发动机压缩装置的结构对其输出工率有着重要的影响,一般发动机的压缩装置,其气缸为固定的,由曲轴带动活塞作往复运动,从而输出功率。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种发动机压缩装置,该装置采用的气缸为运动的,非常有利于提高发动机的输出功率。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:在发动机壳体内设置摇摆气缸,在摇摆气缸外壁上设有限位杆插孔,在摇摆气缸上设有半摇摆轴,从而可使气缸绕半摇摆转动,与曲轴相连的限位杆由限位杆插孔中穿过,曲轴通过连杆带动活塞往复运动。

如图所示,在发动机壳体1内设置摇摆气缸2,在摇摆气缸2外壁上设有限位杆插孔3,在摇摆气缸上设有半摇摆轴4,从而可使气缸2绕半摇摆4转动,与曲轴相连的限位杆5由限位杆插孔3中穿过,曲轴通过连杆带动活塞往复运动。
由于本实用新型采用了上述技术方案,从而可实现气缸摆动状态下的往复压缩,使压缩状态更为科学,有利于提高输出功率。
本实用新型适于汽油发动机及柴油发动机使用。
