The left side and the right side of the bottom of the frame-1 are symmetrically provided with a traveling device-10 in parallel, and a power assembly fixed in the rear part of the frame-1 above the traveling device-10 is provided with an internal combustion engine-2 and a transfer case-3 which provide sufficient power for various functional mechanisms of equipment and the like; the power input port of the transfer case-3 is connected with the power output port of the crankshaft of the internal combustion engine-2 in a transmission way, the power of the internal combustion engine-2 is reasonably distributed to functional parts by the specially designed transfer case-3, and each power output port of the transfer case-3 is connected with a hydraulic pump matched with each function in a transmission way so as to drive functional parts such as a hydraulic motor, a hydraulic oil cylinder and the like. A receiving hopper-11 is hinged above the front part of the frame-1, and the receiving hopper is formed by two hopper components which are symmetrical left and right; the left side hopper and the right side hopper of the receiving hopper-11 can be flexibly opened and closed through a hydraulic oil cylinder in a loading manner, so that mineral aggregate leakage is smooth. The tail part of the frame-1 is provided with a gravel spreading device-18. A mineral aggregate transferring system-12 is arranged at the spatial position among the receiving hopper-11, the internal combustion engine-2, the lower side of the bottom of the transfer case-3, the rear side of the asphalt heating and heat insulating device-14 and the gravel spreading device-18; the mineral aggregate transferring system-12 mainly comprises a I-level parallel conveying functional mechanism and a II-level lifting functional mechanism; a feed inlet of the mineral aggregate transferring system-12 is communicated with a discharge outlet of the receiving hopper at the bottom of the lower side of the receiving hopper-11; the mineral aggregate transferring system-12 is arranged above and communicated with the feeding hole of the gravel spreading device-18. As shown in figures 1 and 2, the mineral aggregate transferring system-12 comprises mineral aggregate conveying devices I-121 and mineral aggregate lifting devices-122, which respectively realize I-level parallel conveying and II-level lifting conveying to jointly realize the transfer of the mineral aggregate in the receiving hopper-11 to the gravel spreading device-18, and the transfer feeding is metered and controlled. The mineral material conveying device I-121 fixed on the frame-1, the mineral material conveying device I feed port-1211 (namely the mineral material transferring system-12 feed port) and the mineral material conveying device I discharge port-1212 are communicated with the mineral material lifting device feed port-1221, and are arranged on the lower side of the bottom of the receiving hopper-11 and the lower side of the bottom of the internal combustion engine-2 and the transfer case-3. A mineral aggregate lifting device-122 is arranged at a spatial position between the internal combustion engine-2 and the asphalt heating and heat preserving device-14 and the gravel spreading device-18 and is fixed on the frame-1. A crushed stone spreading device feeding port-181 is arranged under and communicated with the mineral aggregate lifting device discharging port-1222, namely the mineral aggregate transferring system-12 discharging port, so as to realize continuous and stable feeding to the crushed stone spreading device-18.
As shown in FIG. 2, the first choice of the mineral aggregate conveying device I-121 is a chain scraper conveyor, which can also be a chain plate conveyor, a spiral conveyor, a chain belt conveyor or a belt conveyor; a driving sprocket shaft, also can be a spiral shaft or a belt roller shaft, of the mineral aggregate conveying device I-121 is in transmission connection with a mineral aggregate conveying speed reducer I; the mineral aggregate conveying speed reducer I is in transmission connection with a hydraulic motor of the mineral aggregate conveying device I, and the hydraulic motor of the mineral aggregate conveying device I is driven by a hydraulic pump matched with the mineral aggregate conveying device I and in transmission connection with the transfer case-3.
As shown in fig. 2, the mineral material lifting device-122 is preferably a bucket elevator, and may also be a scraper elevator, a belt elevator with a large elevation angle, a machine or a chain belt elevator with a large elevation angle; the driving chain wheel shaft of the mineral aggregate lifting device-122, which can also be a belt roller shaft, is in transmission connection with the mineral aggregate lifting device speed reducer. The speed reducer of the mineral aggregate lifting device is in transmission connection with a hydraulic motor of the mineral aggregate lifting device, and the hydraulic motor of the mineral aggregate lifting device is driven by a hydraulic pump matched with the hydraulic motor and in transmission connection with the transfer case-3.

And the discharge hole of the mineral aggregate transferring system, the mineral aggregate distributor and the feed hole of the gravel spreading device are communicated. Because the mineral aggregate spreading devices with different structural forms are selected and matched, the requirement on material distribution is different; when a fixed mechanical folding type mineral aggregate spreading device is usually selected for small-width (single-width pavement) spreading, a discharge port of a mineral aggregate conveying device directly feeds into the mineral aggregate spreading device; when the telescopic mineral aggregate spreading device is selected, mineral aggregates are respectively conveyed into a left mineral aggregate distributing and distributing groove and a right mineral aggregate distributing and distributing groove; particularly, when the pavement is spread in a large width and an over width (a plurality of pavements), the mineral aggregate must be respectively conveyed to left and right spiral distributing material grooves in corresponding mineral aggregate spreading devices. Therefore, the mineral aggregate distributor-20 is designed, so that the mineral aggregate can be effectively distributed when the mineral aggregate distributor is fed into the broken stone spreading device through the distributor-20, and the continuous and stable spreading construction operation is ensured.

