Description

Door for a household appliance and household appliance
Technical Field
One aspect of the present invention relates to a door for a home appliance. The door has a front side. The front side is constituted by a front cover plate of the door. Furthermore, the door has lateral edges. The edge sides are formed by the wall cover plates of the door. The handle recess is delimited, as viewed in a plane spanned by the depth direction and the width direction of the door, by a front delimiting wall, a rear delimiting wall, as viewed in the depth direction, and by a recess bottom wall. A further aspect of the utility model relates to a household appliance having such a door.
Background
Such a configuration of the door is known, for example, from WO 2015199708 a 1. There, a structuring is formed on the outer side of the front limiting wall. The friction should thereby be increased and the user should obtain an improved handling, who grasps his fingers into the grip recess and contacts the front boundary wall. The user should thus be able to avoid slipping his fingers off the front boundary wall.
In the handle recess, which is configured on the edge side and which is configured integrally and thereby integrally with at least the edge side, in particular the edge side and the front side, the perceptibility of the handle recess is limited. Since the handle cutout is formed on the door in a laterally embedded manner and is also formed on the material in the one-piece design in the same manner as the remaining regions, the quick recognition by the user is also reduced.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The object of the utility model is to provide a door for a domestic appliance, wherein the handle recess, which is arranged in an attractive manner and is specifically configured by further components, can be better perceived.
This object is achieved by a door, a domestic appliance according to the preferred embodiment.
One aspect of the present invention relates to a door for a home appliance. The door has a front side. The front side is constituted by a front cover plate of the door. In addition, the door has a side, which is formed by a side cover plate. The edge sides are in particular surface strips. The side edges are oriented at an angle relative to the front side. The same is true for the orientation between the edge cover and the front cover. The edge strip is at least substantially determined for the thickness of the door measured in the depth direction.
The door also has a handle recess. The handle recess is configured in the edge cover. The handle recess is in particular formed completely in the edge panel. The handle recess is integrally formed in the edge side and thus also in the edge cover. This means that the handle recess is formed integrally with the edge cover. The handle groove is open toward the side as viewed in the width direction of the door. Viewed in a plane which is spanned by the depth direction and the width direction of the door, the handle recess is bounded by a bounding wall which is forward viewed in the depth direction, a bounding wall which is rearward viewed in the depth direction and is bounded by a recess bottom wall. In particular, the groove bottom wall connects the rear limiting wall and the front limiting wall. The handle recess has a color element on at least one wall bounding the handle recess. The handle recess is configured on the outside by the color element with a different color match than on the front side. In particular, the grip recess is thus also formed on the outside with a different color shade than the remaining region of the edge cover. This configuration thus makes it possible to visually display the handle recesses individually. The user can thus very quickly perceive visually, i.e. by means of the individual color coding, where the handle indentation is located. The user can thus identify the grip recess in a targeted manner and grip it.
The color element is thus configured outside the handle recess. This means that the color element is arranged at least partially outside the front limiting wall and/or at least partially outside the rear limiting wall and/or at least partially outside the groove bottom wall. The outer side faces the hollow region of the handle recess.
In one embodiment, the color element is a film. This configuration is very advantageous. Since the membrane is typically a very thin element. The volume of the handle recess is thus not greatly restricted by the color element. Furthermore, the film is a very flexible element, so that the flexible element can be easily adapted to the individual shaping of the handle recess and thus to the specific orientation of the wall bounding the handle recess. The film can also be arranged permanently mechanically stable on the bounding wall. The film may for example be an adhesive film.
In one embodiment, the color elements can however also be at least partially configured as printing sections. The advantages already described above for the film can be correspondingly achieved in this way.
In a further embodiment, the color element may be a painted portion. The aforementioned advantages are also achieved thereby. In one embodiment, the rear limiting wall and the recess bottom wall are completely and thereby completely covered with color elements. The handle recess can be recognized on one side already from the front and laterally with respect to the door, just when the door is viewed obliquely. In this case, it is particularly advantageous to already be able to identify the rear limiting wall. It is therefore particularly advantageous if at least the rear delimiting wall is at least partially provided with the colour element. The visual appearance of the visual display effect with respect to the handle recess is again improved by the forwardly adjoining recess bottom wall likewise being at least partially covered with color elements.
