The terminology used in the description of the present application herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the application.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, in the lamp holder positioning device of the present application, the outer shell of the lamp holder 600 is a columnar structure, one end of the columnar structure is an opening, the other end of the columnar structure is provided with an end cover 611, and the end cover 611 is provided with a lamp pin 612.
The lamp head positioning device comprises a conveyor 400, an alignment hook 410, a workbench 800 and a transverse moving mechanism 700.
The conveyor 400 is used for conveying the lamp head 600, and one end of the conveyor 400 is a blanking end 421. The alignment hook 410 is swingably mounted near the blanking end 421 for adjusting the orientation of the base 600. The workstation 800 includes a platen 841 having opposite receiving and alignment ends 842, 843, the receiving end 842 being configured to receive a lighthead 600 dropped from the blanking end 421 in a lighthead transfer direction (direction indicated by arrow in fig. 3) from the receiving end 842 to the alignment end 843, the platen 841 being configured with a slot 844 extending from the receiving end 842 to the alignment end 843, the slot 844 being configured to receive the lighthead leg 612, the width of the slot 844 gradually converging in the lighthead transfer direction to align the lighthead 600. The traversing mechanism 700 drives the light head 600 to move from the receiving end 842 to the positioning end 843.
The conveyor 400, the alignment hooks 410, and the traversing mechanism 700 of the present embodiment may each be of the prior art. The lightheads delivered via the conveyor 400 may have two orientations, a first orientation as shown in fig. 2 with the light feet 612 facing in the conveying direction and a second light foot 612 facing away from the conveying direction, not shown. The lighthead 600, after being transported to the blanking end 421, will fall downward under the influence of gravity. The alignment of the hooks 410 serves to turn the second orientation of the light head during the falling of the light head 600. the principle can be referred to in the prior art and will only be briefly described below. For the first orientation of the light head 600, the end cap 611 pushes the array of hooks 410 apart, and the array of hooks 410 does not function to flip the light head 600. With the cap 600 of the second orientation, the tips of the aligned hooks 410 extend into the opening of the cap 600, and the cap 600 is dropped with the opening facing upward by temporarily maintaining the height of one end of the opening. In one embodiment, the pivot axis of the alignment hook 410 is located above the blanking end, and the hook tip of the alignment hook 410 naturally droops to interfere with the lighthead conveying path on the conveyor 400.
The slots 844 provide clearance for the lamp feet 612 to allow the end cap 611 to rest against the platen 841 after the lighthead 600 is dropped from the blanking end 421 onto the receiving end 842 of the platen 841.
It should be noted that the base 600 processed by the present embodiment includes, but is not limited to, the shapes in the drawings, for example, the number of the lamp pins 612, the position on the end cover 611 can be adjusted appropriately according to the application, and thus the size, the number, and the like of the slits 844 can also be adjusted appropriately according to the size and the shape of the base to be processed, and these adjustments generally do not need to be creative work, and still fall within the protection scope of the present application. The collapsing of the slits 844 does not strictly limit the shape of the slits 844 to narrow in width at any microscopic section, and generally requires only a generally macroscopic tendency to collapse without jamming.
On the workbench 800, the lamp head 600 is transferred towards the positioning end 843 in a standing posture with an upward opening, and the traversing mechanism 700 provides power for the lamp head transfer, and various implementation manners exist in the prior art, for example, the lamp head 600 can be slowly pushed by directly utilizing a piston rod of an air cylinder. During the traverse of the base, a lateral holding force is applied to at least two lamp pins 612 by the platens 841 on both sides in the width direction of the slit 844, and the two lamp pins 612 in the slit 844 are gradually closed as viewed in the base transfer direction. When the lamp reaches the positioning end 843, the rotation angles of the lamp caps 600 along the circumferential direction are basically the same, so that the lamp cap positioning is completed.
Specifically, the conveyor 400 includes a conveyor belt 4 and two limiting members 5, the two limiting members 5 are respectively located at two sides of the conveyor belt 4 in the width direction, and a lamp cap conveying channel is formed between the two limiting members 5; the outer diameter of the lamp holder is D, the length of the lamp holder is H, the width of the lamp holder conveying channel is S, and D < S < H is met.
The lamphead positioning apparatus further includes a funnel 810 positioned between the blanking end 421 and the receiving end 842, an inlet of the funnel 810 faces upward and is abutted against the blanking end 421, and an outlet of the funnel 810 faces downward and is abutted against the receiving end 842. The funnel 810 has an entrance aperture that is larger than an exit aperture, and the funnel 810 ensures that the lighthead 600 falls onto the platen 841 in a more standard upright position. Specifically, the funnel 810 comprises a conical section 811 and a constant diameter section 812 which are sequentially butted from top to bottom, the caliber of the conical section 811 is gradually reduced, and the caliber of the constant diameter section 812 is consistent with the outer diameter of the lamp head 600.
