According to an embodiment of the invention (as shown in fig. 8A-8B, 9A-9D, 10A-10E, 11A-11B), the invention provides a prefabricated reinforced concrete profiled element assembled house 800A, 800B, which is characterized by comprising a prefabricated reinforced concrete n-shaped element 100, a U-shaped element 600, an n-shaped element connecting element and a U-shaped element connecting element, wherein the n-shaped element 100 comprises a first wall plate 110A, a second wall plate 110B and a floor plate 120, wherein the first wall plate 110A and the second wall plate 110B are respectively connected with the floor plate 120 to form a vertically-placed n-shaped facade structure; the U-shaped member 600 comprises a first wing wall 610a, a second wing wall 610b and an end wall 620, wherein the first wing wall 610a and the second wing wall 610b are respectively connected with the end wall 620 to form a horizontally-placed structure with a U-shaped plane;

In one embodiment, there is also provided a method of constructing a house assembled from said profiled elements, comprising the steps of:
(1) manufacturing the prefabricated reinforced concrete special-shaped component, wherein the prefabricated reinforced concrete special-shaped component comprises a prefabricated reinforced concrete n-shaped component 100, a U-shaped component 600 and an embedded connecting element;
(2) Transporting the prefabricated reinforced concrete special-shaped component to a house construction site;
(3) on a base surface of a house, hoisting the prefabricated reinforced concrete special-shaped members in place according to design requirements, forming horizontal connection between the members and vertical connection between the members and a lower layer by utilizing the embedded connecting elements, and then pouring concrete in cavities between walls to form fixed connection, thereby forming a single-layer space structure assembled by the special-shaped members;
(4) according to the requirements, the prefabricated reinforced concrete special-shaped members can be hoisted in place above the single-layer space structure, the horizontal connection between the members and the vertical connection between the members and the lower layer are formed by utilizing the embedded connecting elements, and then concrete is poured in the cavities between the walls and above the floor as required to form fixed connection, so that the multi-layer space structure assembled by the special-shaped members is formed by stacking layer by layer;
(5) and constructing a top layer above the multilayer space structure according to the design so as to form the single-layer or multilayer house assembled by the special-shaped components.
Embodiment 5: prefabricated reinforced concrete variable component and building structure thereof
According to an embodiment of the present invention (as shown in fig. 7A to 7E), the present invention provides a prefabricated reinforced concrete transformable member 700, which is characterized by comprising a first wall surface 710a, a second wall surface 710b, a floor surface 720, the transformable member 700 and a connecting element;
The first wall surface 710a and the second wall surface 710b are respectively connected with the floor 720 through hinge elements, so that an orthogonal state that the first wall surface 710a and the second wall surface 710b are respectively orthogonal to the floor 720 and a vertically placed vertical surface is an n-shaped structure can be formed when the hinge elements are folded, and the hinge elements can be unfolded to enable the first wall surface 710a and the second wall surface 710b to be respectively in the same surface state with the floor 720;
the first wall surface 710a and the second wall surface 710b can be respectively provided with door and window holes according to the use requirements;
the first wall surface 710a and the second wall surface 710b are both full-layer high;

According to an embodiment of the present invention (e.g., the houses shown in fig. 7A to 7E, and fig. 8A and 11A, in which the profiled members are partially or fully replaced with the transformable members of the present embodiment), the present invention provides a prefabricated reinforced concrete transformable member assembled house, which is characterized by comprising a prefabricated reinforced concrete transformable member 700, a transformable member connecting element, wherein the transformable member 700 comprises a first wall surface 710a, a second wall surface 710b, a floor surface 720;
the first wall surface 710a and the second wall surface 710b are respectively connected with the floor 720 through hinge elements, so that a structure that the first wall surface 710a and the second wall surface 710b are respectively orthogonal to the floor 720 and vertically placed in an n-shaped vertical surface can be formed when the hinge elements are folded, and the hinge elements can be unfolded to enable the first wall surface 710a and the second wall surface 710b to be respectively coplanar with the floor 720;
The first wall surface 710a and the second wall surface 710b can be respectively provided with door and window openings according to the use requirements;