This is very advantageous when the door is in the closed state. In order to achieve a visual appearance of the handle recess which is as uniform and monochromatic as possible and thus a visual display impression also when the door is at least partially open or fully open, it is advantageous if all of the aforementioned delimiting walls are covered with color elements. Since the front delimiting wall can then also be recognized when the door is opened in this connection and the user looks all the way into the handle recess. The entire grip recess appears to be a uniform color scheme, even when additionally at least 70%, in particular at least 80%, in particular at least 90%, of the front delimiting wall is also covered by the color element.
A particularly stable and visually distinctive appearance of the handle recess is thereby also achieved.
In one embodiment, it is provided that the end edges or end edges of the color elements are arranged in the area of the front limiting wall. In this embodiment, this means that the end edge of the color element does not extend in particular completely up to the edge of the front limiting wall, which edge faces away from the recess base wall. This is a further advantageous embodiment, since the end or end edge of the color element is slightly offset inwardly into the grip recess. The abrupt color transition between the color element and the bounding wall of the handle recess and thus the component transition and thus the transition from the handle recess to the remaining surface of the edge flap are thus different. The two transitions are thus slightly offset from each other. It is also achieved thereby that the color transition is configured not very noticeably at the entrance of the handle recess and can be seen in this connection also unobtrusively. In particular, if the color element is embodied as a film or a print or a coating or a lacquer, for example, the material edge of the color element is not arranged sharply exactly on the entry to the handle recess, but rather is slightly offset inwardly into the handle recess.
This makes it possible to arrange the end region or the printed color transition in a region of the grip recess that is not visible directly from the front. This is advantageously achieved in particular by the specific geometry of the handle recess with the delimiting walls. Since, in the molding process given in this connection, minimum positional and geometric tolerances of the handle recess edge at the entry may also occur, it is possible for the color contour transitions to also be arranged with positional tolerances in the correspondingly provided color elements. This can be avoided by the aforementioned advantageous back-staggered position. Thereby, also situations can be avoided in which the curved edges, which may not extend strictly vertically, do not extend parallel to the edges of the color elements in terms of visual appearance and the differences are arranged noticeably and can be seen.
In particular, it is thereby provided that, viewed in the width direction of the door, the bending region in which the transition between the edge of the front limiting wall facing away from the recess base wall and the remaining region of the edge cover plate is formed does not coincide with the position of the widthwise outer edge or end of the color element. In particular, the color elements are arranged at a distance of more than or equal to 0.3cm, in particular more than or equal to 0.5cm, however at most only 1cm, from the aforementioned edge region or curved region of the front limiting wall.
In one embodiment, the groove bottom wall is inclined with respect to the depth direction at an internal angle of between 5 ° and 45 °, in particular between 15 ° and 40 °. This makes it possible to achieve a better grip by the fingers in the grip recess.
In one embodiment, it is provided that the color element is arranged in particular all over the front cover, the edge cover and in the handle recess. The color elements have a first color on the surface areas covering the front wall and the edge sides and thus on the respective surface areas of the front cover and the edge cover. The color element has a color different from the first color in a region of the face overlying the grip recess.
In this way, for example, when producing color elements by painting from successively connected color rollers, first a bright color is applied as a base color to the entire surface region and then, in conjunction therewith, different colors are produced as covering colors only in the surface region in which the grip recess is present, which different colors each produce a band-shaped color scheme. An individual color matching of the handle recesses compared to the color matching of the remaining regions of the edge cover and/or of the front cover is thereby easily achieved. It can thus be provided, for example, that the first color is a bright color and the second color is a dark color compared to the first color. The grip element is thus darker than the remaining area of the edge cover and also darker than the front cover. However, this is merely exemplary. Additional color relationships may also be generated. Depending on the color selection, the covering color can be applied as many times as necessary in order to function completely covered here. This is also a very simple, fast and cost-effective painting method. In particular, tolerance regions of the color transitions are provided in such a way that the colors can possibly also extend into one another or darker colors do not completely cover brighter colors and thus appear to be diffuse.
In one embodiment, in which the color elements are configured as films, this can likewise be a film which is multicolored in connection therewith. In this case, the entire panel, including the front and side covers and the handle recess, can also be initially covered with the film, in particular over the entire surface, in this embodiment. By correspondingly shaping the plates, a front cover plate on the one hand and a flap plate with a handle recess on the other hand are produced from the plates, which are then automatically colored differently in the respective surface regions.
