brought into close contact with the nose bridge without being disturbed by the nose clip strips 112. Further, since both sides of the nose bridge contact cap 12 are bonded to the mask body 11, the nose bridge contact cap 12 is held without slipping down on both sides. Further, since the upper end portion of the nose bridge contact cap 12 is adhered under the nose clip strip 112, even if the wearer grasps and pulls down the mask body 11 by hand, only the mask body 11 moves slightly downward, while the nose bridge contact cap 12 remains in close contact with the nose bridge.
If the nose bridge contact cap 12 is adhered to the portion of the mask body 11 where the nose clip strip 112 is embedded, not only will the contact force of the nose bridge contact cap 12 in close contact with the nose bridge be reduced, but also the nose clip strip 112 will not contact the nose bridge when the mask is worn. Further, the fold portion 111 is not completely flattened, and the nose bridge contact cover 12 protrudes from the upper portion of the mask body 11, which is unsightly. Moreover, the protruding portion may affect the line of sight, making it inconvenient to wear the mask.
Since the nose clip strip is not embedded in the nose bridge contact cap 12, the nose bridge contact cap 12 can flexibly form a tight contact with the nose bridge. Thus, the gap at the curved portion on both sides of the bridge of the nose is completely blocked, thereby preventing virus from entering from the gap. In addition, the glasses can be prevented from being fogged by the expiration of the wearer when speaking or breathing through the mask. Further, since both sides of the nose bridge contact cover 12 are adhered to the mask body 11, when the mask is put on and the ear strap 13 is hung on the ear, the upper end portions and the lower end portions of both sides of the rectangular mask body 11 are pulled in the lateral direction by the ear strap 13. Further, since the mask body 11 is pulled inward due to the adhesive portions on both sides of the nose bridge contact cover 12, and at the same time, since the center of the lower end portion is held on the nose bridge, the height of the nose bridge contact cover 12 is increased, and therefore, the nose bridge contact cover 12 does not slip down, both sides of the mask body 11 can be brought into close contact with the cheeks of the wearer without leaving. Therefore, the problem that the two sides of the mask body are separated from the cheeks of the wearer when the user wears the common dental mask is thoroughly solved.
However, in the case of the 3D mask, the nose bridge contact cover is provided as a separate part at the upper portion of the dome-shaped mask body, and the nose clip strip is inlaid in the nose bridge contact cover. Therefore, when the mask is worn, the nose clip strips are folded to conform to the shape of the bridge of the nose, and the mask initially blocks the gap at the bent portions on both sides of the bridge of the nose, but even after a short time, the nose clip strips are unfolded due to elasticity, so that the mask cannot block the gap at the bent portions on both sides of the bridge of the nose. Therefore, there are problems in that it is not only impossible to prevent viruses from entering through the gap, but also impossible to prevent fogging. Similarly, in the case of the 2D mask, since the nose clip is fitted to the upper end portion of the mask body, the same problem as in the case of the 3D mask arises. However, since the nose clip strip is not embedded in the nose bridge contact cover 12 and the nose bridge contact cover 12 is flexible according to the present disclosure, the nose bridge contact cover 12 can be in close contact with the nose bridge regardless of the face or nose size of the wearer, and the above-described problems occurring with 2D masks and 3D masks can be thoroughly solved.
Fig. 2 shows an embodiment in which both sides of the nose bridge contact cap 12 are completely bonded to the mask body 11. However, as shown in fig. 3A and 3B, the left and right sides of the nose bridge contact cap 12 may not be completely bonded, but partially bonded. Specifically, the upper portions of the two sides of the nose bridge contact cover 12 are adhesive portions 121 that adhere to the mask body, and the lower portions of the adhesive portions 121 of the two sides are non-adhesive portions 122 that do not adhere to the mask body 11.
When the mask is worn and the nose bridge contact cover 12 is separated from the mask body 11, the nose bridge contact cover 12 and the non-adhesive portions 122 of the lower and both sides of the nose bridge contact cover 12, which are not adhered to the mask body 11, are separated from the mask body 11, and a space is formed between the nose bridge contact cover 12 and the inner surface of the mask body 11. Thus, when the mask is worn, the nose bridge contact cover 12 is placed on the nose bridge of the wearer at the portion where the space is formed, so that the nose bridge contact cover 12 is held in close contact with the nose bridge.
Since the non-adhesive portions 122 that are not adhered to the mask body 11 are formed at both side lower portions of the nose bridge cover 12, the mask can be worn by even a person with a large nose. The mask can be easily worn by placing the nose bridge cover 12 over the bridge of the nose, regardless of the size of the face or nose. The both sides of the mask body 11 can be closely contacted with the cheeks of the wearer while forming natural lines without wrinkling.
Preferably, the height dimension of the nose bridge contact cap 12 in the up-down direction is about 1/2 to 1/3 of the height dimension of the mask body 11 in the up-down direction. If the height dimension of the nose bridge contact cap 12 in the up-down direction is greater than 1/2 of the height of the mask body 11 in the up-down direction, not only is it difficult and inconvenient to wear the mask, but also the side edges of the mask body 11 will buckle when the mask is worn. If the height dimension in the up-down direction is as small as 1/3 or less, the portion of the nose bridge contact cover 12 that is held on the nose bridge is small, resulting in the nose bridge contact cover 12 not being held stably on the nose bridge, the nose bridge contact cover 12 will slide even if the nose bridge contact cover 12 is held on the nose bridge, resulting in an increased possibility of the mask body 11 sliding up and down from the nose bridge.
The nose bridge contact cover 12 can be connected independently after the mask body 11 is manufactured. However, for convenience of manufacture and cost reduction, it is preferable that the nose bridge contact cover 12 be formed of two layers by folding the predetermined portion of the mask body 11 in the same manner as the fold 111 is formed by folding the predetermined portion of the mask body 11 when manufacturing the mask. The double-layer structure increases the contact force for bringing the nose bridge contact cover 12 into close contact with the nose bridge, and increases the holding force for preventing the mask body 11 from slipping down from the nose bridge. Further, by blocking the gap at the curved portion around the bridge of the nose, the function of preventing fogging can be improved, and the mask can be simply manufactured.
The above description is an exemplary description of the present disclosure, and the embodiments described herein are for illustration of the present disclosure and not for limitation of the spirit of the disclosure, and thus, various modifications and variations can be made to the present disclosure by one of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the scope of the present disclosure. Therefore, the protection scope of the present disclosure should be construed according to what is described in the claims, and the technical solutions falling within the equivalent scope should be construed to be included in the scope of the present disclosure.
Industrial applicability
The dental mask according to the present disclosure is: because the upper end of the inner surface of the dental mask is provided with the nose bridge contact cover, when the mask is worn, the nose bridge contact cover and the nose bridge form close contact, so that the mask cannot slide downwards when a wearer speaks, and when the wearer wears the mask, gaps around the nose bridge are completely closed, so that the glasses can be prevented from fogging, and the two sides of the mask body and cheeks of the wearer form close contact. Therefore, the dental mask according to the present disclosure has great utility.
