本实用新型是一种让火焰沿着螺旋旋转而且保温的锅。
目前我们使用的各种锅与灶配合做饭中，灶中的火焰出灶口就直奔烟筒而去，能源放出的热量不能充分利用，锅内吸收的热量四外分散达不到理想的效果。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种螺旋保温锅它不仅节约能源而且提高做饭速度。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，在已有锅的基础上设置了保温层，螺旋保温锅底面的螺旋板与螺旋灶上面的螺旋线配合，或者是与非螺旋灶接合，火焰沿整个锅底旋转，使锅有很多的机会吸收能源 放出的热量，锅内吸收的热量由锅保温层的作用，热量不四处分散，有规则的从气孔散出锅内容不了的水蒸汽达到够节约能原做饭速度快的目的。
由于采用上述方案可以节约能源提高做饭效率。此方案仅采用了螺旋板和保温层简单实用。

在图中所述的实施例中，锅底部螺旋板（1）两螺旋板相邻间呈现出螺旋槽（5） 火焰沿螺旋槽（5） 向外旋转加大受热面积，保温层（2）保温层（4） 阻止锅内吸收的热量不向外分散，锅内容不了的气体由气孔（3）有规则的散出。