In the case of the coating with the semifinished material, the film in the illustrated exemplary embodiment already contains two or also more than two shades. It is possible for the entire base plate and thus the entire sheet, from which the front cover, the edge cover and the handle recess are produced by molding, to be coated, however, or only a partial region thereof. This is done in the machine direction of the sheet. In particular, provision is made for the semifinished material to already have said pleochroic properties before the shaping process, in particular the bending process. The semi-finished material may be made of metal, but also of other materials, plastic, cardboard or the like.
In a further embodiment, however, it is also possible for the color elements to be regularly delimited and to be applied only in those regions of the sheet in which the handle recesses with their previously delimited walls are subsequently produced by corresponding shaping. Accordingly, the coating or painting or printing can be carried out specifically on this side.
In one embodiment, the color element may be constructed in one piece. The color element may for example be a one-piece film.
In one embodiment, the front delimiting wall, the rear delimiting wall and the groove bottom wall are constructed in one piece. The front limiting wall, the rear limiting wall and the groove base wall are produced in particular by shaping from a planar base material or a substrate. In particular, it is provided that the front side and thus the front cover, the edge side and thus the edge cover and the handle recess are formed in one piece.
The handle recess is covered at the upper end with a separate terminal strip, viewed in the height direction. The handle recess is additionally or alternatively covered with a separate end strip at the lower end, viewed in the height direction. The handle recess, which is designed as a groove in this connection, is thereby closed at its opposite ends by the end strips.
The edge of the handle recess at the end side associated therewith is thereby covered. In particular, if the delimiting walls of the handle recess are made of metal, exposed and sharp edges can thus also be avoided. The edges are covered by end strips.
A further aspect of the utility model relates to a method for producing a door for a household appliance, wherein the following steps are carried out:
a) providing a substrate composed of a metal;
b) applying a color element to the outer side of the substrate, thereby creating at least one first edge strip with a first color match on the outer side of the substrate, wherein the first color match is different from a second color match of the remaining substrate, in particular of the remaining outer side of the substrate;
c) shaping the base plate in that an edge region of the base plate, which preferably has an edge strip in its entirety, is bent, so that a front cover plate of the base plate is produced as the front side of the door and an edge region, which projects in a bent manner from the front cover plate, is produced by means of which an edge cover plate is produced as the lateral side of the door;
d) the handle recess in the edge region is produced by shaping the edge region such that the handle recess has a first color match on the outside.
The method steps c) and d) can also be carried out in the reverse order here, i.e. step d) is carried out first and step c) is then carried out.
The outer side of the substrate thus comprises at least two sections having different color matching by method step b).
A further aspect of the utility model relates to a household appliance having a door according to the preceding aspect and its advantageous configuration. The domestic appliance may be a domestic refrigeration appliance. The domestic refrigeration appliance is configured for storing and preserving food products. The domestic refrigeration appliance may be a freezer appliance or a refrigerator appliance or a combination freezer and refrigerator appliance. The door is movably arranged on the housing of the domestic refrigeration device. The door is designed to close the receiving space for food products of the domestic refrigerator, in particular on the front side.
Provision may be made for the substrate, which may also be referred to as a web, provided in connection with this to be present in a planar state, the color elements being applied over their entire surface or only in specific surface regions before the shaping takes place. For example, it can be provided that the, in particular, rectangular plate is provided with first color elements at least partially, in particular over the entire height of the thin plate, in a first end region (for example, the left end region in a plan view) viewed in the width direction. The first color member may have a particular color scheme by which the handle recess is different from the color scheme of the remaining members. In addition or alternatively, a corresponding edge region or edge strip with individual color matching can also be provided on the end region of the sheet, for example on the right side as viewed in top plan.
If a lamella for a door is provided, which has a handle recess on only one of the side edges and thus on the edge panel thus produced, the color coding is required only on the left-hand edge region of the lamella or on the right-hand edge region of the lamella. However, if a door is provided which should have the handle recesses in the respective edge cover on both the left and the right, this is also possible accordingly and can be realized by individual color matching.
