Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to a cleaning device technical field, in particular to be suitable for treating surface cleaning, inhale surface cleaning device of sewage, dust absorption.
Background
Background artcleaning devices suitable for performing cleaning, vacuuming and dirt suction on a surface to be cleaned (e.g. floor surface, tile surface, sofa surface, wall surface, etc.) are floor washers, hand held cleaning tools, etc.
Conventional floor washers typically include a cleaning base, a fluid supply system, a dirt recovery system, and a handle assembly. The cleaning base is typically provided with a pair of front wheels at its bottom front side and a pair of rear wheels at its bottom rear side and is adapted to be moved over a surface to be cleaned, for example over a floor surface. The bottom of the cleaning base is usually provided with a suction port, the inside of the cleaning base is provided with a rolling brush cavity, and a rolling brush is arranged in the rolling brush cavity. The cleaning base is provided with a driving mechanism for driving the rolling brush to rotate, the driving mechanism usually comprises a motor and a belt transmission assembly, the motor is used for outputting power, and the belt transmission assembly is used for transmitting the power of the motor to the rolling brush so as to drive the rolling brush to rotate. The rolling brush sucks dust particles, sewage and the like on the surface to be cleaned at the suction port into the cleaning base in the rotating process. The fluid supply system is generally used for applying cleaning fluid to a surface to be cleaned on the front side of a rolling brush or a cleaning base, and generally comprises a cleaning fluid tank for storing the cleaning fluid and a fluid distributor, which generally comprises at least one nozzle arranged on the cleaning base, a pump and necessary fluid pipelines, wherein the pump is used for conveying the cleaning fluid in the cleaning fluid tank to the nozzle through the fluid pipelines and spraying the cleaning fluid out through the nozzle, and the sprayed cleaning fluid is much in the form of mist or a bundle. The dirty liquid recovery system typically includes a dirty liquid tank, a suction unit, and a suction duct having a portion disposed within the cleaning base and in communication with the roller brush chamber. The suction unit generates negative pressure suction force, so that dirty fluid, air, dust particles and the like on the surface to be cleaned at the suction opening are sucked together, the dirty fluid and the dust particles are sucked into the dirty liquid tank to be collected, and the air is discharged into the external environment through the suction unit.
In the prior art, the nozzle is mostly installed in the cavity of the roller brush, which is located adjacent to the inlet of the suction duct and is opposite to a certain section of the roller brush to spray cleaning fluid. However, when the nozzle directly sprays the cleaning fluid on a certain section of the rolling brush, one part of the rolling brush in the rotation process is easy to be too wet to throw the cleaning fluid away, and the other part of the rolling brush is not well wetted, so that the cleaning fluid plays an uneven wetting effect on the surface to be cleaned, the suction port is not as long as sucking off the redundant cleaning fluid on a certain section of the rolling brush, and finally, a certain area corresponding to the surface to be cleaned has residual dirty fluid, which is not tidy enough. While other areas of the surface to be cleaned are not effectively cleaned. Secondly, since the nozzle is disposed adjacent to the inlet of the suction duct, a portion of the cleaning fluid sprayed from the nozzle is directly sucked into the suction duct, so that the cleaning fluid sprayed from the nozzle does not act on the roller brush, resulting in a reduction in cleaning effect.