As shown in figure 1, the asphalt transferring system-13 comprises a feeding asphalt pump I-131, an asphalt spraying pump-132, an asphalt conveying pipeline, an asphalt flowmeter, an asphalt pipeline valve, an asphalt multi-way flow dividing valve, a thermometer, a pressure gauge, a temperature sensor, a temperature controller, a pressure sensor and a pressure controller. Most parts of the asphalt transferring system-13 are arranged on both sides of the mineral aggregate lifting device-122 and the rear side of the asphalt heating and heat preserving device-14. The feeding asphalt pump I-131 and the asphalt spraying pump 132 are arranged on two sides of the lower part of the mineral aggregate lifting device-122 and are fixed on the frame-1, and the feeding asphalt pump I inlet is respectively fixed on two sides of the lower part of the center of the frame-1. The inlet and the outlet of the feeding asphalt pump I-131 are respectively connected with an asphalt outlet of an asphalt conveying vehicle and an inlet pipeline of an asphalt heating and heat insulating device, and are used for conveying asphalt on the asphalt conveying vehicle into an asphalt heating and heat insulating device-14; the inlet and the outlet of the asphalt spraying pump-132 are respectively connected with pipelines such as an asphalt heating and heat-insulating device-14, a valve, an asphalt flow meter, an asphalt pressure gauge, an inlet of an asphalt spraying device-17 and the like, and asphalt is conveyed to the asphalt spraying device-17.
As shown in figure 1, the asphalt transferring system-13 is provided with an asphalt metering device which comprises an asphalt flow meter, an asphalt pressure sensor and an asphalt pump rotating speed sensor. The feeding asphalt pump I-131 and the asphalt spraying pump 132 adopt a variable asphalt pump or a variable hydraulic pump and a variable hydraulic motor; the delivery flow and the pressure of the asphalt delivery system are cooperatively and coordinately controlled through the displacement change or the rotating speed regulation of the variable hydraulic motor or the variable hydraulic pump and the opening and closing degree of the valve of the asphalt pipeline. The control of the asphalt spraying amount and the metering precision of the asphalt conveying system is finished. The feed asphalt pump I-131 and asphalt spray pump 132 may also be driven by electric or variable frequency electric motors, preferably hydraulic motors.

As shown in figure 1, the asphalt transferring system-13 also comprises a feeding asphalt pump II-133, and the feeding asphalt pump II-133 is arranged at the lower part of the center of the rear side of the gravel spreading device-18 and is fixed on the frame by adopting a cantilever beam structure. The dust removing device comprises a dust hood, an exhaust fan, a dust filtering device and a dust hood lifting device. The dust hood surrounds the discharge hole of the gravel spreading device-18, the milling and brushing device-16 and the asphalt spraying device-17 and can be adjusted up and down, the dust hood keeps a small distance from the pavement in the gravel spreading operation process so as not to influence the pavement, and otherwise, the dust hood is lifted to be as far away from the pavement as possible. The dust excluding hood is connected with the inlet pipeline of the exhaust fan, and the dust filtering device is connected with the outlet pipeline of the exhaust fan.
In conclusion, compared with the traditional synchronous chip sealer vehicle, the sprayed and spread pavement quality is obviously improved. The excellent performance is shown as follows: the process procedures of receiving materials, carrying out minimally invasive pretreatment, namely, carrying out wet-type minimally invasive punching and milling dry-type minimally invasive milling and sweeping, spraying asphalt, spreading fibers, spreading broken stones, removing dust and the like can be simultaneously integrated into a whole to complete the paving construction operation at one time. The synchronous chip seal paver of claim 1, characterized in that the mineral aggregate transfer system (12) comprises a mineral aggregate conveying device I (121) and a mineral aggregate lifting device (122), which respectively realize I-level parallel conveying and II-level lifting conveying, and transfer the mineral aggregate in the receiving hopper (11) to the chip spreading device (18); the ore material conveying device I (121) is arranged on the lower side of the receiving hopper (11) and the lower side of the internal combustion engine (2), a feed port of the ore material conveying device I (121), namely a feed port of an ore material transferring system, is communicated with a feed port of the receiving hopper (11), a feed port (1212) of the ore material conveying device I is communicated with a feed port (1221) of the ore material lifting device, the ore material lifting device (122) is arranged between the internal combustion engine (2) and the asphalt heating and heat insulating device (14) and the crushed stone spreading device (18), and a feed port of the ore material lifting device (1222), namely a feed port of the ore material transferring system, is arranged above the feed port (181) of the crushed stone spreading device and is communicated with the feed port of the crushed stone spreading device.

The synchronous chip seal paver of claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the mineral aggregate conveyor i (121) is a chain scraper conveyor, or a chain slat conveyor, or a screw conveyor, or a chain belt conveyor, or a belt conveyor; the mineral aggregate lifting device (122) is a hopper type lifting machine, a belt type lifting machine, a chain belt type lifting machine or a scraper type lifting machine.

The synchronous chip sealer paver of claim 1, further comprising a mineral aggregate distributor (20), wherein the mineral aggregate distributor (20) is arranged between and communicated with the discharge port of the mineral aggregate transferring system (12) and the feed port of the chip spreading device (18) to realize a function of mineral aggregate conveying to the chip spreading device (18).
5. The synchronous chip seal paver of claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the mineral aggregate transfer system (12) is designed with a mineral aggregate metering device to control the amount of mineral aggregate transferred.

The synchronous chip seal paver of claim 1 further comprising a mineral aggregate screening device, wherein the mineral aggregate screening device is arranged between the discharge port of the mineral aggregate conveying system (12) and the feed port (181) of the chip spreading device to filter the ultra-grain-size mineral aggregate.
