Abstract

方框式整体结构的柴油机机体，涉及内燃机的一 种曲轴箱体。它是将机体设计成方框式整体结构，把 齿轮室与曲轴箱融合为一个空腔，曲轴、传动齿轮、调 速器等均安装于曲轴箱内。该机体由于是整体结构， 其制造工艺性能好，有较好的刚性和强度。这种机体 结构简单、重量轻、拆装零部件容易，特别适应于单缸 立轴式柴油机使用。

Description

本实用新型涉及内燃机的一种曲轴箱体，具体地说是一种方框式整体结构的柴油机机体。
目前，市场上流行的柴油机机体普遍采用的是曲轴箱和齿轮室分两个空腔结构，中间用中隔板分开，曲轴置于曲轴箱内，传动齿轮、调速器等则安装于齿轮室内。也有将传动齿轮、调速器等装于曲轴箱内的，但曲轴箱是由“匚”形结构的机体和端盖板两个零件组成，其端盖板需用定位销、螺钉紧固在机体的端面上。曲轴和凸轮轴的两端分别支承在曲轴箱机体和端盖板上。安装后，机体上和端盖板上的两个曲轴孔和两个凸轮轴孔难以保证同轴度。这种机体结构制造工艺性差，刚度和强度低。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种方框式整体结构的柴油机机体，该机体集曲轴箱与齿轮室为一个空腔，即传动齿轮，调速器等均安装于曲轴箱内，使之制造工艺性好，刚度和强度大。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是：将机体设计成方框式整体结构，将齿轮室与曲轴箱融合为一个空腔，把传动齿轮，调速器等均安装于曲轴箱内，即曲轴、传动齿轮、调速器等置于整体结构的机体内。
下面结合附图对本实用新型予以进一步详细说明。

从整体看，该机体呈一方框式结构。顶面开缸套孔2，前后两面开曲轴孔3，前面左侧开凸轮轴孔1，在顶面缸套孔的左侧开油泵孔7，顶柱孔6，底面为长方形敞口孔4，用来往曲轴箱内装拆各零部件和安装油底壳。本方框式整体结构的机体，一次铸造成型，在整体结构的机体上加工曲轴孔3时，能保证同轴度。这种整体结构的机体，其制造工艺性能好，简单，能有较好的刚性和强度，重量轻，拆装零部件容易。该种机体特别适应于单缸立轴式柴油机使用。
