The invention provides an air conditioner wall-mounted unit, which can avoid interference between a drain pipe of a water receiving tank and a water collecting box in the process of dismounting the water receiving tank.
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, the wall hanging device for air conditioner of the present invention includes:
a housing 100 having a receiving chamber for installing the heat exchanger 300 and the air duct assembly 400 of the wall-mounted air conditioner;
a water receiving tank 500 detachably mounted to the case 100 and disposed below the heat exchanger 300;
a water collecting box 600 provided below the water receiving tank 500;
a drain pipe 510 communicated with the water receiving tank 500, the drain pipe 510 extending into the water collecting box 600;
and a motor 700 installed in the housing 100, the motor 700 being connected to the sump case 600 to drive the sump case 600 to rotate in the front-rear direction.
Specifically, the casing 100 includes a top casing 110, a back frame 120 and a front casing (not shown), the back frame 120 and the top casing 110 enclose to form the accommodating cavity, the accommodating cavity has a downward opening, and the front casing and the back frame 120 are detachably connected and cover the opening of the accommodating cavity; the heat exchanger 300 is installed in the accommodating cavity, an installation area for installing the air duct assembly 400 is preset between the heat exchanger 300 and the back frame 120, the air duct assembly 400 includes a volute structure 410 and a wind wheel 420 installed on the volute structure 410, and the water receiving tank 500 is detachably installed on the volute structure 410 and located below the heat exchanger 300. When the water receiving tank 500 is disassembled and assembled, the accommodating cavity is exposed after the face shell is disassembled, and then the water receiving tank 500 is moved out from the downward opening of the accommodating cavity.
According to the wall-mounted air conditioner, the water collecting box 600 is connected with the motor 700, when the water receiving tank 500 needs to be disassembled and assembled, the motor 700 is used for driving the water collecting box 600 to rotate forwards or backwards, so that the water collecting box 600 gives way for the movement of the drain pipe 510, and the water collecting box 600 is prevented from interfering with the drain pipe 510 of the water receiving tank 500 in the disassembling and assembling process. When the water receiving tank 500 is disassembled, firstly, the motor 700 is utilized to drive the water collecting box 600 to rotate forwards, so that the water collecting box 600 is gradually separated from the drain pipe 510 of the water receiving tank 500, and the water receiving tank 500 is moved out from the lower part of the heat exchanger 300 until the water collecting box 600 rotates to the rear part of the drain pipe 510, so that the water collecting box 600 is prevented from interfering with the drain pipe 510 of the water receiving tank 500 in the disassembling process; when the water receiving tank 500 is installed, the motor 700 is used for driving the water collecting box 600 to rotate forwards to an angle at which the drain pipe 510 of the water receiving tank 500 is easy to put in, then the drain pipe 510 of the water receiving tank 500 obliquely extends into the water collecting box 600, the water receiving tank 500 is installed into the accommodating cavity according to a preset angle, and finally the motor 700 is used for driving the water collecting box 600 to rotate backwards until the water collecting box 600 rotates to a water receiving position, so that the drain pipe 510 smoothly extends into the water collecting box 600, and therefore the water collecting box 600 is prevented from interfering with the drain pipe 510 of the water receiving tank 500 in the installation process.
Similarly, if the volute structure 410 of the air duct assembly 400 needs to be maintained or cleaned, since the accommodating cavity in the housing 100 is narrow, the difficulty in separately disassembling and assembling the volute structure 410 is high, and most preferably, the water collection tank 500 and the air duct assembly 400 are integrally disassembled and assembled, and the disassembling and assembling manner can refer to the disassembling and assembling manner of the water collection tank 500, that is, during disassembling, the motor 700 is firstly used to drive the water collection tank 600 to rotate forwards, so that the water collection tank 600 and the drain pipe 510 of the water collection tank 500 are gradually separated, until the water collection tank 600 rotates to the rear of the drain pipe 510, the water collection tank 500 and the air duct assembly 400 are integrally moved out from the accommodating cavity, and finally the volute structure 410 is separately disassembled to be maintained or cleaned; when the water collecting tank 500 is installed on the volute structure 410 of the air duct assembly 400 to be combined into a whole, the motor 700 is used for driving the water collecting box 600 to rotate forwards to an angle at which the drain pipe 510 of the water collecting tank 500 is easy to put in, then the drain pipe 510 of the water collecting tank 500 obliquely extends into the water collecting box 600, then the water collecting tank 500 and the air duct assembly 400 are integrally installed into the accommodating cavity according to a preset angle, and finally the motor 700 is used for driving the water collecting box 600 to rotate backwards until the water collecting box 600 rotates to a water collecting position, so that the drain pipe 510 smoothly extends into the water collecting box 600, as shown in fig. 6 and 7.
