In specific implementation, a bottle cap is placed at the lower end of the cap arranging mechanism 1, the bottle cap hook 23 is adjusted to be protruded to a proper length by changing the air pressure in the belt 21, the hook disc of the cap turning device 22 is adjusted to be slightly downward tangent to the bottle cap, the bottle cap is circularly moved back and forth, left and right, the bottle caps with downward cap openings are sequentially arranged in the bottle cap slide ways 3 after the belt 21 starts to move, and the bottle caps are pushed down and taken away when cosmetic bottles to be screwed on the conveying device 1 pass through the output ends of the bottle cap slide ways 3;
when the cosmetic bottle body moves to be tangent to the clamping jaws 42 of the clamping device 4, the clamping jaws 42 move inwards to clamp the bottle body, when the bottle body on the clamping device 4 moves to be right above the cap screwing mechanism 5, the transmission device 1 stops moving, the cap screwing ring 52 with adjusted torque moves downwards to be as high as a cap through the lifting platform 51, the electromagnet 526 is electrified to clamp and rotate the bottle cap, meanwhile, the lifting platform 51 moves downwards along with the bottle cap, the limit top 523 and the bottle cap slide when the bottle cap is screwed to the set torque, the electromagnet 526 is powered off, the cap screwing ring 52 loosens the bottle cap and moves upwards to the bottle cap through the lifting platform 51, the transmission device continues to move the next bottle body to be right above the cap screwing mechanism 5, when the bottle body with the cap screwed is just below the detection device 6 and the transmission device 1 stops moving, the detection device 6 detects the height of the bottle body, and the bottle body with the height larger than or smaller than a certain range, will be pushed by the pusher 64 to the reject conveyor.

the clamping device (4) clamps and fixes the cosmetic bottle body on the transmission device (1) and moves to the position right below a cover screwing ring (52) of the cover screwing device (5), and the cover screwing device (5) can screw down the bottle cap on the cosmetic bottle body;
the rear end of the screwing device (4) is also provided with a detection device (6), the detection device (6) detects the height of the cosmetic bottle passing through the detection device (6), and the cosmetic bottle exceeding the threshold value is moved into a defective product conveyor belt (7) by the detection device (6).

The automatic cosmetic bottle cap screwing mechanism of claim 2, wherein the flip belt (21) comprises a belt surface (211), a belt bottom (212), an elastic connecting cylinder (213), a tension spring (214) and a sliding block (215), the flip belt (21) is of a hollow structure and can be inflated, the tension spring (214) is distributed between the belt surface (211) and the belt bottom (212), when the air pressure in the flip belt (21) is low, the tension spring (214) pulls the belt surface (211) down, the flip belt (21) becomes thin, when the pressure of the air pressure in the flip belt (21) on the flip belt is greater than the elastic force, the air pressure makes the belt surface (211) move upwards, and the flip belt (21) becomes thin and thick;

the bottle cap slideway (3) is characterized in that a portal frame (31) is arranged at the output end of the bottle cap slideway (3), two movable cross rods (32) are respectively arranged at two sides above the portal frame (31), movable vertical rods (33) are respectively arranged at the tail ends of the cross rods (32), a stop block (34) is rotatably connected between the lower ends of the two vertical rods (33), a torsion spring (35) is further arranged between the stop block (34) and the vertical rods (33), and fastening screws are further arranged at the joints of the portal frame (31) and the cross rods (32) and the joints of the cross rods (32) and the vertical rods (33) to fix the relative positions of;
the bottle caps slide to the output ends of the bottle cap slide ways (3) to expose a part of the bottle caps and are blocked by the stop blocks (34) and are sequentially arranged, and the cosmetic bottles can be taken away from the output ends of the bottle cap slide ways (3) through the cosmetic bottle cap pushing open the stop blocks (34) and falling to the cosmetic bottle openings along with the cosmetic bottles.

The automatic cosmetic bottle capping mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the clamping device (4) comprises two moving belts (41) and clamping jaws (42), the two moving belts (41) are symmetrically arranged at two ends of the transmission device (1), the clamping jaws (42) are symmetrically and uniformly distributed on the side surfaces of the two moving belts (41), a gap for the cosmetic bottle to pass through is reserved between the clamping jaws (42) of the two moving belts (41), the clamping jaws (42) can be opened and closed to clamp the cosmetic bottle moving between the clamping jaws (42), the operating speed and frequency of the moving belts (41) are the same as those of the transmission device (1), and the moving direction enables the clamping jaws (42) of the two moving belts (41) to move in the same direction as that of the transmission device (1).

An automatic cosmetic bottle capping mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the capping device (5) comprises a first lifting platform (51) and a capping ring (52), the capping ring (52) is arranged right above the central line of the clamping device (4), and the first lifting platform (51) can drive the capping ring (52) which is rotatably connected with the first lifting platform to move up and down or rotate so as to screw the bottle cap on the cosmetic bottle right below the capping ring (52).

The automatic cover screwing mechanism of the cosmetic bottle body according to claim 1, wherein the cover screwing ring (52) comprises a ring shell (521), a fixed seat (522), a limit top (523), a limit spring (524), a limit bolt (525), an electromagnet (526) and a magnetizer (527) separating spring (528), the ring shell (521) is two semicircular ring bodies which are symmetrical up and down, the two ring shells (521) can be combined into a complete circular ring, the two ring shells (521) are fixedly and slidably connected into the fixed seat (522) one by one, and the fixed seat (522) is connected with the output end of a rotating motor of the first lifting platform (51);
the two ring shells (521) are also correspondingly provided with an electromagnet (526) and a magnetizer (527) at the connecting ends of the fixed seat (522), the two ring shells (521) are connected through a separation spring (528), so that the two ring shells (521) are in a separation state, and the magnetizer (528) is adsorbed when the electromagnet (526) is electrified, so that the two ring shells (521) are combined into a complete ring to clamp the bottle cap.
