The use of the embodiment comprises the following steps:

(2) assembling an envelope: after the PVC pipe is heightened and leveled by the heightening device 10, the PVC pipe is continuously clamped and conveyed to the envelope assembling mechanism 2 by the conveying clamp 82 of the conveying mechanism 8, the envelope clamping module 23 acts to clamp the PVC pipe, the envelope 100 is conveyed to the lower part of the envelope clamping module 23 through the envelope vibrating disk 211 and the envelope conveying rail 212, the envelope clamping jaw 224 slides downwards to clamp the envelope 100, after a certain distance is raised, the envelope 100 slides to the upper part of the PVC pipe along the envelope horizontal slide rail 222, the envelope clamping jaw 224 slides downwards to sleeve the end part of the PVC pipe, and then the conveying clamp 82 of the conveying mechanism 8 continuously clamps the PVC pipe and conveys the PVC pipe to the next process;
(3) assembling a horn mouth: when the PVC pipe moves to the bell mouth assembly mechanism 3 through the carrying clamp 82 of the carrying mechanism 8, the two bell mouth assembly clamps are oppositely arranged to clamp two ends of the PVC pipe, the carrying clamp 82 loosens the PVC pipe, the lifting frame driving cylinder 334 drives the bell mouth conveying lifting frame 332 to ascend to the position where the bell mouth placing disc 335 is flush with the bell mouth conveying sliding track 333, the placing disc push-pull cylinder 336 pulls the bell mouth placing disc 335 to the lower part of the bell mouth installation robot 31, the bell mouth clamping jaw 3152 descends to grab the bell mouth 300, then the bell mouth clamping jaw 3152 ascends, the rotary connecting rod 313 rotates, the lifting machine head 314 rotates to the upper part of the PVC pipe, the bell mouth clamping jaw 3152 descends to install the bell mouth 300 on the PVC pipe,
a plurality of bell mouths 300 are arranged on one bell mouth placing disc 335, when the bell mouths 300 on the bell mouth placing disc 335 are used up, the placing disc push-pull air cylinder 336 pushes the bell mouth placing disc 335 back to the bell mouth conveying lifting frame 332, the lifting frame driving air cylinder 334 drives the bell mouth conveying lifting frame 332 to ascend for one grid, and the placing disc push-pull air cylinder 336 pulls the next bell mouth placing disc 335 again;
(4) assembling an inner core: when the carrying mechanism 8 transports the PVC pipe to the core assembling mechanism 4, the core clamping module 43 acts to clamp the PVC pipe, the core 200 is transported to the transfer groove 443 of the transfer assembly 44 through the core vibration disc 411 and the core transport rail 412, the core 200 is ejected by the ejection cylinder 444, the core clamping jaws 424 slide downward, the clamping pieces 425 enter the interior of the core 200, after a certain distance is spread, the core 200 is taken by the clamping pieces 425 in a spreading manner, after the core clamping jaws 424 rise for a certain distance, the core clamping jaws 424 slide along the core horizontal slide rails 422 to the upper side of the PVC pipe, the core clamping jaws 424 slide downward to mount the core 200 to the end of the PVC pipe, and then the carrying clamp 82 of the carrying mechanism 8 continues to clamp the PVC pipe and transport to the next process;
(5) internal expansion: when the PVC pipe is conveyed to the internal expanding mechanism 5 through the conveying clamp 82 of the conveying mechanism 8, the internal expanding clamping module 52 clamps the PVC pipe, the internal expanding pressing rod 515 is driven by the internal expanding pressing cylinder 514 to be pressed down to enter the end part of the PVC pipe, the eccentric rotating cylinder 513 drives the internal expanding pressing rod 515 to rotate, the internal expanding boss 516 internally expands the internal opening of the end part of the PVC pipe and enables the inner core, the envelope and the bell mouth to be tightly installed, and then the conveying clamp 82 of the conveying mechanism 8 continues to clamp and convey the PVC pipe to the next process;
(6) testing gas: after the PVC pipe is fixed in height by the height fixing mechanism 20, the PVC pipe is grabbed by the gas test grabbing module 61 and conveyed to the lower part of the inflation module 62, the PVC pipe is fixed by the inflation clamping device, the inflation pressing cylinder 626 presses downwards, the inflation head 622 is connected with an external air pipe to inflate the PVC pipe, the air pressure induction head 623 at the other end of the PVC pipe induces the change of air pressure, so that the air tightness of the assembled PVC pipe is detected, and the PVC pipe qualified in gas test is conveyed to the next procedure;
(7) discharging: when the PVC pipe is conveyed to the starting end of the X-direction sliding rail 71 by the gas testing mechanism 6, the discharging clamp 73 grips the PVC pipe and then slides to the other end, and then the discharging clamp 73 slides out along the Y-direction sliding rail 72.

