When the nose 111 is located at the first position, the bottom end of the nose 111 abuts against the collar 128, and the collar 128 serves to limit the downward movement of the nose 111, so that the nose 111 can be stably supported on the collar 128, and the structural stability is ensured. The air fryer 10 provided by the embodiment of the aspect adjusts the capacity of the air fryer 10 by arranging the movable machine head 111, enlarges the space for placing food, enables a user to freely select the capacity mode of the air fryer 10 according to the food to be cooked, and can realize the switching of the air fryer 10 between the basic capacity mode and the large capacity mode only by moving the position of the machine head 111, thereby being convenient for operation.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 5, 8, and 10, in some embodiments, the air fryer 10 further comprises: a microswitch 160 arranged on the top of the handpiece 111; the trigger assembly is movably arranged on the side wall of the handpiece 111 assembly; and a first trigger top block 161 arranged on the lining ring 128, wherein when the handpiece 111 is located at the first position, the first trigger top block 161 abuts against the lower end of the trigger assembly to push the trigger assembly upwards, so that the upper end of the trigger assembly triggers the micro switch 160.
In these embodiments, a micro switch 160 is further provided to detect whether the head 111 is in place, ensuring that the electrical circuit of the air fryer 10 can be turned on when the head 111 is in place, thereby improving the safety of the air fryer 10. In addition, the micro switch 160 is disposed on the top of the machine head 111, and the micro switch 160 is indirectly triggered by the trigger assembly, so that the micro switch 160 can be located as far away from the high temperature region (such as the heat generating member 1112 region and the cooking cavity region) of the air fryer 10 as possible, and the temperature rise of the micro switch 160 is prevented from being too high. Specifically, a first trigger top block 161 is disposed on the bushing 128, when the machine head 111 is located at the first position, the bottom end of the machine head 111 abuts against the bushing 128, and the first trigger top block 161 can abut against the lower end of the trigger assembly to push the trigger assembly upward, so that the upper end of the trigger assembly triggers the micro switch 160, thereby determining that the machine head 111 is accurately installed at the first position, and the air fryer 10 can be powered on to operate.
As shown in fig. 5, 6, 8 and 10, in some embodiments, the air fryer 10 further comprises a hanging grid 112, the hanging grid 112 is mounted at the top opening 121 and supported on the upper liner 126 with the hood 111 in the second position, a second trigger top block 162 is disposed on the hanging grid 112, and the second trigger top block 162 abuts against the lower end of the trigger assembly to push the trigger assembly upward so that the upper end of the trigger assembly triggers the micro switch 160.
In these embodiments, it is further illustrated that the air fryer 10 further includes a grill 112, the grill 112 is mounted at the top opening 121 for supporting the head 111, thereby enabling the head 111 to be fixed at the second position, increasing the cooking space inside the body assembly 120, and supporting the grill 112 on the upper liner 126, so as to enable the grill 112 to be stably placed, and since the upper liner 126 is generally a metal member, the upper liner 126 is provided to support the grill 112 to prevent the grill 112 from directly contacting the plastic shell 123 located outside and causing the shell 123 to deform. Moreover, the second trigger top block 162 is arranged on the hanging rack 112, when the head 111 is located at the second position, the bottom end of the head 111 abuts against the hanging rack 112, and the second trigger top block 162 can abut against the lower end of the trigger assembly to push the trigger assembly upwards, so that the upper end of the trigger assembly triggers the micro switch 160, and therefore it is determined that the head 111 is accurately installed at the second position, and the air fryer 10 can be electrified to work.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 5, 8, and 10, in some embodiments, the air fryer 10 further comprises: the mounting seat 163 is arranged at the top of the machine head 111, the micro switch 160 is fixed on the mounting seat 163, and the trigger key of the micro switch 160 faces the trigger component; the trigger assembly comprises a push rod 164 and a rocker 165, the rocker 165 is rotatably connected with the mounting seat 163, the push rod 164 is located at the lower end of the rocker 165, and the upper end of the push rod 164 abuts against the rocker 165, so that the push rod 164 can push the rocker 165 upwards to rotate to trigger the micro switch 160.