(1) Manufacturing the prefabricated reinforced concrete deformable member 700, which includes pre-buried connection elements;
(2) transporting the prefabricated reinforced concrete deformable member 700 to a house construction site for on-site erection and installation;
(3) on a base surface of a house, hoisting the prefabricated reinforced concrete deformable component 700 to a proper position according to design requirements, forming horizontal connection between components and vertical connection between the components and a lower layer by utilizing the embedded connecting elements, and then pouring concrete in a cavity between walls to form fixed connection, thereby forming a single-layer space structure assembled by the deformable component;
(4) according to the requirement, the prefabricated reinforced concrete deformable component 700 can be hoisted in place above the single-layer space structure, the horizontal connection between the components and the vertical connection between the components and the lower layer are formed by utilizing the embedded connecting elements, and then concrete is poured in the cavity between the walls and above the floor 720 as required to form fixed connection, so that the multilayer space structure assembled by the deformable components is formed by stacking layer by layer;
(5) and constructing a top layer above the multilayer space structure according to the design, thereby forming a single-layer or multilayer house assembled by the transformable components.
Embodiment 7: method for manufacturing prefabricated reinforced concrete special-shaped member
According to an embodiment of the present invention (the special-shaped member is shown in the foregoing embodiments 1-6), the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a prefabricated reinforced concrete special-shaped member, wherein the special-shaped member has Contraband-shaped three mutually orthogonally connected plate surfaces, and can be an n-shaped member 100 which is vertically placed and has an n-shaped vertical surface or a U-shaped member 600 which is horizontally placed and has a U-shaped plane surface when being installed and used, and the method comprises the following steps:
(1) a member internal mold, which comprises two internal mold side plates corresponding to Contraband internal configurations of the special-shaped members respectively, and the sizes of the internal mold top plate and the two internal mold side plates can be adjusted according to the design requirements of the special-shaped members;
(2) placing a position module and a buried element in the inner die and installing the position module and the buried element in place;
(3) supporting a floor bottom die and a side die, and placing a steel bar, a steel pipe or a steel bar truss element and an embedded part above the two inner die side plates according to design requirements; or (b) overlapping the prefabricated floor elements.
(4) Optionally supporting a member external mold, wherein the external mold comprises two external mold side plates which respectively correspond to Contraband type external configurations of the special-shaped members, the sizes of the two external mold side plates can be adjusted according to the design requirements of the special-shaped members, and the external mold is arranged to be capable of moving in the longitudinal direction outside the internal mold according to requirements so as to form a preset wall cavity between the external mold and the internal mold;
(5) In the case of selecting a supporting member external mold in the step (4), pouring concrete in the cavity of the wall body, and in the case corresponding to the step (3) (a), further pouring concrete above the bottom mold of the floor slab, and in the case corresponding to the step (3) (b), further pouring concrete in a partial cavity of the precast floor slab, so as to ensure that the wall body and the precast floor slab are integrated; or, under the condition that the outer die of the structural part is not selected in the step (4), spraying concrete on the two inner die side plates to enable the two inner die side plates to reach the thickness required by the design;
(6) and after the concrete meets the strength requirement, removing the template and the module to obtain the special-shaped member.
In one embodiment, step (3) (b) comprises: the prefabricated floor slab component is a prestressed composite floor slab component or a prestressed hollow floor slab component, and in the case of the prestressed composite floor slab component, the prestressed composite floor slab component is lapped on the two internal mold side plates according to the required lap joint length, and the end steel bars in the prestressed composite floor slab component extend into the cavity of the wall body; in the case of a prestressed hollow floor slab member, the prestressed hollow floor slab member is lapped on the two inner mold side plates according to the required lapping length, and the reinforcing steel bars in the wall cavity extend into the hollow hole of the prestressed hollow floor slab member.
