The structural layout of the whole dehumidifier is introduced above, and the structure of the water tank 2 of the dehumidifier will be continuously introduced in the following. It should be noted that the dehumidification method of the dehumidifier to which the structure of the water tank 2 described later is applied is not limited to cooling dehumidification (for example, condensation of moisture in the air by the evaporator 5), but may be adsorption dehumidification (for example, adsorption of moisture in the air by a desiccant or a moisture adsorption film), compression dehumidification (for example, compression of air to liquefy and separate out moisture), and the like.
Referring to fig. 7 to 13, in an embodiment, the water tank 2 includes a tank main body 21, and a handle 22 rotatably connected to the tank main body 21; it can be understood that, through the handle 22, can be convenient for carry the transport with the water tank 2, improve user experience. However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, a hand-fastening groove or the like may be provided on the tank main body 21 to facilitate carrying and transporting the water tank 2.
Optionally, the handle 22 has a horizontal position and a vertical position. It is understood that the water tank 2 is in the standing state when being carried and carried. In the horizontal state, the lifting handle 22 and the upper end of the box main body 21 are separated to form a lifting gap 201; in the present embodiment, when the water tank 2 is mounted in the water tank mounting cavity, the lifting gap 201 is located on a side of the water tank 2 close to the mounting/dismounting opening 101, so that when the water tank 2 is full of water and needs to be taken out, a user can directly grip the lifting handle 22 from the lifting gap 201 (i.e. the lower side of the lifting handle 22), further pull the water tank 2 from the mounting/dismounting opening 101, and directly form a lifting state after being pulled out, so that the water tank 2 can be conveniently carried to a water pouring place at one time. It can be understood that to the water tank 2 that sets up the attacker groove, need through the attacker groove with 2 translations of water tank extremely outside the water tank installation cavity, hold up again the water tank 2 is in order to carry to the department of pouring water.
Alternatively, when the water tank 2 is installed in the water tank installation cavity, the tank main body 21 is partially exposed out of the mounting/dismounting opening 101, so that the overall volume of the water tank 2 can be increased without increasing the size of the cabinet 1.
Further optionally, the bottom of the casing 1 is provided with a plurality of movable wheels 4, wherein two movable wheels 4 are located at the bottom of the water tank installation cavity, the two movable wheels 4 are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the assembling and disassembling port 101, the lower cavity wall of the water tank installation cavity is provided with a local recess 104 (see fig. 5) located between the two movable wheels 4, and the lower end of the tank main body 21 is provided with a downward expansion protrusion 211 (see fig. 13) corresponding to the local recess 104, so that the overall volume of the water tank 2 can be further increased.
Optionally, when the water tank 2 is installed in the water tank installation cavity, the handle 22 is partially exposed outside the assembling and disassembling opening 101, so that when the water tank 2 is full and needs to be taken out, a user can also directly hold the handle 22 from the upper side of the handle 22, and further pull out the water tank 2 from the assembling and disassembling opening 101.
Furthermore, the lower edge of the assembling and disassembling opening 101 is provided with a positioning convex rib 105, the positioning convex rib 105 is used for positioning and limiting the lower end of the box main body 21 to slide out of the assembling and disassembling opening 101, the outer surface of the box side wall of the box main body 21 is provided with a convex buckle 212, and the coaming 15 is provided with an elastic buckle 151 corresponding to the convex buckle 212. During installation, the lower end of the box main body 21 is generally inserted into the assembling and disassembling port 101 obliquely until the outer edge of the lower end of the box main body 21 abuts against the inner side of the positioning convex rib 105, then the upper end of the box main body 21 is pushed into the assembling and disassembling port 101 until the elastic buckle 151 buckles the convex buckle 212, so that the water tank 2 can be fixed in the water tank installation cavity, and the assembly is rapid; when the water tank is disassembled, the upper end and the lower end of the water tank 2 can be sequentially separated from the water tank installation cavity only by holding the handle 22 and pulling the water tank 2 outwards from the assembling and disassembling port 101, and the disassembly is rapid.
Without loss of generality, the tank main body 21 has an upward tank opening, and the water tank 2 further includes a tank cover 23 that covers the tank opening.
Optionally, two opposite sides of the box opening are respectively provided with an upward convex installation lug 213, and two ends of the handle 22 are respectively rotatably installed on one installation lug 213; it will be appreciated that the addition of the mounting lugs 213 facilitates the spacing between the handle 22 and the box opening in the horizontal position, i.e., facilitates the formation of the lifting gap 201.
Optionally, the cover 23 is provided with a protrusion at least at two opposite sides corresponding to the mounting lug 213 to cover the mounting lug 213, i.e. to cover the engagement structure between the handle 22 and the mounting lug 213 under the protrusion, it can be understood that the engagement structure between the handle 22 and the mounting lug 213 is usually a protrusion such as a hinge, which is easily exposed to hand pricking and breaking, and can affect the appearance of the water tank 2.
Alternatively, the cover 23 is provided with a raised portion 231 spanning opposite sides, and both ends of the raised portion 231 are covered with one of the mounting lugs 213, so that the overall strength of the cover 23 can be improved by the raised portion 231. Of course, the box cover 23 may also be provided with other reinforcing structures such as reinforcing ribs.