In these embodiments, a mounting seat 163 for mounting the micro switch 160 is further provided on the top of the handpiece 111, so as to facilitate the mounting and fixing of the micro switch 160, and the rocker 165 is rotatably connected to the mounting seat 163, so that the rocker 165 can contact with the trigger key of the micro switch 160 during the rotation process, so as to trigger the micro switch 160; the push rod 164 is located at the lower end of the rocker 165, the upper end of the push rod 164 abuts against the rocker 165, so that the push rod 164 can push the rocker 165 to rotate upwards, the lower end of the push rod 164 abuts against the first trigger top block 161 or the second trigger top block 162, and due to the fact that the length of the push rod 164 is long, the micro switch 160 is indirectly triggered by pushing of the push rod 164, the micro switch 160 can be far away from a high-temperature area (such as a heating element 1112 area and a cooking cavity area) of the air fryer 10 as far as possible, and the micro switch 160 is prevented from being excessively high in temperature.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 5, 8 and 10, in some embodiments, the guide protrusion 140 has a hollow structure inside, and the trigger assembly is movably disposed inside the guide protrusion 140; a notch is provided in handpiece housing 1111 at a location corresponding to rocker 165, through which rocker 165 can extend into the interior of handpiece housing 1111.
In these embodiments, it is further illustrated that disposing the trigger assembly in a hollow structure inside the guide projection 140 allows for a high integration of the handpiece 111, reducing the volume of the handpiece 111. Rocker 165 can extend through a notch in handpiece housing 1111 and into handpiece housing 1111, triggering micro-switch 160.
It is worth mentioning that, by arranging the trigger assembly in the hollow structure inside the guide protrusion 140, the first trigger top block 161 is correspondingly arranged in the guide groove 142, and since the cooperation of the guide protrusion 140 and the guide groove 142 can position the installation of the handpiece 111, the position of the first trigger top block 161 and the position of the trigger assembly are also accurate after the handpiece 111 is assembled, and it is ensured that the first trigger top block 161 can trigger the micro switch 160.
As shown in fig. 3, 4, 5, 8, and 10, in some embodiments, the trigger assembly further comprises: the elastic piece 166 is sleeved on the push rod 164, a first stop block 167 is arranged on the push rod 164, a second stop block 168 is arranged on the inner side wall of the guide convex block 140, the second stop block 168 is positioned above the first stop block 167, the upper end of the elastic piece 166 abuts against the second stop block 168, and the lower end of the elastic piece 166 abuts against the first stop block 167. The elastic member 166 makes the up-and-down movement of the push rod 164 smooth, thereby improving the quality of the product. Specifically, the elastic member 166 may be a spring.
As shown in fig. 6, 8 and 9, in some embodiments, the grill 112 includes: a hanging grill body 1121, wherein the hanging grill body 1121 is annular; a hanging position 1122, wherein the hanging position 1122 is arranged on the inner wall of the grill body 1121 and extends towards the inside; a stop bar 1123, wherein the stop bar 1123 is arranged at the top of the grill body 1121, the stop bar 1123 is annular, and the head 111 is arranged in a space surrounded by the stop bar 1123; the supporting legs 1124 are disposed at the bottom of the grill body 1121, the top of the upper liner 126 is provided with a plurality of downwardly concave supporting positions 1261, and the supporting legs 1124 are in one-to-one correspondence with the supporting positions 1261.
In these embodiments, the hanging grill 112 includes a hanging grill body 1121, a hanging position 1122, a stopping bar 1123 and a plurality of support legs 1124, wherein the hanging position 1122 is used for hanging food materials, so that the food materials can be hung at a higher position in the body assembly 120, and then food materials with larger volume, such as whole chicken, whole duck, etc., can be baked. The stop bar 1123 plays a role in positioning the head 111, so that the head 111 can be accurately mounted at the middle position of the grill 112 without easily deviating, and the head 111 can be stopped by the side surface due to the stop bar 1123 having a certain height, so that the assembly between the head 111 and the grill 112 is stable without easily sliding relatively, and the head 111 can be effectively prevented from falling off. Through the cooperation of the support legs 1124 and the support locations 1261, the hanging grill 112 and the upper liner 126 are more stably assembled without horizontal displacement.