Referring to fig. 8 to 11, in the embodiment, an outer wall surface of the water collecting box 600 is connected to a horizontally extending rotating shaft 610, and an end surface of the rotating shaft 610 is provided with a shaft hole; the motor 700 has a driving shaft 710, and the driving shaft 710 is inserted into the shaft hole. When the motor 700 is operated, the driving shaft 710 rotates and drives the rotation shaft 610 of the water collecting box 600 to rotate, thereby driving the water collecting box 600 to rotate.
Obviously, the connection structure between the motor 700 and the sump case 600 is not limited to the above-mentioned one, and for example, the connection structure between the motor 700 and the sump case 600 may be: the water collecting box 600 is provided with a shaft hole, the driving shaft 710 of the motor 700 is directly inserted into the shaft hole, and the water collecting box 600 and the motor 700 share the same shaft through the arrangement, so that the arrangement mode is simpler.
Further, considering that if the rotating shaft 610 of the water collecting box 600 is disposed adjacent to the bottom wall of the water collecting box 600, the rotating inertia thereof is large, and the damage problem such as the breakage of the rotating shaft 610 is easily caused when the water collecting box 600 rotates for a long time, in this embodiment, the rotating shaft 610 of the water collecting box 600 is disposed adjacent to the opening of the water collecting box 600, so that the rotating inertia of the rotating shaft 610 of the water collecting box 600 is small, and the damage problem such as the breakage of the rotating shaft 610 when the rotating shaft 610 rotates for a long time can be avoided.
Further, in order to prevent the front and rear side walls of the water collecting box 600 from interfering with the drain pipe 510 when the water collecting box 600 is rotated forward to avoid the drain pipe 510 of the water collecting tank 500, the water collecting box 600 is provided in a rectangular shape, and the length direction of the water collecting box 600 is in the front and rear direction.
Specifically, the water collecting box 600 has a front side wall and a rear side wall respectively located in the front-rear direction, when the water collecting box 600 rotates forward to avoid the drain pipe 510 of the water receiving tank 500, the front side wall of the water collecting box 600 moves downward relatively to be close to the lower end of the drain pipe 510, and the rear side wall of the water collecting box 600 moves upward relatively to be close to the upper end of the drain pipe 510, if the distance between the front side wall and the rear side wall of the water collecting box 600 is small, so that the relative movement space of the drain pipe 510 of the water receiving tank 500 in the front-rear direction in the water collecting box 600 is large, and the angle through which the water collecting box 600 can rotate is small, when the water collecting box 600 rotates, both the front side wall and the rear side wall of the water collecting box 600 easily interfere with the water collecting box 600, and the drain pipe 510 is difficult to move out of the water collecting box 600, therefore, in this embodiment, the water collecting box 600 is provided in a rectangular shape, and the length direction of the water collecting box 600 is in the front-rear direction, so that the distance between the front side wall and the rear side wall of the water collecting box 600 is large, the drain pipe 510 of the water receiving tank 500 has a large relative movement space in the water collecting box 600 along the front-back direction, and the water collecting box 600 can rotate at a large angle, so that the drain pipe 510 is not easily interfered with the front side wall or the rear side wall of the water collecting box 600 in the rotation process of the water collecting box 600, and the water receiving tank 500 can be smoothly moved out.
Of course, the water collecting box 600 may be disposed in a square shape, and the space occupied by the water collecting box 600 in the width direction is relatively increased.
Further, the drain pipe 510 is disposed adjacent to or abutting the front sidewall of the sump case 600, thus making the interval between the drain pipe 510 and the rear sidewall of the sump case 600 larger. When the water collecting box 600 is rotated forward to avoid the drain pipe 510 of the water receiving tank 500, the front side wall of the water collecting box 600 moves relatively downward to be close to or attached to the lower end of the drain pipe 510, and the rear side wall of the water collecting box 600 moves relatively upward to be close to the upper end of the drain pipe 510, but because the distance between the drain pipe 510 and the rear side wall of the water collecting box 600 is large, the rear side wall of the water collecting box 600 is not easy to interfere with the upper end of the drain pipe 510, so that the angle that the water collecting box 600 can rotate is large, the space that the water collecting box 600 avoids the water receiving tank 500 is large, and the drain pipe 510 can be smoothly moved out of the water collecting box 600.
The installation manner of the motor 700 in the casing 100 is not limited, and in another preferred embodiment of the wall-mounted air conditioner of the present invention, the casing 100 is provided with an installation groove 210, and the motor 700 is limitedly installed in the installation groove 210.