A specific cross-sectional geometry of the handle groove is thus also provided by a configuration of the handle groove described above. The handle recess can be enlarged individually by means of a recess bottom wall specifically oriented in this connection. This results in a better grip with the fingers. In particular, the bottom wall of the recess can thereby already serve here as a contact surface to which a force can be applied by one or more fingers entering the handle recess, as viewed in the depth direction. Thereby better enabling the door to be pulled by gripping into the handle groove. It is no longer necessary to apply only one corresponding force to the front boundary wall. Furthermore, a deeper grip into the handle recess by one or more fingers is achieved by the described orientation of the recess bottom wall. Thereby better preventing the fingers from slipping off the handle grooves. A further particular advantage is achieved by the described orientation of the groove base wall in such a way that one of the two limiting walls extends in the horizontal plane compared to the prior art. The delimiting wall can thus be used better for equipping further components than in the prior art.
The inner angle is measured in a horizontal plane that is spread out by the depth direction and the width direction of the door. The aforementioned aspects and advantageous embodiments are particularly suitable for at least 50% of the spatial direction perpendicular to the horizontal plane, i.e. the height direction of the dimension of the handle recess. This means that the features defined in the horizontal plane apply to at least 50% of the height of the handle recess, in particular to at least 60% of the height of the handle recess, in particular to at least 70% of the height of the handle recess, in particular to at least 80% of the height of the handle recess, in particular to at least 90% of the height of the handle recess.
In an advantageous embodiment, it is provided that the two ends of the groove base wall in the width direction, viewed in the horizontal plane, are offset from one another by a maximum of one centimeter, in particular by a maximum of 0.7cm, in particular by a maximum of 0.5 cm. In particular, the ends are offset from each other by between 0.3cm and 0.5cm, in particular 0.4 cm. The pitch from a line parallel to the depth direction is measured in the width direction. The aforementioned advantages are particularly facilitated by the particular orientation of the bottom wall of the recess.
In an advantageous embodiment, it is provided that the first end of the bottom wall of the recess, viewed in the horizontal plane, is the end which is rearward in the depth direction and which, viewed in the width direction, is further from the recess entrance of the handle recess than the second end of the bottom wall of the recess. The configuration increases the grip recess, as viewed from the rear in the depth direction, in the base region of the grip recess, in particular in the width direction. The advantages mentioned at the outset are thereby improved again.
In an advantageous embodiment, it is provided that the handle recess with the limiting wall and the recess bottom wall is configured as a profiled element, in particular as a curved element.
In a further embodiment, it is provided that the handle recess extends over at least 70%, at least 80%, at least 90% or substantially 100% of the height of the door (in the case of vertically arranged handle recesses) or over the width of the door extension (in the case of horizontally arranged handle recesses).
In a further embodiment, it is provided that the front cover plate and the edge cover plate are constructed in one piece, in particular from sheet metal.
The embodiment shown in the figures is a door which can be pivoted about a vertical pivot axis for opening or closing a receiving chamber. Within the framework of the utility model, the door can also be a door, for example a flap, which can be pivoted about a horizontal pivot axis. The door can likewise be a drawer front which can be moved in translation.
The expressions "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "horizontal", "vertical", "depth direction", "width direction", "height direction" and the like denote positions and orientations given in the conventional use and conventional arrangement of a door or appliance.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a schematic view of a household appliance 1. The household appliance 1 is designed here for storing food. The household appliance 1 is in particular a household refrigeration appliance. The domestic refrigerator appliance may thus be a refrigerator appliance or a freezer appliance or a combination refrigerator and freezer appliance. The household appliance 1 has a housing 2. At least one receiving chamber 3 is formed in the housing 2. The receiving chamber 3 is configured here for receiving the food product. In addition or alternatively, a further separate receiving chamber 4 can also be formed. The receiving chamber 3 may for example be a cold chamber. The receiving chamber 4 may be, for example, a freezing chamber. However, the receiving compartment may also be a second refrigerated compartment.
The household appliance 1 also has a door 5. The door 5 is movably arranged on the housing 2. The door can be pivoted, in particular about a vertical axis a. If the household appliance 1 has a further receiving chamber 4, a further door 6 may be present. Said further door being in particular independent of door 5. In particular, the two doors 5 and 6 can move independently of each other. The second door 6 is swingable about a vertical axis B.