Optionally, the water tank 2 is further provided with a limiting structure corresponding to the handle 22, and in the horizontal state, the limiting structure abuts against the lower side of the handle 22, so that the lifting gap 201 is formed between the handle 22 and the tank opening. In this embodiment, the stable formation of the lifting gap 201 can be ensured by adding the limit structure. However, in other embodiments, the design is not limited to this, and instead of providing a limiting structure for abutting against the lower side of the handle 22, a damping structure may be directly provided on the fitting structure between the handle 22 and the mounting lug 213, so that the damping structure limits the self-rotation of the handle 22 relative to the mounting lug 213, and thus the lifting gap 201 may also be formed.
Alternatively, the stopper structure may include a stopper rib 231a extending from the protruding portion 231 toward the side of the mounting lug 213, and the stopper rib 231a may abut against the lower side of the handle 22 in the horizontal state.
However, the design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the limiting structure may further include an abutting rib extending from the mounting lug 213 toward the lateral direction, and in the horizontal state, the abutting rib abuts against the lower side of the handle 22.
As mentioned above, during disassembly, the upper end and the lower end of the water tank 2 can be sequentially separated from the water tank installation cavity only by holding the handle 22 and pulling the water tank 2 out of the disassembly and assembly opening 101; it will be appreciated that during this removal process, the upper end of the water tank 2 is first rotated out of the attachment/detachment port 101 due to the positioning of the lower end of the water tank 2 by the positioning rib 105. Optionally, the extending direction of the protruding portion 231 is parallel to the plane where the assembling and disassembling port 101 is located, the upper end of the protruding portion 231 has an inner corner portion far away from the assembling and disassembling port 101, the inner corner portion is in an upward convex arc shape, and the upper cavity wall of the water tank installation cavity is in an upward concave arc shape corresponding to the inner corner portion; thus, the rotary type of the upper end of the water tank 2 can be smoothly released in the process of pulling and disassembling the water tank 2 through the handle 22.
Further, the lower surface of the case cover 23 is provided with a water splash prevention protrusion 232 near the edge of the case cover 23. It can be understood that the water tank 2 is inevitably shaken during the transportation of the water tank 2, particularly during the taking out of the water tank 2, and thus the dehumidification water in the tank main body 21 is sloshed and splashed. In this embodiment, the anti-splash convex part 232 is additionally provided, so that the probability that the sloshing and splashing dehumidification water splashes to the edge of the box cover 23 can be reduced, the probability that the sloshing and splashing dehumidification water splashes from the edge of the box cover 23 can be reduced, and user experience can be improved.
Optionally, the splash-proof protrusion 232 is at least disposed on a side of the lower surface of the case cover 23 away from the mounting/dismounting opening 101. With the arrangement direction of the bottom of the water tank installation cavity and the assembling and disassembling port 101 as a first direction, in the process of taking out the water tank 2, the dehumidification water in the tank main body 21 is easy to shake back and forth along the first direction, so that the shaking height of the dehumidification water is the highest on the tank wall of the tank main body 21 close to the assembling and disassembling port 101 and the tank wall far away from the assembling and disassembling port 101, and the dehumidification water is easy to shake and splash from the edge of the tank cover 23 close to the assembling and disassembling port 101 and the edge far away from the assembling and disassembling port 101; it can be understood that the edge of the cover 23 close to the opening 101 is taken out of the tank installation cavity in advance, and the edge does not fall into the tank installation cavity even if the dehumidified water is splashed out. In this embodiment, through be equipped with splashproof water convex part 232 in the one side of case lid 23 lower surface far away from dress tear-off mouth 101, can reduce dehumidification water from this side be close to the probability at case lid 23 edge to can reduce dehumidification water and rock the probability of spill from this side, and then reduce dehumidification water spill and fall into the probability in the water tank installation cavity, improve user experience.
The water receiving tray is arranged above the water tank installation cavity, so that the dehumidification water is collected and received through the water receiving tray; the water receiving tray is provided with a drain hole, the upper surface of the box cover 23 is provided with a water chute 233 corresponding to the drain hole, the water chute 233 is provided with a water outlet 233a, and thus, dehumidification water collected and received by the water receiving tray can flow into the box main body 21 through the drain hole, the water chute 233 and the water outlet 233a in sequence.
Optionally, the water chute 233 is disposed on the anti-splash protrusion 232, so that the thickness of the anti-splash protrusion 232 can be used to ensure that the water chute 233 has a sufficient depth, so as to reduce the probability that the dehumidified water falling into the water chute 233 from the drain hole splashes out of the water chute 233, thereby improving user experience.
Optionally, the tank main body 21 has a first tank sidewall, one end of the water guiding groove 233 extends toward the first tank sidewall, the water outlet 233a is disposed at one end of the water guiding groove 233 close to the first tank sidewall, and a water blocking rib 234 extending downward is disposed at an edge of the water outlet 233a away from the first tank sidewall. In this embodiment, the water blocking rib 234 is added to prevent the possibility of sloshing and splashing of the wet water from the water outlet 233 a.