In one embodiment, the three mutually orthogonally connected panels of the profiled element are formed integrally by casting concrete in the wall cavity, or the three panels are formed by using prefabricated floor panels in combination with a sprayed or cast two-sided wall.
In a specific embodiment, the step (3) is: overlapping a prefabricated floor slab component above the two inner mold side plates; the step (5) is as follows: under the condition that the outer die of the component is not supported in the step (4), spraying concrete on the two inner die side plates to enable the two inner die side plates to reach the thickness required by the design; wherein the prefabricated floor member is a pre-stressed composite floor member.
In a specific embodiment, the profiled member is an n-shaped member 100, which includes a first wall panel 110a, a second wall panel 110b, and a floor 120, and the first wall panel 110a and the second wall panel 110b are respectively connected with the floor 120 to form a vertically-placed n-shaped structure;
the first wall panel 110a and the second wall panel 110b can be respectively provided with door and window openings 111 and 112 according to the use requirement;
the first wall panel 110a and the second wall panel 110b are both full-layer high;
the n-type member connecting element comprises an n-type member horizontal connecting element and an n-type member vertical connecting element, wherein the n-type member horizontal connecting element and the n-type member vertical connecting element are respectively used for connecting the n-type member 100 with an adjacent n-type member 100 or other adjacent members in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction through reinforcing steel bars or bolts and cast-in-place concrete, and corresponding connecting holes and embedded parts are reserved in the n-type member 100.
In a specific embodiment, any section of the first wall panel 110a and the second wall panel 110b of the n-shaped member 100, if designed as an exterior wall of a building, can be provided with an external composite wall body during the manufacturing process to integrate the heat preservation, decoration and load bearing.
In one embodiment, the profiled member is a U-shaped member 600, which includes a first wing wall 610a, a second wing wall 610b, and an end wall 620, wherein the first wing wall 610a and the second wing wall 610b are respectively connected to the end wall 620 to form a horizontally disposed U-shaped plane structure;
the first wing wall 610a, the second wing wall 610b and the end wall 620 can be respectively provided with door and window openings according to the use requirement;
the first wing wall 610a, the second wing wall 610b and the end wall 620 are all full story high;
the U-shaped member connecting element comprises a U-shaped member horizontal connecting element and a U-shaped member vertical connecting element, wherein the U-shaped member horizontal connecting element and the U-shaped member vertical connecting element are respectively used for connecting the U-shaped member 600 with other adjacent members in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction through reinforcing steel bars or bolts and cast-in-place concrete, and corresponding connecting holes and embedded parts are reserved in the U-shaped member 600.
In one embodiment, any one of the first wing wall 610a, the second wing wall 610b and the end wall 620 of the U-shaped member 600 can be provided with an outer composite to form an integrated insulation, decoration and load-bearing wall body during the manufacturing process if the U-shaped member is designed as an external wall of a building.
In one embodiment, the site module comprises a module for reserving a door or window opening or a pipeline opening corresponding to the special-shaped member, and the embedded element comprises an embedded connecting element, an embedded installation element, an embedded hoisting element, an embedded pipeline element, an embedded reinforcing mesh or a truss rib.
In one embodiment, the inner and outer dies are configured such that their respective sizes and orientations can be adjusted manually or automatically according to design requirements.
The special-shaped member or the deformable member can be flexibly designed in parts or structure, the interchangeability degree is high, and the design and the manufacture can be changed according to actual requirements in processes or structures such as a truss or a steel pipe of a top plate (such as a floor panel), an insulating layer on the outer side, a door and window opening of a wall surface, the material selection of the top plate (integrally manufactured with two side plates or adopting a semi-finished panel) and the like.