The door 5 has a front side 7. The front side 7 is the front. The door 5, on the basis of its three-dimensional configuration, has an upper edge side 8, a lower edge side 9 and two opposite vertical edge sides 10 and 11. The edge sides 8 to 11 are the narrow sides of the plate-shaped door 5. In the embodiment shown, the handle recess 12 is formed in the vertical edge side 11. The grip recess is closed at the front and can be grasped laterally only on the edge side 11. The edge side 11 thus has only one handle recess 12 which is open laterally in connection with this. The grip recess 12 can thus be grasped only by placing a finger in the width direction (x direction). The handle recess 12 extends in the embodiment described over the entire height of the door 5, in particular of the front side 7. The handle recess is configured as a groove.
The handle recess 12 is closed upwards, in particular by the cover 5a, in particular the upper end strip. The handle recess 12 is closed downwards, in particular by the cover 5b, in particular the lower end strip.
If a door 6 is present, it may have a further handle recess 14 at the respective vertical side 13. The handle recess 14 can be formed, for example, over the entire height of the door 6. However, the handle recess can, as shown here by way of example, also be formed only partially at the height. In particular, if the handle cutout extends over the entire height of the door 6, it can be produced technically like the handle cutout 12.
Fig. 2 shows a sectional view of a part of the elements of the door 5. The plane shown in fig. 2 is a horizontal plane. The plane is developed from the depth direction (z direction) of the door 5 and the width direction (x direction) of the door 5. As can be seen, the door 5 has a front cover 15. The front side 7 is constituted by said front cover plate 15. Furthermore, the door 5 has a trim panel 16. The edge side 11 is formed by the edge cover 16.
The front cover 15 is a visible member of the front side of the door 5. The edge cover 16 is a side cover as a visible member.
The front cover 15 is made of a sheet material in particular. The edge cover 16 is in particular made of sheet metal. Preferably, the front cover 15 and the edge cover 16 are constructed in one piece. The component is in particular designed as a profiled component, in particular as a curved component.
The handle recess 12 is delimited by a rear delimiting wall 17 in the depth direction (z direction) and a front delimiting wall 18 independent of the latter. In principle, the edge cover 16 is arranged at an angle α 1 which is different from zero, in particular between 85 ° and 100 °, with respect to the front cover 15. The front cover 15 and the edge cover 16 thus do not extend in one plane.
The handle recess 12 is furthermore delimited by a recess bottom wall 19. The recess bottom wall 19 is in the illustrated embodiment formed completely linearly over its entire length in the horizontal plane. In particular, the rear limiting wall 17 is formed completely straight over its entire length in the illustrated horizontal plane. In particular, the front limiting wall 18 is constructed straight over its entire length, viewed in the horizontal plane.
It is also possible that the groove bottom wall 19 is at least partially curved in said shown horizontal plane. The bend may be oriented in the direction of the groove entrance 20. However, the curvature may also be oriented away from the groove entrance 20. A convex or concave curvature of the groove bottom wall 19 can thereby be provided.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, it is provided that the first end 19a of the groove bottom wall 19, viewed in the width direction (x-direction), is further from the groove inlet 20 than the preceding second end 19b of said groove bottom wall 19. The distance between the first end 19a and the groove entrance 20, measured in the width direction, is thus greater than the distance between the second end 19b and the groove entrance 20, measured in the width direction. The spacing and orientation can be seen relative to each other in the horizontal plane shown in fig. 2.
In particular, the first end 19a is arranged at a more rearward end than the second end 19b as viewed in the depth direction.
The two end portions 19a and 19b are arranged at different width positions viewed in the width direction in this horizontal plane shown in fig. 2.
In a further embodiment, the ends 19a and 19b can be arranged at the same width position viewed in the width direction in this horizontal plane shown in fig. 2.
In particular the groove bottom wall 19 is arranged at an inner angle alpha 2, seen in said horizontal plane, unequal to zero with respect to the rear limiting wall 17. In particular the groove bottom wall 19 is arranged at an inner angle alpha 3, seen in said horizontal plane, unequal to zero with respect to the front limiting wall 18. In particular, the internal angle α 2 is smaller than the internal angle α 3 in the exemplary embodiment shown. As can also be seen in fig. 2, in a configuration in which the groove base wall 19 is formed completely straight, it is arranged inclined at an angle α 4 to the depth direction z. In a further embodiment, as also already mentioned above, the angle α 4 is not greater than zero but equal to zero.
