Description

Cleaning base and surface cleaning device
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a cleaning base and a surface cleaning apparatus which can simultaneously perform wet cleaning and dust collection of a surface.
Background
In daily life, people often need to clean a surface to be cleaned by using a surface cleaning device, and dirty liquid is sucked up from the surface to be cleaned and stored in a dirty liquid tank by using a dirty liquid recovery unit in the cleaning process. Typical surface cleaning devices generally utilize a rotating cleaning roller disposed within a roller chamber and coupled with the suction of a suction source to pick up soiled liquid from the floor along with the soil and flow first through the roller chamber and then into a soiled liquid tank.
When the surface cleaning device works, dirty liquid and dirt can directly contact the inner wall surface of the roller chamber, the dirt is often retained on the inner wall surface of the roller chamber in the prior art, and the retained dirt is easy to form mildew in the roller chamber to generate bacteria so as to influence the subsequent cleaning work on the ground; and the structure of the roller chamber which is easy to store dirt and dirt can influence the convenience of cleaning the roller chamber by users.

Referring to FIG. 1, a cleaning base 100 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure is shown and described. The cleaning base 100 mainly comprises a housing 10 adapted to be moved over a floor to be cleaned and a lower lever 20 rotatably coupled to the housing 10. The stick body 20 carries thereon a stain solution recovery tank 30 and a cleaning solution supply tank 40, and the stain solution recovery tank 30 and the cleaning solution supply tank 40 are detachably carried on the stick body 20.
For purposes of description in relation to the figures, the terms "upper", "lower", "left", "right", "front", "rear", "vertical", "horizontal", "inner", "outer", and derivatives thereof are used in relation to the direction in which a user pushes the cleaning base 100 across the surface to be cleaned (i.e., the back-to-front pushing direction). As used herein, the term "rear side" refers to a location that is rearward of at least one other component, but does not necessarily mean rearward of all other components. It is to be understood, however, that the invention may assume various alternative orientations, except where expressly specified to the contrary.
As shown in fig. 2-3, which illustrate and describe the housing 10 of the cleaning chassis 100, the housing 10 includes a front housing 1 and a rear housing 2. The front housing 1 includes a cover 101, a left side wall 102, and a right side wall 103. The rear housing 2 and the front housing cover 101 are fixedly formed as one piece.
The front housing 1 defines a roller chamber 3 therein, a rotatable cleaning roller 4 is mounted in the roller chamber 3, the cleaning roller 4 is rotatably supported between the left side wall 102 and the right side wall 103 by a bearing member (not shown in the figure), and the rotation axis X of the cleaning roller 4 passes through both the left side wall 102 and the right side wall 103. The right side wall 103 is fixedly formed as a whole with the housing 101; the left side wall 102 is integrally assembled with the cleaning roller 4. The left side wall 102 is detachably attached to the left end of the housing 101 so that the cleaning roller 4 can be extracted from the roller chamber 3 by removing the left side wall 102; that is, when the cleaning roller 4 is installed in the roller chamber 3, the left side wall 102 is fixedly covered on the left end portion of the housing 101, and after the left side wall 102 is separated from the left end portion of the housing 101, the cleaning roller 4 can be withdrawn from the roller chamber 3.
As shown in fig. 4, which shows a schematic cross-sectional view of the front housing 1, the roller chamber 3 is defined inside the front housing 1, the cover 101 is an integrally formed component, and the inner wall surface 1011 of the cover 101 is formed as a smooth curved surface with a continuous curvature, in this example, the inner wall surface 1011 of the cover 101 from the left end of the lower part to the right end of the upper part is an arc surface, which can reduce or avoid the liquid residue on the inner wall surface 1011 reduced by the rotating cleaning roller 4. The lower part of the roller chamber 3 has an opening 5 towards the surface to be cleaned.
As shown in fig. 5, the lower portion of the cleaning roller 4 is located at this opening 5. The rear part of the roll chamber 3 is provided with a suction nozzle 6 communicating with the roll chamber 3, which suction nozzle 6 is intended to be in fluid communication with a suction source. The rear of the opening 5 is provided with a flexible wiper strip 9, which flexible wiper strip 9 is capable of rubbing against the surface to be cleaned as the housing 10 moves over the surface to be cleaned. The rear housing 2 is provided internally with a chamber 8 for mounting a drive means (not shown in the figures) to be drivingly connected to the scrub roller 4 for driving rotation of the scrub roller 4 about the axis of rotation X.
The cleaning roller 4 of this example is covered on the outside with cleaning elements, which may have bristles, fabric or other, and which are configured to be wetted by a cleaning liquid, such as water, detergent composition solution or the like.
As shown in fig. 6, a cleaning liquid distributor 7 is further disposed at the rear upper portion of the cleaning roller 4, and the cleaning liquid distributor 7 is in fluid communication with the cleaning liquid supply tank 40, and is capable of distributing the cleaning liquid in the cleaning liquid supply tank 40 to the cleaning roller 4. In order to facilitate the supply of the cleaning liquid, pumps (not shown) are provided in the cleaning liquid dispenser 7 and the cleaning liquid supply tank 40.
As shown in fig. 7, the cleaning liquid distributor 7 of this embodiment includes a pair of nozzles 71 which are arranged in a left-right direction and closely contact the inner wall surface of the roller chamber 3. The spray direction of the nozzle 71 is inclined upward and is arranged to be directed to a part of the inner wall surface 1011 of the housing 101, and the spray direction of the nozzle 71 is arranged to be directed to the part of the inner wall surface 1011 of the housing 101 located immediately above the cleaning roller 3, so that the cleaning liquid sprayed from the nozzle 71 can collide with the part of the inner wall surface 1011 and then be splashed onto the cleaning roller 4. The
In order to make it possible for the user to easily observe the conditions inside the roller chamber 3, the housing 101 is provided as a transparent member in this example.
When the cleaning base 100 is in operation, the housing 10 moves over the surface to be cleaned, and as the cleaning roller 4 rotates about the X-axis, the pair of nozzles 71 continuously apply the cleaning liquid to the cleaning roller 4, and the cleaning roller 4 loaded with the cleaning liquid performs wet scrubbing of the surface to be cleaned during contact with the surface to be cleaned. After the surface to be cleaned has been scrubbed, the used cleaning liquid is contaminated into dirty liquid, which is partly sucked in by the cleaning elements on the outer surface of the cleaning roller and partly by means of the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the cleaning roller 4 and the suction action of the suction nozzle 6, the suction action of the suction source connected to the cleaning base 100 is carried upwards away from the surface to be cleaned and further into the dirty liquid recovery tank 30.
As shown in figure 8, the surface cleaning device is composed of a portable dust collector 200 and a cleaning base 100, the portable dust collector 200 is started, a suction source 201 on the portable dust collector is in fluid communication with a suction nozzle 6, a battery 202 on the portable dust collector 200 supplies power to a driving device and a pump in the cleaning base 100, a cleaning roller 4 can be driven to rotate, and the cleaning liquid can be smoothly supplied to the cleaning roller 4 by the pump.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical ideas and features of the present invention, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and implement the present invention, and not to limit the protection scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes or modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered within the protection scope of the present invention.
