一种埋头式双爪双向拨钢机。主要由车体、车 轮、二个拨钢爪和挡板等构成。它是在左右移动的车 体上装有二个分别向二侧埋头的拨钢爪,车体的移动 靠轧材的测长脉冲发生器自动控制。当车体向左移 动时,左侧拨钢爪在左侧挡板作用下而埋下,右侧拨 钢爪直立而拨钢,反之亦然。由于这种拨钢机与轧材 测长发生器联锁,所以可实现轧材分堆归类的目的。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种埋头式双爪双向拨钢机,属于轧钢机后部在线拨钢设备。
根据轧钢生产要求,需将从轧钢机或矫直机出来的钢材向左右两侧或一侧拨移,以适应连续化大工业生产的要求。这种拨移钢材的设备称为拨钢机,其中向左右两侧拨移的称双向拨钢机,向一侧拨移的称单向拨钢机。
本实用新型做出之前,轧钢用拨钢机主要有埋头式单爪单向横移式和单爪不埋头双向横移式两种,其中以埋头式单爪、单向拨钢机最为常见。所谓埋头式单爪单向拨钢机,是在左右移动的机构上装有一个拨钢爪,这个爪在向拨钢侧移动时直立而实现拨钢功能,而在归位时靠拨钢爪上方的轧材或挡板阻挡而倾倒埋下,此时便不能拨钢。单爪不埋头式拨钢机则是拨钢爪固定直立,见钢即拨,左右往复运动,左右两侧拨钢,不能自由选择。为满足轧材分组归类的需求,开发研制自由选择,随意左右拨钢设备十分重要。
本实用新型的目的就是提供一种埋头式双爪双向拨钢机,它是将两个埋头式单爪单向拨动钢机组合在一起,以实现选择性左右两侧拔钢,从而满足轧材分组归类的要求。
本实用新型的埋头式双爪双向拨钢机,是在左右移动的机构上装有二个单向埋头的拨钢爪,即向左侧拨钢时,右侧拨钢爪直立,左侧拨钢爪埋头,反之亦然。这种拨钢机可与检测轧材长短尺寸的脉冲发生器联锁,实现按程序控制把轧材拨移归类。

本实用新型的埋头式双爪双向拨钢机主要由车体(1)、导轮(2)、车轮(3)、拨钢爪(4)和挡板(5)等构成。这种拨钢机的中心线与轧机出钢线对中,即实现轧材始终处于二拨钢爪中间位置。当测长脉冲发生器发出左移信号时,车体(1)便开始向左行驶,此时左侧拨钢爪在左侧挡板的作用下而埋下,右侧拨钢爪直立而将轧材(6)拨至左侧冷床上。反之,当测长脉冲发生器发出右移信号时,车体(1)便向右侧行驶,此时右侧拨钢爪在右侧挡板的作用下而埋下,左侧拨钢爪直立而将轧材(6)拨至右侧冷床上。不管是向左还是向右拨钢,车体(1)行驶到位后立即回位,以便下一次拨钢。
本实用新型的埋头式双爪双向拨钢机在鞍钢某轧钢厂应用,不仅能实现自动控制拨钢,而且达到了按轧材尺寸长短分堆归类的目的。

1、一种埋头式双爪双向拨钢机,主要由车体(1)、导轮(2)、车轮(3)、拨钢爪(4)和挡板(5)构成,其特征在于车体(1)上装有二个分别向二侧埋头的拨钢爪(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的埋头式双爪双向拨钢机,其特征在于车体(1)向左侧行驶时左侧拨钢爪在左侧挡板作用下而埋头,右侧拨钢爪直立拨钢,反之亦然。
3、根据权利要求1的埋头式双爪双向拨钢机,其特征在于车体(1)的左右行驶靠测长脉冲发生器自动控制。
