Referring to fig. 1 and 4, the lower end opening of the negative pressure bottle 8 is provided with a lower rubber plug 13, the outer bottle body 1 and the bottom outer surface opposite to the lower rubber plug 13 are provided with a bottom hole 14, when saliva needs to be detected, a needle tube can penetrate through the bottom hole 14 and then pierce the lower rubber plug 13 to take out the saliva of the negative pressure bottle 8, so that subsequent detection is facilitated.
The application principle of the saliva sample collection system that leakproofness is good is:
when saliva is collected, firstly spit the saliva into the sampling port 5, then compress the upper spring 2 by pressing the top cover 3, the top cover 3 which is pressed can drive the upper catheter 4 to move towards the cavity in the outer bottle body 1, the upper catheter 4 which moves downwards extrudes a gap between the two sealing plates 7, the sealing plate 7 which is extruded can compress the inclined spring 6 to enlarge the gap, at the moment, the upper catheter 4 can penetrate through the gap to abut against the lower catheter 12, and the lower catheter 12 is communicated with the cavity in the upper catheter 4; continuing to make the upper conduit 4 push down the downcomer 12 immediately, and the downcomer 12 can make stopper 11 compress down spring 10, hold the chamber intercommunication until syringe needle 15 passes the inside of plug 9 and negative pressure bottle 8, under negative pressure effect of negative pressure bottle 8, can inhale the inside appearance chamber of negative pressure bottle 8 with the inside saliva of sampling port 5, loosen top cap 3 this moment and can take syringe needle 15 out the inside appearance chamber of negative pressure bottle 8 under spring 10's the reset action down, make when gathering saliva through this structure, reduce the contact of saliva and outside air, thereby leakproofness when improving saliva collection.
When loosening top cap 3 back, the reset action of going up spring 2 can make top cap 3 drive upper catheter 4 and reset, also can drive two closing plates 7 and reset under the reset action of two oblique springs 6 this moment, and then hold the chamber closure with the bottom inside of outer bottle 1, reduce the inside chamber that holds in bottom that outside air got into outer bottle 1 to improve the leakproofness after the saliva was gathered.