In the exemplary embodiment in which the recess base wall 19 is not formed completely straight, a corresponding angle α 4 is provided in an advantageous embodiment. The angle is then formed between the depth direction z and a straight line extending through the ends 19a and 19 b.
In one exemplary embodiment, it is provided that, if the depth direction extends through one of the two ends 19a or 19b, as shown in fig. 2, the distance d of the other end, in this case the first end 19a, measured perpendicular to the depth direction z in the horizontal plane is between 2mm and 7mm, in particular between 2mm and 5mm, in particular 4 mm. The spacing d is also measured in the horizontal plane as shown in fig. 2.
As can also be seen in fig. 2, the rear limiting wall 17 is longer in the horizontal plane than the front limiting wall 18. By this orientation of the groove base wall 19 being arranged in the horizontal plane, the rear limiting wall 17 extends, viewed in the horizontal plane, with a section formed from the depth direction z to the first end 19 a.
In particular, it is provided that the two delimiting walls 17 and 18 are oriented non-parallel in the horizontal plane. The two delimiting walls are oriented towards one another starting from the groove inlet 20 towards the groove bottom wall 19. The handle recess 12 is thus configured, viewed in the horizontal plane, to taper from the recess entrance 20 to the recess bottom.
In one embodiment, it can be provided that the end 17a of the rear limiting wall 17 facing away from the recess base wall 19 in the horizontal plane extends directly to the transition 21 present in one embodiment. The transition 21 is of completely curved design. The transition 21 is in particular of uniformly curved design. The transition 21 preferably terminates with an end 21a in the horizontal portion 22 of the edge cover 16, which end faces away from the end 17a of the rear limiting wall 17. In particular, the angle α 5 between the limiting wall 17 and the horizontal portion 22 in the horizontal plane is between 35 ° and 45 °, in particular 40 °. The transition 21 is thereby provided in particular with a corresponding radius, so that this angle is formed.
The angle α 4 is preferably between 5 ° and 45 °, in particular between 15 ° and 40 °.
The horizontal portion 22 may be flat, but it may also be curved at a free end facing away from the end 21a as shown in fig. 2.
An ergonomic contour is also achieved by the described geometry of the handle recess 12, in particular the arrangement of the delimiting walls 17 and 18 and the recess bottom wall 19. This achieves a better grip with the fingers, in particular with the fingertips. Especially when the user also has a long fingernail.
An embodiment of the door 7 is illustrated in partial view in fig. 3. In this case, the grip recess 12 is viewed laterally in perspective and from the rear to the front. The front limiting wall 18 can thus be seen. The rear limiting wall 17 and the groove bottom wall 19 can also be seen. The different color scheme, represented by a dot-shaped view, compared to the surface area formed outside the grip recess 12 is shown here. This relates in particular to the remaining region 23 of the edge cover 16. However, in particular the color of the handle cutout 12 is also different from the color of the front cover 15. The different color schemes are produced by the color elements 24. The colour elements 24 may be films or lacquered or coated or printed portions.
In fig. 2, the color elements 24 are illustrated, in particular, by means of bold straight line drawings. In fig. 2, which shows a horizontal sectional view, the color element 24 is applied over the entire surface of the rear limiting wall 17, in particular the outer side of the limiting wall 17 facing the volume of the handle recess 12, and also on the corresponding outer side of the recess bottom wall 19. The color elements 24 are likewise formed on the respective outer side of the front delimiting wall 18. In an advantageous embodiment, it is provided that the end edge 24a of the color element 24 arranged on the outside is offset back inwardly at the delimiting wall 18 into the handle recess 12 relative to the outer edge 18a or the outer end of the delimiting wall 18. This means that said end edge 24a and said edge 18a do not coincide. The end or outer edge 18a of the delimiting wall 18 faces away from the groove bottom wall 19. The volume of the handle recess 12 is also defined or delimited by the edge 18 a. The handle groove 12 terminates on said edge 18 a. The delimiting wall 18 then ends on the remaining surface area 23 of the edge cover 16. In the illustrated embodiment, the elements or the remaining surface regions 23 of the edge cover 16 that are connected to the front in the depth direction are therefore also not covered by the color elements 24 that have a color match in the handle cutout 12. However, it can be provided that the surface region 23 and additionally the surface region of the front cover 15 are likewise covered with color elements, in particular the same color elements 24. In the exemplary embodiment described, it is provided that the color elements 24 have a first color in the region of the limiting walls 17 and 18 and the recess bottom wall 19, which is different from the color of the color elements 24 outside the limiting walls 17, 18, 19. However, it can be provided that the color elements 24, as are present on the delimiting walls 17 and 18 and the recess base wall 19, also have a color match only in the region of the transition 21 and the horizontal portion 22.
