Technical Field

Most of the 10kV sides of the 220kV transformers of the large-connection city power grid in Liaoning province nowadays have no load, namely, only three outgoing line sleeves and wiring terminals are arranged on the 10kV side, no outgoing line busbar is arranged, the 10kV side is always in an idle state when the transformers run, the processing modes of the outgoing line sleeve terminals on the 10kV side are all subjected to insulation processing, the phases a and c are suspended, and the phase b is reliably grounded. The treatment modes are mainly divided into two types: an insulating cover is additionally arranged on a copper bar of the wire outlet terminal; and (4) wrapping and sealing the exposed part of the copper bar of the outgoing line terminal by using an insulating tape.

Both of the above two processing methods have certain disadvantages. The transformer is easily affected by bad weather, small animals and the like at the 10kV side in the operation process to cause short circuit of two-phase or three-phase outlets of the transformer, and great threat is formed to safe and stable operation of the transformer and even the whole power grid. Although the second treatment mode ensures the sealing property and the insulating strength, the second treatment mode belongs to one-time application, the installation and the disassembly are very complicated, the manpower and the material resources are consumed, and the working efficiency is influenced. Therefore, a device which is convenient and quick to assemble and disassemble and can well ensure insulativity and airtightness is very needed to meet the requirements of operation and maintenance tests of the 10kV side sleeve of the transformer.

Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the bushing insulation device on the 10kV side of the transformer, which is convenient to assemble and disassemble and has good insulation performance and sealing performance, so that the influence of external factors on the 10kV side of the transformer in operation can be safely and reliably ensured, and meanwhile, the overhaul test efficiency is effectively improved.