Specifically, the mounting brackets 200 are disposed on both sides of the back frame 120 in the long side direction, the mounting brackets 200 are provided with guide sliding grooves (not shown), the guide sliding grooves are provided with guide notches, and the two ends of the air duct assembly 400 are convexly provided with sliding blocks, which are mounted in the guide sliding grooves and can slide along the guide sliding grooves; the limiting plate is arranged on the mounting bracket 200 adjacent to the water discharge pipe 510 in an upwards protruding mode, the limiting plate comprises a horizontal side plate extending horizontally and an upright side plate extending upwards, the limiting plate and the wall surface of the mounting bracket 200 are enclosed to form a mounting groove 210, the motor 700 is installed in the mounting groove 210 in a limiting mode, and the fixing mode can be screw fixing or limiting and fixing of a limiting clamping hook piece and the like.
Further, to enhance the stability of the connection between the motor 700 and the water collecting box 600, the mounting groove 210 has a groove wall far away from the air duct assembly 400, the groove wall is opened with a mounting hole 211, and the rotating shaft 610 of the water collecting box 600 is rotatably received in the mounting hole 211.
Specifically, the right groove wall of the mounting groove 210 is farther from the duct assembly 400, and the vertical side plate of the limiting plate forms the right groove wall of the mounting groove 210, on which the mounting hole 211 is provided. When the motor 700 drives the water collection box 600 to rotate through the driving shaft 710, the rotating shaft 610 of the water collection box 600 rotates in the mounting hole 211, so that on one hand, the movement of the motor 700 is limited, and the stability of the motor 700 in the mounting groove 210 is improved; on the other hand, when the motor 700 vibrates during operation, the separation of the driving shaft 710 of the motor 700 from the rotation shaft 610 of the sump case 600 due to the vibration can be prevented, thereby enhancing the stability of the connection of the motor 700 and the sump case 600.
Further, in order to prevent the water collecting box 600 from being removed from the mounting hole 211, in the present embodiment, an annular rib 611 extending in the circumferential direction is protruded from the circumferential wall of the rotation shaft 610 of the water collecting box 600, and the annular rib 611 abuts against the circumferential edge of the mounting hole 211, thereby restricting the water collecting box 600 from being removed from the mounting hole 211.
In order to facilitate the installation of the rotating shaft 610 into the installation hole 211, the annular rib 611 should have elasticity, when the rotating shaft 610 is installed into the installation hole 211, the annular rib 611 passes through the installation hole 211 by using the elastic deformation of the annular rib 611, and after the annular rib 611 passes through the installation hole 211, the annular rib 611 loses the external force and recovers the deformation, and abuts against the periphery of the installation hole 211, so as to limit the rotating shaft 610 from falling off from the installation hole 211.
Further, in order to improve the stability of the motor 700 in the mounting groove 210, a screw hole is formed in a groove wall of the mounting groove 210, a lug 720 is formed on the periphery of the motor 700, a through hole corresponding to the screw hole is formed in the lug 720, and the through hole is connected with the screw hole through a screw connector, so that the motor 700 is connected with the groove wall of the mounting groove 210, and the stability of the motor 700 mounted in the mounting groove 210 is improved.
Specifically, the right groove wall of the mounting groove 210 is convexly provided with two reinforcing bosses 212, the reinforcing bosses 212 are provided with screw holes, the motor 700 is provided with two lugs 720 respectively opposite to the two reinforcing bosses 212, each lug 720 is provided with a through hole, and the through holes on the two lugs 720 are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the screw holes on the two reinforcing bosses 212 and are connected through screw connectors. The arrangement of the reinforcing boss 212 can increase the depth of the screw hole, so that the screw hole is connected with the through hole through a screw connector, the firmness of screw connection is improved, and the circumferential strength of the screw hole is enhanced, so that the bearing capacity of the outer groove wall is improved. Of course, the screw hole may also be directly formed on the right wall of the mounting groove 210, but the right wall of the mounting groove 210 has a smaller thickness, so that the strength of the screw hole may not be sufficient to bear the acting force generated by the motor 700 during operation.
In the present embodiment, the motor 700 is electrically connected to a button 800 for controlling the on/off of the motor 700. The position where the button 800 is disposed is not particularly limited so as to be optimum for the user's operation.
Since the receiving cavity of the housing 100 is narrow and inconvenient to operate, it is preferable that the button 800 is disposed on a side wall surface of the housing 100, and particularly, the button 800 is disposed on a right side wall of the back frame 120, so as to be convenient for a user to view or operate.
The invention further provides an air conditioner, which comprises the wall-mounted air conditioner, the specific structure of the wall-mounted air conditioner refers to the above embodiments, and the air conditioner adopts all the technical schemes of all the embodiments, so that all the beneficial effects brought by the technical schemes of the above embodiments are also achieved, and the detailed description is omitted.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and not intended to limit the scope of the claims, and all modifications of equivalent structures and equivalent processes that can be directly or indirectly applied to other related technical fields using the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings are included in the scope of the present invention.