the conveying mechanism is used for conveying the PVC pipes from the feeding mechanism to the starting end of the conveying mechanism sequentially through the envelope assembling mechanism, the horn mouth assembling mechanism, the inner core assembling mechanism, the inner expanding mechanism, the gas testing mechanism and the discharging mechanism; the envelope assembling mechanism, the horn mouth assembling mechanism and the inner core assembling mechanism are respectively used for assembling the envelope, the horn mouth and the inner core on the PVC pipe, the internal expanding mechanism is used for pressing down the end part of the internal expanding PVC pipe, and the gas testing mechanism is used for testing gas of the PVC pipe.

The self-assembly device for the PVC pipes according to claim 1, wherein the bell mouth assembly mechanism comprises a bell mouth installation robot, a bell mouth clamping module and a bell mouth conveying module, the bell mouth clamping module comprises two oppositely arranged bell mouth assembly clamps, and the two bell mouth assembly clamps are respectively positioned at two sides of the carrying mechanism;
the horn mouth conveying module comprises a horn mouth conveying support frame, a horn mouth conveying lifting frame, a horn mouth conveying sliding track and a lifting frame driving cylinder, wherein the horn mouth conveying lifting frame is provided with a plurality of horn mouths for placing a plate, the horn mouth conveying sliding track is fixed on the horn mouth conveying support frame, the horn mouth conveying lifting frame and the horn mouth conveying sliding track are connected and arranged, an output shaft of the lifting frame driving cylinder is connected with the bottom of the horn mouth conveying lifting frame, the horn mouth conveying support frame is fixed with a placing plate push-pull cylinder, a placing plate pulling clamping jaw is fixed on the output shaft of the placing plate push-pull cylinder, the placing plate pulling clamping jaw is used for clamping the horn mouth placing plate, and the horn mouth mounting robot is used for mounting horn mouth clamping on a PVC pipe on the horn mouth conveying module.

The self-assembly device for the PVC pipes according to claim 2, wherein a pulling block is fixed on one side of the bell mouth placing plate close to the bell mouth conveying sliding rail in a protruding mode, two ends of the pulling block are of a sharp-angled structure, and the placing plate pulling clamping jaw is provided with a groove corresponding to the shape of the sharp-angled structure.

the horn mouth clamping assembly comprises a clamping connecting rod and two horn mouth clamping jaws, the middle of the clamping connecting rod is fixed to an output shaft of the lifting machine head, the two horn mouth clamping jaws are fixed to two ends of the lower surface of the clamping connecting rod respectively, an extension rod is fixed to the middle of the horn mouth clamping jaws, the diameter of the extension rod is smaller than the diameter of a PVC pipe, and the length of the extension rod is larger than the length of a horn mouth.

The self-assembly device of the PVC pipe according to claim 1, wherein the core assembly mechanism comprises a core conveying module, a core assembly module and a core clamping module, the core clamping module is used for clamping the PVC pipe, the core conveying module comprises a core vibration disc and a core conveying rail, the core conveying rail extends from the core vibration disc to the lower part of the core assembly module, a transfer component is arranged at a discharge port of the core conveying rail, the transfer component comprises a transfer slide rail, a horizontal slide block and an ejection cylinder, the horizontal slide block is positioned below the core assembly module, a transfer groove arranged towards an opening of the core conveying rail is arranged on the horizontal slide block, the ejection cylinder is positioned inside the transfer groove, and the core assembly module is used for transferring and mounting the core on the transfer component onto the PVC pipe.

The self-assembly device for PVC pipes according to claim 6, wherein the core clamping module comprises two core clamps arranged oppositely, the two core clamps are respectively arranged at two sides of the carrying slide rail, the core assembly module comprises a core clamping vertical frame, a core horizontal slide rail fixed on the core clamping vertical frame, a core vertical slide rail arranged on the core horizontal slide rail in a sliding manner, and a core clamping jaw arranged on the core vertical slide rail in a sliding manner, two clamping pieces arranged oppositely are fixed on the core clamping jaw, and the clamping pieces are used for extending into the inner part of the core and opening the core.