In an embodiment, there is a gap between the blanking end 421 and the funnel 810 in the height direction. In another embodiment, the sidewall of the funnel 810 is provided with an avoiding opening 813, and the blanking end 421 extends into the funnel 810 through the avoiding opening 813. By arranging the avoiding opening 813, the funnel 810 and the blanking end 421 are partially crossed in the height direction, and when the conveyor 400 runs at a high speed, the inner wall of the funnel 810 can play a certain blocking role in the lamp holder 600 moving transversely, which is beneficial to improving the processing efficiency of the lamp holder.
The burner positioning device further comprises a holding mechanism 820 between the outlet and the receiving end 842 of the funnel 810, the holding mechanism 820 comprising a holding member 821 and a resilient member. The supporters 821 are two oppositely arranged, and the supporters 821 have a clamping state and an opening state. The two supporters 821 are respectively provided with a positioning surface 822 adapted to the shape of the circumference of the lamp head 600. The resilient member drives the holding member 821 to return from the expanded state to the clamped state. In the clamped state, the space between the two supports 821 still allows the lamp cap 600 to enter. At the moment that the lamp head 600 falls on the platen 841, the two supporting members 821 are in a clamping state, the supporting mechanism 820 can prevent the lamp head 600 from tilting, and in the transverse moving process of the lamp head 600, under the action of the transverse moving mechanism 700, the two supporting members 821 overcome the elastic force of the elastic member to gradually open, so that the channel is opened for the lamp head 600 to move out. After the lamp cap 600 is removed from between the two supporters 821, the two supporters 821 are returned to the clamping state under the elastic force of the elastic member.
Referring to fig. 5, in order to facilitate the insertion of the lamp cap 600 into the holding mechanism 820, in the clamped state, a positioning space 823 is formed between the two positioning surfaces 822, and the two holding members 821 are further provided with guide surfaces 824 for guiding the lamp cap into the positioning space 823.
Specifically, in the lamphead transfer direction, the slit 844 includes a first equal-width section 845, a contraction section 846, and a second equal-width section 847 which are connected in sequence.
The width of the first equal-width section 845 is smaller than the outer diameter of the end cover 611 and extends to the receiving end 842, and when the lamp head 600 falls on the workbench 800, the lamp foot 612 is located in the first equal-width section 845. The width of the constriction 846 is gradually reduced; during the movement of the lamp head 600 in the retraction section 846, the connection direction between the two corresponding lamp pins gradually coincides with the conveying direction. The second equal-width section 847 has a width 1-1.5 times the outer diameter of the lamp base and extends to the positioning end 843. The lamp pins in the second equal width section 847 are arranged substantially along the conveying direction.
The traversing mechanism 700 includes a clamping jaw cylinder 710, two mounts 720, a clamping roller set 730, and a traversing cylinder 740. The jaw cylinder 710 has two jaws 711. The two mounting seats 720 are fixed to the two clamping jaws 711, respectively. The clamping roller set 730 includes four clamping rollers 731 with vertical axes, a pair of clamping rollers 731 is respectively mounted on each mounting base 720, and each clamping roller acts on different circumferential positions of the lamp head 600. The traverse cylinder 740 drives the gripper cylinder 710 to reciprocate in the lamp head 600 transfer direction.
Referring to fig. 3, the operation of the traversing mechanism 700 in one embodiment is as follows. When the lamp head 600 is dropped onto the receiving end 842, the two clamping jaws 711 are located at the positioning end 843 and are in a clamping state. First, the jaws 711 are opened and moved in the opposite direction as indicated by the arrows in fig. 3 to the receiving end 842, where the upper half of the lamp head 600 is held in the holding means 820 and the lower half of the lamp head 600 is located between the jaws 711. Then, the clamping jaw cylinder 710 drives the clamping roller set 730 to clamp the circumference of the lamp cap 600. Then, the traverse cylinder 740 pushes the grip roller set 730 to move to the positioning end 843 in the direction indicated by the arrow in fig. 3, and thus reciprocates in a cycle.
The lamp holder 600 is clamped through the clamping roller group 730, resistance of the lamp holder 600 in the process of adjusting the rotating angle can be reduced, production efficiency is improved, and the shell of the lamp holder 600 is protected from being damaged.
In order to prevent the lamp head 600 from tilting during the traversing process, the mounting base 720 is a flat plate-shaped structure, and two clamping roller sets 730 are arranged on the upper and lower sides of the plate-shaped structure respectively.
The lamp head positioning device further comprises a second photoelectric sensor 850 for detecting the lamp head 600 of the receiving end 842, and the clamping jaw air cylinder 710 and the traverse air cylinder 740 are controlled by the second photoelectric sensor 850.
