a cookware assembly comprising a fry basket (10) and a fry pan;
the at least one group of lifting components are used for driving the machine head (1) to slide up and down along the guide rail (9);
wherein the head (1) has at least a first position and a second position during sliding, when the head (1) slides to the first position, the basket (10) is placed in the cooking space (13), the opening of the basket (10) is communicated with the opening of the air duct plate (3), and the thermal circulation fan (4) guides the heat generated by the first heat generating body (5) into the inner part of the basket (10); when the machine head (1) slides to a second position, the frying pan is arranged in the cooking space (13), and at least one of the first heating body (5) and the second heating body (8) is communicated with the frying pan.

The air fryer having a frying and baking function according to claim 1, wherein the frying pan comprises an upper frying pan (11) and a lower frying pan (12), the upper frying pan (11) is detachably disposed below the first heat generating body (5), and the lower frying pan (12) is detachably disposed above the second heat generating body (8).
3. Air fryer with grilling function according to claim 2, characterized in that between the air duct plate (3) and the upper frying pan (11) resilient latching means (14) are provided for detachably mounting the upper frying pan (11) below the first heat-generating body (5).
4. An air fryer having a frying and baking function according to claim 2, wherein said base (7) is provided with a first step surface (20) for detachably mounting said lower frying pan (12) above said second heat generating body (8).
5. An air fryer having a cooking function according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein said lifting assembly comprises:
a second motor;
the screw rod (21) is connected with the second motor;
one end of the adjusting rod (22) is in threaded connection with the screw rod (21), and the other end of the adjusting rod (22) is abutted to the machine head (1);
the screw rod (21) moves under the driving of the second motor, and the adjusting rod (22) is driven by the screw rod (21) to lift so as to enable the machine head (1) to slide up and down.

7. Air fryer with cooking function according to claim 5, characterised in that the head (1) comprises an inner shell (23) and an outer shell (24), the inner shell (23) and the outer shell (24) forming a cavity (25), the adjustment lever (22) being raised and lowered within the cavity (25).
8. Air fryer with cooking function according to claim 7, characterised in that a stop structure (26) is provided between the adjustment lever (22) and the cavity (25) for the vertical movement of the adjustment lever (22) in the cavity (25).
9. Air fryer with cooking function according to any one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that an outlet (27) is provided between said basket (10) and said head (1) when said basket (10) is placed in said cooking space (13).
10. The air fryer with frying and baking function according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein said frying basket (10) comprises a pan body and a pan cover, said pan body is provided with a second step surface, and a frying plate or a steaming plate is selectively arranged on said second step surface.
