In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present disclosure, but the present disclosure may be practiced in other ways than those described herein; it is to be understood that the embodiments disclosed in the specification are only a few embodiments of the present disclosure, and not all embodiments.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides a wiper strip 1, where the wiper strip 1 may be applied to a wiper to wipe off raindrops and dust attached to a windshield of a vehicle. Specifically, the wiper strip 1 includes a fixing portion 11, a deforming portion 12, a fulcrum portion 13, and a wiper portion 14 connected in this order, wherein the fixing portion 11 may also be referred to as a root, the fulcrum portion 13 may also be referred to as a neck, and the wiper portion 14 may also be referred to as a lip.
Specifically, swing grooves 15 are respectively formed between the wiper portion 14 and the deformation portion 12 on both sides of the fulcrum portion 13, so that the wiper portion 14 can swing left and right with the fulcrum portion 13 as a fulcrum, thereby turning over the wiper portion 14; the middle part of the deformation part 12 in the width direction is connected with the fixing part 11, and deformation gaps 16 are respectively formed between the deformation part 12 and the fixing part 11 at two sides of the middle part of the deformation part 12 to provide deformable space for the deformation part 12; the surface of the fixing portion 11 facing the deformable portion 12 is a circular arc surface 111, and the wiper portion 14 can press the deformable portion 12 when it is turned over, so that the deformable portion 12 is bent and gradually contacts the circular arc surface 111.
The width direction of the deformed portion refers to the width direction of the wiper blade, and as shown in fig. 3, the horizontal direction in the drawing is the width direction of the deformed portion.
The wiper adhesive tape 1 that the embodiment of the present disclosure provides, through form deformation clearance 16 respectively in the both sides at the middle part of deformation portion 12 between deformation portion 12 and fixed part 11, and fixed part 11 sets up to arc surface 111 towards the surface of deformation portion 12, can support when wiper portion 14 overturns like this and press deformation portion 12, make deformation portion 12 crooked towards fixed part 11, and gradually contact with arc surface 111 of fixed part 11, that is, make the deformation portion 12 of wiper adhesive tape 1 can move for a certain time along arc surface 111 of fixed part 11 when wiper adhesive tape 1 overturns, thereby form gradual damping, play the buffering effect, realize the high shock attenuation nature of wiper adhesive tape 1 upset in-process, make the impact force diminish, thereby realize reducing the purpose of the noise of wiper adhesive tape 1 upset in-process, thereby promote user's experience effect.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the middle portion of the fixing portion 11 in the width direction is connected to the deformation portion 12, and the arc surface 111 is gradually curved away from the deformation portion 12 from the middle portion of the fixing portion 11 to both sides. When the deformation portion 12 is bent and deformed towards the fixing portion 11, the deformation portion can be in contact with the position, close to the middle portion of the fixing portion 11, of the arc surface 111 of the fixing portion 11, and then is in contact with the arc surface 111 gradually along the direction from the middle portion of the fixing portion 11 to the two sides, so that the movement time of the deformation portion 12 along the arc surface 111 is prolonged, the impact force of the wiper rubber strip 1 is reduced, and the noise in the overturning process of the wiper rubber strip 1 is reduced.
The width direction of the fixing portion refers to the width direction of the wiper strip, and as shown in fig. 3, the horizontal direction in the drawing is the width direction of the fixing portion.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the surface of the deformation portion 12 facing the fixing portion 11 gradually extends obliquely from the middle of the deformation portion 12 to both sides in a direction away from the fixing portion 11, that is, the surface of the deformation portion 12 facing the fixing portion 11 is formed as an inclined surface 121. The width of the deformation gap 16 formed between the deformation portion 12 and the fixing portion 11 can be gradually increased from the middle of the deformation portion 12 to both sides, so as to facilitate the gradual contact between the deformation portion 12 and the arc surface 111 of the fixing portion 11.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the middle of the deformation portion 12 in the width direction is connected to the fulcrum portion 13, and the middle of the wiper portion 14 in the width direction is connected to the fulcrum portion 13. Therefore, when the wiper portion 14 is turned leftwards and rightwards, the wiper portion can be pressed against the deformation portion 12, so that the deformation portion 12 is bent towards the fixing portion 11 and gradually contacts with the arc surface 111 of the fixing portion 11, and a buffering effect is achieved.
The width direction of the wiper portion refers to the width direction of the wiper strip, and as shown in fig. 3, the horizontal direction in the drawing is the width direction of the wiper portion.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the deformation portion 12 is a transverse strip having a thickness in the range of 0.2mm to 0.4mm, i.e., 0.2mm h 0.4mm, so that the deformation portion 12 can be bent and deformed toward the fixing portion 11 by controlling (thinning) the thickness of the transverse strip when the wiper portion 14 is pressed against the deformation portion 12.
Preferably, as shown in FIG. 3, the width of the connecting portion of the transverse strip and the fixing portion 11 is in the range of 0.8mm to 1.5mm, i.e., 0.8 mm. ltoreq. w.ltoreq.1.5 mm, so that the deformation portion 12 can be bent and deformed toward the fixing portion 11 when the wiper portion 14 presses the deformation portion 12 by controlling (reducing) the width of the connecting portion of the transverse strip and the fixing portion 11.
Of course, the thickness of the transverse strip and the width of the connecting portion between the transverse strip and the fixing portion 11 are not limited to the above specific limitations, and may be set reasonably according to actual conditions.
It should be noted that, in the concrete implementation, the windscreen wiper adhesive tape 1 that this disclosed embodiment provided, can be on the structural basis of current windscreen wiper adhesive tape, through optimizing the cross-section of windscreen wiper adhesive tape, change the intermediate structure of windscreen wiper adhesive tape into arc by the rectangle, the thickness of the horizontal strip of attenuate simultaneously, thin horizontal strip can be towards and the arc surface bending deformation when making the windscreen wiper adhesive tape upset, and can move the certain time along the arc surface, thereby form the damping buffering step by step, realize the high shock attenuation nature of windscreen wiper adhesive tape upset in-process, make the impact force diminish, thereby realize reducing the noise of windscreen wiper adhesive tape upset in-process.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the two sides of the fixing portion 11 in the width direction are respectively provided with a sliding groove 17, and the sliding grooves 17 are used for a wiper holder to be clamped in to realize the installation of the wiper rubber strip 1.
In some embodiments, the surface of the wiper portion 14 is provided with a protective coating to protect the wiper portion 14 with the protective coating, thereby slowing down the wear of the wiper portion 14; the protective coating can be used for reducing the wiping resistance of the wiper part 14 and improving the wiping smoothness.
The embodiment of the disclosure also provides a wiper, which comprises the wiper rubber strip 1 in any one of the embodiments.