Claims (9)

1. A prefabricated reinforced concrete profiled element, characterized by, includes n type component, U type component, n type component connecting element and U type component connecting element, wherein: the n-type component comprises a first wallboard, a second wallboard and a floor slab, wherein the first wallboard and the second wallboard are respectively connected with the floor slab to form a structure with an n-type vertical face; the U-shaped component comprises a first wing wall, a second wing wall and an end wall, wherein the first wing wall and the second wing wall are respectively connected with the end wall to form a horizontally-placed structure with a U-shaped plane;
the first wall plate, the second wall plate, the first wing wall, the second wing wall and the end wall can be respectively provided with door and window openings according to the use requirements;
the first wall panel, the second wall panel, the first wing wall, the second wing wall and the end wall are all of the whole layer height;
the n-shaped member connecting element and the U-shaped member connecting element respectively comprise a horizontal connecting element and a vertical connecting element, wherein the horizontal connecting element and the vertical connecting element are respectively used for connecting the n-shaped member or the U-shaped member with an adjacent n-shaped member or other adjacent members in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction through reinforcing steel bars or bolts and cast-in-place concrete, and corresponding connecting holes and embedded parts are reserved in the n-shaped member or the U-shaped member.
2. The profile member according to claim 1, wherein the horizontal connecting element of the n-shaped member is arranged between the first wall panel or the second wall panel and the adjacent n-shaped member or other adjacent members to form a fastening connection in the horizontal direction, wherein the horizontal connecting element of the n-shaped member is a pre-embedded horizontal reinforcing steel bar; the horizontal connecting elements of the U-shaped members are arranged between the first wing wall or the second wing wall and the adjacent members to form corresponding fastening connection in the horizontal direction, wherein the horizontal connecting elements of the U-shaped members are pre-embedded horizontal steel bars, and the horizontal connecting elements and the steel bars embedded correspondingly to the adjacent members can be fixedly connected together during assembly.
3. The profile member according to claim 1, wherein the vertical connection elements of the n-type member are provided between the first wall panel or the second wall panel and corresponding portions of the upper and lower adjacent n-type members or other members to form a vertically-oriented fastening connection, wherein the vertical connection elements of the n-type member comprise horizontal reinforcing bars, vertical reinforcing bars or reinforcing grids, which can be fixedly connected with the reinforcing bars embedded corresponding to the upper and lower adjacent n-type members or other members when assembled; the vertical connecting elements of the U-shaped members are arranged between the first wing wall or the second wing and corresponding parts of the U-shaped members or other members which are adjacent up and down so as to form fastening connection in the vertical direction, wherein the vertical connecting elements of the U-shaped members comprise horizontal reinforcing steel bars, vertical reinforcing steel bars or reinforcing steel bar grids, and the vertical connecting elements and the reinforcing steel bars which are correspondingly embedded in the U-shaped members or other members which are adjacent up and down can be fixedly connected together when being assembled.
4. A profile member according to claim 1, wherein the horizontal connecting elements and the vertical connecting elements each have a rectilinear, annular, reticular or a combination thereof configuration.
5. The profile member according to claim 1, wherein any one of the first wall panel, the second wall panel, the first wing wall, the second wing wall and the end wall, if designed as an exterior wall of a building, can be externally compounded into an insulation and decoration integrated exterior wall.
6. A profiled member as claimed in claim 1, wherein the floor is provided internally with truss ribs.
7. The profile element according to claim 1, wherein when the U-shaped element is used as a staircase, the installation embedded parts of the prefabricated staircase and the platform plate can be reserved on the inner side, and the prefabricated staircase can be installed for hoisting.
8. The profiled member as claimed in claim 1, wherein the wall thickness and reinforcing bars of the first wall panel, the second wall panel, the first wing wall, the second wing wall and the end wall are determined according to actual project design, and the maximum dimension of the member satisfies transportation conditions and hoisting conditions.
9. A building structure based on prefabricated reinforced concrete profiled elements as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein after said n-shaped elements, said U-shaped elements and said connecting elements are assembled, the concrete cast in the cavities between the walls is fixedly connected to form a building structure based on said n-shaped elements and U-shaped elements.
