本实用新型涉及家庭、食堂等饮食领域,具体的说是一种用于做饭的饭锅。
目前社会普遍使用的饭锅品种较多,其共同缺点是,锅下的火有相当部分热量射向四周,造成损失。
本实用新型的目的是,设计一种能将锅下损失的热量反射向锅体的节能饭锅。
本实用新型的技术方案是,一种节能锅是由锅体、锅盖、聚热反射罩等构成,其特殊之处在于:锅体的外固有一圆筒状聚热反射罩,聚热反射罩的上部圆周开有多个气孔,锅盖有内外两层壁,两壁之间有一定的空隙。当在锅底下加热时,锅底下向四周射出的热量,被聚热反射罩挡住,经聚热反射罩反射到锅体侧壁上,被锅体吸收,起到节能作用。燃烧产生的度气可通过聚热反射罩上部的气孔排出,同时气孔能起到加快气体的对流作用,使热量向锅体聚拢,提高热利用率。本实用新型设计双层锅盖,可起保温作用。
由于采用上述方案,可实现一种热利用率高的节能饭锅。

在图中,1聚热反射罩,2锅体,3锅盖。
如图所示,锅体2的外围有一圆筒状聚热反射罩1,聚热反射罩1的上部圆周开有多个气孔5,锅盖3有内外两层壁、两壁之间有一定的空隙4。当在锅底下加热时,锅底下向四周射出的热量,被聚热反射罩1挡住,经聚热反射罩1反射到锅体2侧壁上,被锅体2吸收。起到节能作用,燃烧产生的度气可通过聚热反射罩1上部的气孔5排出,同时气孔5能起到加快气体的对流作用,使热量向锅体2聚拢,提高热利用率。
