1. most of the prior automobile wiper rubber strips are in compression molding, and the rubber strips cannot reach reasonable hardness due to the control problem of temperature threshold in the compression molding process, so that the edge parts of the rubber strips are prone to press on the surface of glass easily in the assembled windscreen wiper, the wiping effect is poor, and the glass is fuzzy;
2. some vehicle types apply large pressure to a scraping arm of the windscreen wiper, and if a first steel bar in the windscreen wiper cannot support the pressure of the scraping arm, the edge of a rubber strip in a lying state is easily broken in a reciprocating flanging process;
3. when scraping and brushing, the noise caused by the flanging is larger.

Referring to fig. 2, the invention discloses a wiper rubber strip, which includes a rubber strip body 1 and a second steel bar 2.
Referring to fig. 3, the rubber strip body 1 includes a mounting portion 11 and a wiping portion 12. The mounting part 11 is symmetrically provided with first bar mounting grooves 111 penetrating in a length direction at both left and right sides of an upper part thereof for mounting a first bar. The second steel bar mounting groove 112 running through along the length direction is arranged in the mounting portion 11, and the two first steel bar mounting grooves 111 and the second steel bar mounting groove 112 are distributed in an inverted triangle shape.
The second steel bar 2 is inserted into the second bar mounting groove 112, and both ends thereof are penetrated out from both ends of the second bar mounting groove 112. The second bar mounting groove 112 has a rectangular section and the sectional size of the second bar 2 is adapted to the section of the second bar mounting groove 112.
In this embodiment, the second steel strip 2 has an arc shape adapted to the glass surface, and is made of stainless steel, SK5 steel, SK6 steel, or manganese steel. Preferably, the two ends of the second steel bar 2 are provided with clamping grooves for being matched with plugs (not shown) at the two ends of the windscreen wiper, so that the whole rubber strip is better fixed, and the edge of the rubber strip is turned over more freely and smoothly during the up-and-down swinging.
Since the wiping part 12 is swung when in use, the mounting part 11 is symmetrically provided with triangular grooves 113 penetrating in the longitudinal direction on both left and right sides of the lower part thereof to increase a swing space thereof.
In order to reduce noise, reduce vibration and improve toughness of the cutting edge, the wiping part 12 is provided with a through hole 121 penetrating in the length direction. The body of the scraping and brushing part 12 is in a shape of big top and small bottom, namely, an isosceles triangle, the lower end of the body extends downwards to form a blade part, and the through hole 121 is arranged in the central area of the scraping and brushing body. In the present embodiment, the cross-section of the through-hole 121 is preferably circular hole-shaped in consideration of formability and fatigue resistance when the wiper blade is reciprocated.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 4, the present invention further discloses a wiper, which includes two first steel bars 3 and the above wiper rubber strip. The two first steel bars 3 are inserted into the two first steel bar mounting grooves 11 for completing the mounting of the wiper rubber strips 2 on the wiper body 4. After the installation, two first billet 3 and second billet 2 are the distribution of falling article font promptly.
In this embodiment, the width of the second strip 2 is 1/4-1/2 of the first strip 3, preferably 1/3 of the first strip 3.
