Detailed Description
To explain technical contents, structural features, achieved objects and effects of the present invention in detail, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present application, and not all embodiments. In the following description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a detailed description of various exemplary embodiments or implementations of the utility model. However, various exemplary embodiments may be practiced without these specific details or with one or more equivalent arrangements. Moreover, the various exemplary embodiments may be different, but are not necessarily exclusive. For example, the particular shapes, configurations and characteristics of the exemplary embodiments may be used or implemented in another exemplary embodiment without departing from the inventive concept.
Fig. 1 illustrates a steam cleaner head 100 provided by the present invention that is configured to contact a surface to clean the surface by agitation. The steam cleaner head 100 may be rotationally coupled to a push rod for controlling movement of the surface cleaner head, or may be operated without a joystick or handle.
Referring to fig. 1-2, a steam cleaning head 100 is configured to be movable over a surface to be cleaned. In the illustrated embodiment, the steam cleaner head 100 comprises a housing 1 and wheels 2, the wheels 2 assisting the steam cleaner head 100 in moving over a surface to be cleaned. The front of the housing 1 defines a chamber 3, and a steam cleaning roller 4 is mounted in the chamber 3. The housing 1 includes a removable upper cover 11, and a user can remove the steam cleaning roller 4 by removing the upper cover 11 to open the chamber 3. The chamber 3 has an opening 31, the opening 31 extending from the front of the housing 1 to the lower part of the housing 1. Through the opening 31, the front and lower portions of the steam cleaning roller 4 are exposed to come into contact with the surface to be cleaned. Also disposed within the housing 1 are a drive motor (not shown) for driving the steam cleaning roller 4 to rotate, steam spray holes 5 in fluid communication with a steam source and configured to supply steam to the steam cleaning roller 4, a wiper 6 disposed on one side of the steam cleaning roller 4 and configured to wipe off liquid from the steam cleaning roller 4, and a cartridge 7 disposed adjacent to the steam cleaning roller 4.
The steam cleaning roller 4 includes a roller body 41 and a cleaning fluff layer 42 supported on the outer circumferential surface of the roller body 41. The cleaning fluff layer 42 may include a substrate and fiber fluff woven on the substrate, the substrate may be made of a polyester material, and the fiber fluff may be made of a composite yarn of polyester and cotton with a smaller hardness, or of course, pp yarn with a greater hardness may be mixed in the fiber fluff.
In this example, the steam jet holes 5 and the scraper 6 are integrated on the removable upper cover 11, i.e. on the inner wall surface of the removable upper cover 11; this arrangement can be conveniently used to take off the steam ejection holes 5 and the squeegee 6 together with the removable upper cover 11 for easy cleaning. The steam ejection holes 5 may include a plurality of holes distributed along an axial direction parallel to the steam cleaning roller 4. The scraper roller 6 includes a scraper bar 61 extending along a line parallel to the axis X of the steam cleaning roller 4, and the scraper bar 61 partially protrudes into the cleaning fluff layer 42. The material of the wiper strip 61 may be selected from polyvinyl chloride, rubber, metal, or any material known in the art that is sufficiently rigid to not substantially deform during contact with the cleaning fluff layer 42. The length of the scraping strip 61 may coincide with the axial dimension of the steam cleaning roller 4 or be slightly longer, which enables the entire cleaning fluff layer 42 of the steam cleaning roller 4 to be scraped. The length of the nap of the cleaning nap layer 42 is preferably 7-11mm, and the depth of the scraping strips 61 extending into the cleaning nap layer 41 is 3-5 mm.
As shown in fig. 2 to 3, the cartridge 7 is disposed inside the housing 1 and is located at the rear side of the steam cleaning roller 4. In this case, the case 7 is detachably disposed in the housing 1, and when the removable upper cover 11 is opened, the case 7 is exposed and can be taken out. The box 7 is internally formed with a dirty liquid receiving chamber 71, the dirty liquid receiving chamber 71 has a dirty liquid inlet 72, and the dirty liquid inlet 72 is close to the steam cleaning roller 4 and is at least partially located at the lower side of the squeegee 6. During rotation of the steam cleaning roller 4, the wiper strip 61 will be able to wipe excess liquid and debris from the cleaning fluff layer 42. Liquid and debris scraped by the scraper bar 61 will be transferred from the dirty liquid inlet 72 into the dirty liquid receiving chamber 71 under the force of gravity; the use of suction to displace scraped liquid and debris is avoided here because the suction will easily displace the steam from the steam vents 5 together, thereby reducing the effectiveness of the steam.
The housing 1 is further provided with a liquid level detection mechanism 8, and the liquid level detection mechanism 8 is configured to detect the liquid level of the dirty liquid receiving cavity 71 and alarm outwards when the liquid level in the dirty liquid receiving cavity 71 reaches a set liquid level, and also inform a user of emptying the dirty liquid receiving cavity 71 in time. In this example, the liquid level detection mechanism 8 includes a float 81 provided in the case 7, a sensor 82 that can be triggered when the float 81 moves to a set position, and a warning unit 83 that gives an alarm to the outside when the sensor is triggered.
The steam cleaning head scheme can be applied to a push rod type steam mop or horizontal steam equipment, and can wipe the ground at high temperature by means of steam.
An example of a push rod type steam mop 500 shown in fig. 4, which includes the steam cleaning head 100 having the above-described structure and the push rod assembly 200 pivotably held on the steam cleaning head 100, the push rod assembly 20 is provided with a water tank 201 and a steam generator 202, and the steam generator 202 can heat water from the water tank 201 to a high temperature steam and supply it to the steam spray holes 5.
As an example of the horizontal type steaming device 600 shown in fig. 5, the horizontal type steaming device 600 includes the steam cleaning head 100, the horizontal type main unit 300, and the steam delivery pipe assembly 400 having the above-described structure. The horizontal main unit 300 is provided with a steam generator (not shown) and a water tank 301, one end of the steam delivery pipe assembly 400 is connected to the horizontal main unit 300, and the steam cleaning head 100 is coupled to the other end of the steam delivery pipe assembly 400. The steam generator can heat water from the water tank 301 to high temperature steam and finally supply the steam to the steam spraying holes 5 after passing through the steam delivery pipe assembly 400.
The basic principles, main features and advantages of the utility model. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, which are described in the foregoing description only for the purpose of illustrating the principles of the present invention, but that various changes and modifications may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the utility model as defined by the appended claims, specification, and equivalents thereof.
