The invention provides a dehumidifier.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, in an embodiment of the present invention, the dehumidifier includes:
a cabinet 1 including a front panel 11, a back panel 12, and a first side panel 13 connecting the front panel 11 and the back panel 12;
a water tank 2 disposed adjacent to the first side plate 13;
a compressor 3 provided on a side of the water tank 2 remote from the first side plate 13; and
the electric control box 4 is arranged on one side of the water tank 2 away from the first side plate 13, and the arrangement direction of the electric control box 4 and the compressor 3 is parallel to the front-back direction.
In this embodiment, the first side plate 13 may be a left side plate or a right side plate.
According to the technical scheme, the compressor 3 and the electric control box 4 are arranged on one side of the water tank 2 side by side, so that the structure of the dehumidifier is more compact, the dehumidifier is thinner, the wall-leaning placement of the dehumidifier is facilitated, the dehumidifier can be placed in a narrow room, and the use experience of a user is improved.
Further, the casing 1 is provided with a mounting and dismounting port 101, and the water tank 2 is mounted on the casing 1 through the mounting and dismounting port 101; in this way, when the water tank 2 is full and the water needs to be poured, the water tank 2 can be conveniently taken out directly from the mounting/dismounting port 101.
Alternatively, the detachable opening 101 is disposed below the first side plate 13. However, the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the detachable opening 101 may be opened on the front panel 11 or the back panel 12; of course, when the mounting/dismounting port 101 is arranged below the first side plate 13, the dehumidifier does not need to be moved outwards relative to the wall body, the water tank 2 can be conveniently taken out, the influence on the appearance of the front panel 11 serving as a main appearance surface can be avoided, and the competitiveness of products is improved.
Further, a first partition 14 and two enclosing plates 15 are arranged in the casing 1, the first partition 14 is located between the water tank 2 and the compressor 3 and between the first partition 14 and the electric control box 4, the two enclosing plates 15 extend from two opposite sides of the first partition 14 towards the mounting and dismounting opening 101 respectively, the first partition 14 and the two enclosing plates 15 jointly enclose to form a water tank mounting cavity, and the water tank 2 is mounted in the water tank mounting cavity. In this embodiment, by adding the first partition 14 and the two coamings 15, on one hand, after the water tank 2 is taken out, the compressor 3 and the electric control box 4 are not visible and touch from the mounting and dismounting port 101, so that the safety performance of the product is improved; on the other hand, even if the water tank 2 has water leakage or water splashing phenomenon, the leaked or splashed water can be prevented from acting on the compressor 3 and/or the electric control box 4, so that the safety performance of the product is further improved.
Further, a second partition 16 extending from the first partition 14 toward a side away from the water tank installation cavity is further provided in the casing 1, so that an electric control installation cavity and a press installation cavity are partitioned by the second partition 16, the electric control box 4 is installed in the electric control installation cavity, and the compressor 3 is installed in the press installation cavity. In this embodiment, by adding the second partition plate 16, on one hand, the influence of the heat generated by the compressor 3 on the electric control box 4 can be reduced, so as to improve the reliability of the product; on the other hand, the compressor 3 can be protected from touching the electric control box 4, so that the safety performance of the product is improved.
Optionally, the electronic control box 4 is mounted on the second partition board 16, that is, the second partition board 16 provides mounting attachment for the electronic control box 4, so that the product structure is more compact. However, the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, an electric control mounting bracket may be additionally provided in the electric control mounting cavity to mount the electric control box 4.
Optionally, the second partition 16 and the two enclosing plates 15 are integrally formed with the first partition 14, so that installation procedures between the plates can be saved, the preparation efficiency of the product is improved, the process of integrally forming is also beneficial to batch preparation of the product, and in addition, the integrally formed structure generally has better structural stability. Without loss of generality, the second partition plate 16 and the two coamings 15 are integrally molded with the first partition plate 14 in an injection molding mode, and the insulating property of plastics is beneficial to ensuring the safety performance of products.
Optionally, the first partition 14, the second partition 16 and the two coamings 15 are provided with reinforcing ribs, so as to improve the structural strength of each plate and ensure the structural reliability of the product. Further alternatively, the ribs may have a variety of shapes, such as but not limited to striped, meshed, spider meshed, and the like.
Further, the electronic control box 4 is located at a side of the compressor 3 close to the front panel 11, that is, the electronic control mounting chamber is located at a front side of the press mounting chamber; thus, the operations such as detection and maintenance of the electronic control box 4 can be performed by detaching the front panel 11 from the other part of the casing 1 without moving the dehumidifier out of the wall.