Further, as shown in fig. 8 and 9, the number of the hanging positions 1122 is plural, and the plurality of hanging positions 1122 are distributed at intervals along the inner wall of the annular hanging grill body 1121, so that the function of hanging the skewers and the like can be enriched. As shown in fig. 1-8 and 10, in some embodiments, the body assembly 120 has a side opening in a side wall thereof, and the air fryer 10 further comprises: the inner pot assembly 130 is detachably arranged in the machine body assembly 120 and is positioned at the side opening, the lower lining 127 surrounds the outer side of the inner pot assembly 130, an avoiding opening corresponding to the side opening is formed in the lower lining 127, and the inner pot assembly 130 can be separated from the machine body assembly 120 from the side opening under the condition that the machine head 111 is positioned at the first position; the head 111 further comprises a heat shield 1118, the heat shield 1118 is covered above the heating element 1112, and a heat dissipation opening is formed at the bottom end of the heat shield 1118 and is communicated with the inner pot.
In these embodiments, it is specifically illustrated that the air fryer 10 further comprises an inner pot assembly 130, the side wall of the body assembly 120 has a side opening, the inner pot assembly 130 can move into or out of the interior of the body assembly 120 at the side opening, and in the case that the head 111 is in the first position, i.e., in the case that the air fryer 10 is in the basic capacity mode, food material can be placed through the inner pot assembly 130, and the inner pot assembly 130 can be taken out, which facilitates placing and taking food material; and under the condition that the handpiece 111 is located at the second position, that is, under the condition that the air fryer 10 is in the large-capacity mode, the food material can be hung on the hanging grill 112, and the inner pot assembly 130 is located below the food material to achieve the effect of receiving oil, which is beneficial to keeping the whole body of the machine body assembly 120 clean. Of course, when the air fryer 10 is in the large volume mode, the food material with a relatively high volume may be directly placed into the inner pot assembly 130 through the top opening 121, or the food material in the inner pot assembly 130 may be removed through the top opening 121 after cooking. Further, the heat of the heat generating component 1112 can directly flow into the body component 120 through the heat dissipation opening, which is beneficial to heat transfer, so that more heat can be used for cooking work in the body component 120; the heat shield 1118 is covered above the heat generating element 1112 to insulate heat, so that a large amount of heat generated by the heat generating element 1112 is prevented from being transmitted to the air supply assembly and the control panel 1117 above the heat shield 1118, and the service life of electronic components such as the air supply assembly and the control panel 1117 is prolonged. For the concrete structure of the inner pot assembly 130, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, in some embodiments, the inner pot assembly 130 includes a pot liner and a filter screen 132 disposed in the pot liner, the filter screen 132 is disposed above the bottom wall of the pot liner and used for filtering grease and the like, and when the food material is directly disposed in the inner pot assembly 130 for cooking, the grease gathered at the bottom wall of the pot liner can be prevented from directly contacting with the food material, so as to improve the taste of the food material.
It should be noted that, under the condition that the head 111 is located at the second position, a locking mechanism may be further provided to lock the inner pan assembly 130, so that the inner pan assembly 130 cannot be pulled out at any time, and the problem that the food material is easily broken when the inner pan assembly 130 is pulled out laterally due to the fact that the height of the food material placed in the machine body assembly 120 is high and only about half of the height of the food material is located in the inner pan assembly 130 is solved. Further, an inner exhaust window communicated with the outside is arranged on the heat shield 1118, an outer exhaust window is arranged on the housing 123, and the inner exhaust window directly faces the outer exhaust window to realize an exhaust function under the condition that the machine head 111 is positioned in the housing 123, that is, under the condition that the air fryer 10 is in the basic capacity mode; whereas in the case where the head 111 is located outside the housing 123, that is, in the case where the air fryer 10 is in the large-capacity mode, the air discharging function is directly performed through the inner discharge window.

Claims (11)

1. An air fryer (10), comprising:
the handpiece (111) comprises a handpiece shell (1111), a heat generating part (1112) and an air supply assembly, wherein the heat generating part (1112) and the air supply assembly are arranged in the handpiece shell (1111);
the machine body component (120) is internally provided with a cavity, a top opening (121) is formed in the machine body component (120), and the machine head (111) can be taken out from the top opening (121) and separated from the machine body component (120);