Clear color transitions between the color scheme in the grip recess 12 and the color scheme on the front area 23 and the front cover 15 are preferably provided in the volume of the grip recess 12 in the exemplary embodiment. The spacing between the end edge 24a and the edge 18a in this connection can in particular be less than or equal to 1cm and/or greater than or equal to 0.3 cm.
In fig. 3, the inwardly offset end edge 24a is again visible when the handle recess 12 is viewed obliquely from the rear.
Fig. 4 shows the view according to fig. 3, however, obliquely and laterally viewed from the front. From this perspective, the end edge 24a is no longer visible.
The door 7 is shown in a perspective view in fig. 5. Only the upper region of the handle recess 12 without the upper end strip 5a is shown here.
Fig. 6 shows a perspective view of a thin plate or substrate 25. The sheet or the base plate is constructed in one piece. The sheet or substrate is configured flat. The sheet or substrate is in particular rectangular. The sheet or substrate is in particular made of metal, in particular a plate. As can be seen here, an edge strip 27 is formed in the width direction (x direction) at the first edge region 26. The edge strip 27 has a first color match. The first color scheme is different from the color scheme of the substrate 25 adjacent to the edge strip 27. The edge strip 27 has a width, as viewed in the width direction, which, in the formed state, extends from the resulting edge or end edge 24a up to the free end of the horizontal part 22 in the exemplary embodiment shown here. The resulting free end or edge of the rear limiting wall 17 forms the further end edge of the edge strip 27 if the horizontal section 22 is not present. In one embodiment, it can be provided that only the edge strip 27 is formed by the color element 24. The color elements may be films or prints or lacquers or coatings.
However, it is also possible for the substrate 25 to be provided with color elements 24 over its entire surface on its associated front side. The color elements are then at least bi-colored. There is a first color match in the area of the edge strip 27. A color scheme different from the first color scheme is provided in the remaining regions.
Starting from the semi-finished material thus provided, the shaping is then carried out in such a way that the front cover plate, the edge cover plate 16 arranged in a curved manner relative to the front cover plate, is shaped and the handle cutout 12 is in turn shaped in the edge cover plate. For example, the configuration according to fig. 2 to 5 results.
In an alternative embodiment, a further edge strip 29 can additionally or alternatively be formed on the opposite left side and thus at the corresponding edge region 28 of the base plate 25. How the further edge strip can be provided and how the further edge strip can be constructed accordingly as described for the edge strip 27. In particular, depending on which side of the base plate 25 and thus of the door 5 the handle cutout 12 is to be formed, the respective edge strip 27 or 29 can be formed on the left or right side.
It is also possible that two edge strips 27 and 29 are present on the base plate 25 and are manufactured accordingly.
It is also possible that the substrate 25 is not coated on its outside as exemplarily described above, but rather is lacquered. The outer side of the substrate 25 can thus be painted first over the entire surface, for example, with a first color. This in turn enables the color matching that should in principle exist. Only a further second color having a different hue is applied, in particular painted, locally to the first color. The edge strip 27 and/or the edge strip 29 can thus be formed, for example. The second color is in particular an overlay color, which overlays the painted first color.
Corresponding coatings may also be provided. Different coating methods are possible for this. This can be a chemical or physical coating process. In the method, subsequent shaping of the flat plate for the purpose of individual surface-specific color matching can also be carried out subsequently.
However, it is also possible to first mold the correspondingly provided base plate 25, so that a molded body having the front cover 15, the edge cover 16 and the handle recess 12 integrated therein is prepared. The handle recess region, in particular the delimiting wall 17, the recess bottom wall 19 and the wall 18 at least partially delimiting the front side, can be provided with individual color coding if necessary afterwards. The color matching may also be, for example, painting, for example spray painting. In particular, the remaining region, in particular the edge cover, is covered by a temporarily arranged protective element. The protective element can be removed again after the production of the individual outer color of the handle cutout 12.