Further, the water tank 2, the compressor 3 and the electric control box 4 are all arranged at the lower part of the casing 1, a dehumidification air duct, an air inlet 102 and an air outlet 103 which are communicated with the dehumidification air duct are arranged at the upper part of the casing 1, and the evaporator 5, the condenser and the fan 6 of the dehumidifier are all arranged in the dehumidification air duct. In this embodiment, the compressor 3 and the water tank 2, which usually have larger weight, are both disposed at the lower portion of the casing 1, so that the center of gravity of the product is disposed downward, which is beneficial to improving the placement stability of the product and reducing the probability of dumping the product.
Optionally, the air inlet 102 is disposed at an upper portion of the back plate 12; it can be appreciated that the width of the back plate 12 is wider, which is favorable for providing a larger air inlet 102 and increasing the air inlet amount, thereby improving the dehumidification efficiency, and simultaneously avoiding the influence on the appearance of the front panel 11 serving as the main appearance surface and improving the competitiveness of the product.
Optionally, the evaporator 5 and the condenser are stacked, and are both located on one side of the fan 6 near the back plate 12, that is, the evaporator 5 and the condenser are both parallel to the back plate 12, and the width of the back plate 12 is wider, which is favorable for setting larger evaporator 5 and condenser, and improving dehumidifying efficiency. In addition, when the air inlet 102 is disposed on the back plate 12, the evaporator 5 and the condenser are also disposed near the air inlet 102, which is beneficial to dehumidifying and tempering all the air flowing through the air inlet 102. The fan 6 is disposed close to the front panel 11, and thus, the operation such as detection and maintenance of the fan 6 can be performed by detaching the front panel 11 from the other part of the casing 1 without moving the dehumidifier outside the wall.
Optionally, the air outlet 103 is disposed at the top of the casing 1, so that the air outlet of the dehumidifier is higher, which is beneficial to better diffusing the dehumidified dry air in the room. Further optionally, the air outlet 103 is provided with a wind swinging assembly, so as to diffuse the dry air at different angles.
The whole structure layout of the dehumidifier is described above, and the structure of the water tank 2 of the dehumidifier will be described later. It should be noted that the dehumidification method of the dehumidifier to which the structure of the water tank 2 described later is applied is not limited to the cooling dehumidification (for example, condensation of moisture in the air by the evaporator 5), but may be adsorption dehumidification (for example, adsorption of moisture in the air by a desiccant or a moisture adsorption film or the like) or compression dehumidification (for example, compression of the air to liquefy and precipitate the moisture) or the like.
Referring to fig. 7 to 13, in one embodiment, the water tank 2 includes a tank body 21, and a handle 22 rotatably coupled to the tank body 21; it will be appreciated that the handle 22 may facilitate carrying the water tank 2, thereby improving the user experience. However, the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, a handle groove may be provided on the tank body 21 to facilitate carrying and transporting of the water tank 2.
Optionally, the handle 22 has a landscape state and a portrait state. It will be appreciated that the tank 2 is in the upright position when being carried. In the horizontal state, a lifting gap 201 is formed between the lifting handle 22 and the upper end of the box main body 21; in this embodiment, when the water tank 2 is mounted in the water tank mounting cavity, the lifting gap 201 is located on a side of the water tank 2 near the mounting/dismounting port 101, so that when the water tank 2 is full and needs to be taken out, a user can directly grip the handle 22 from the lifting gap 201 (i.e. the lower side of the handle 22), further pull the water tank 2 out of the mounting/dismounting port 101, and directly form a lifting state after pulling, so that the water tank 2 can be conveniently transported to the water pouring place at one time. It will be appreciated that for the water tank 2 provided with the clasp groove, the water tank 2 needs to be translated to the outside of the water tank installation cavity through the clasp groove, and then the water tank 2 is held up for carrying to the pouring position.
Alternatively, when the water tank 2 is mounted in the tank mounting chamber, the tank main body 21 is partially exposed to the outside of the mounting/dismounting port 101, so that the entire volume of the water tank 2 can be increased without increasing the housing 1.
Further alternatively, the bottom of the casing 1 is provided with a plurality of moving wheels 4, two moving wheels 4 are located at the bottom of the water tank installation cavity, the two moving wheels 4 are arranged at intervals along the width direction of the mounting/dismounting opening 101, the lower cavity wall of the water tank installation cavity is provided with a partial recess 104 (see fig. 5) located between the two moving wheels 4, and the lower end of the tank main body 21 is provided with a downward expansion protrusion 211 (see fig. 13) corresponding to the partial recess 104, so that the overall volume of the water tank 2 can be further increased.
Optionally, when the water tank 2 is installed in the water tank installation cavity, the handle 22 is partially exposed outside the mounting/dismounting opening 101, so that when the water tank 2 is full of water and needs to be taken out, a user can directly hold the handle 22 from the upper side of the handle 22, and further pull out the water tank 2 from the mounting/dismounting opening 101.
Further, a positioning rib 105 is provided at the lower edge of the mounting/dismounting opening 101, the positioning rib 105 is used for positioning and limiting the lower end of the box main body 21 to slide out of the mounting/dismounting opening 101, a protruding buckle 212 is provided on the outer surface of the box side wall of the box main body 21, and an elastic buckle 151 is provided on the coaming 15 corresponding to the protruding buckle 212. During installation, the lower end of the tank main body 21 is generally inserted into the mounting and dismounting opening 101 until the outer edge of the lower end of the tank main body 21 abuts against the inner side of the positioning convex rib 105, and then the upper end of the tank main body 21 is pushed into the mounting and dismounting opening 101 until the elastic buckle 151 is buckled with the convex buckle 212, so that the water tank 2 can be fixed in the water tank mounting cavity, and the assembly is rapid; when the water tank is detached, the upper end and the lower end of the water tank 2 can be separated from the water tank mounting cavity in sequence only by holding the handle 22 and pulling the water tank 2 out of the mounting and dismounting opening 101, so that the detachment is rapid.
Without loss of generality, the tank body 21 has an upwardly facing tank opening, and the water tank 2 further includes a tank cover 23 covering the tank opening.
Optionally, two opposite sides of the box mouth are respectively provided with an upward protruding mounting lug 213, and two ends of the handle 22 are respectively rotatably mounted on one mounting lug 213; it will be appreciated that the addition of the mounting lugs 213 may facilitate the spacing between the handle 22 and the chest opening in the transverse position, i.e., to facilitate the formation of the pull gap 201.
Optionally, the cover 23 is provided with protrusions corresponding to the mounting lugs 213 at least on two opposite sides, so as to cover the mounting lugs 213, that is, the mating structure between the handle 22 and the mounting lugs 213 is covered under the protrusions, and it is understood that the mating structure between the handle 22 and the mounting lugs 213 usually involves protrusions such as a rotating shaft, which are exposed to the outside and are easy to be pricked, and are easy to be broken, and also affect the appearance of the water tank 2.
Optionally, the cover 23 is provided with a protrusion 231 crossing opposite sides, and both ends of the protrusion 231 are covered with one of the mounting lugs 213, so that the overall strength of the cover 23 can be further enhanced by the protrusion 231. Of course, other reinforcing structures such as reinforcing ribs may be provided on the cover 23.
Optionally, the water tank 2 is further provided with a limiting structure corresponding to the handle 22, and in the horizontal state, the limiting structure abuts against the lower side of the handle 22, so that the lifting gap 201 is spaced between the handle 22 and the tank opening. In this embodiment, by adding the limiting structure, stable formation of the lifting gap 201 may be ensured. However, in other embodiments, the present design is not limited to the above, and the limiting structure for abutting the lower side of the handle 22 may be omitted, and the damping structure may be directly disposed on the matching structure between the handle 22 and the mounting lug 213, so as to limit the self-rotation of the handle 22 relative to the mounting lug 213 by the damping structure, so that the pull gap 201 may also be formed.
Optionally, the limiting structure includes a limiting rib 231a extending from the bulge 231 toward the side of the mounting lug 213, and in the horizontal state, the limiting rib 231a abuts against the underside of the handle 22.
However, the present design is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the limiting structure may further include an abutment rib extending laterally from the mounting lug 213, and in the horizontal state, the abutment rib abuts against the underside of the handle 22.
As described above, when the water tank 2 is detached, the upper end and the lower end of the water tank 2 can be separated from the water tank installation cavity in sequence by only holding the handle 22 and pulling the water tank 2 to the outside of the detachable opening 101; it will be appreciated that during this disassembly process, the upper end of the water tank 2 is rotated out of the disassembly opening 101 due to the positioning effect of the positioning ribs 105 on the lower end of the water tank 2. Optionally, the extending direction of the bulge 231 is parallel to the plane where the mounting/dismounting port 101 is located, an inner corner portion far away from the mounting/dismounting port 101 is provided at the upper end of the bulge 231, the inner corner portion is arranged in an upward convex arc shape, and an upper cavity wall of the water tank mounting cavity is arranged in an upward concave arc shape corresponding to the inner corner portion; in this way, the rotary removal of the upper end of the water tank 2 is smoother in the process of pulling and disassembling the water tank 2 through the handle 22.
