本实用新型涉及一种压接(或者说卷边)连接装置。
背景技术
在现有技术的解决方案中,通常通过以下方式接触电缆的电缆屏蔽层:将套管压接到电缆屏蔽层上,并且将电缆屏蔽层弯回或翻回到该套管上。电缆屏蔽层的弯回段与接触元件接触。电缆屏蔽层的弯回是复杂的过程,一方面需要非常专业的设备来实施该过程,并且另一方面明显增加了制造压接连接装置所需的时间。这减少了单位时间可生产的压接连接装置的数量并且因此增加了其成本。
实用新型内容
因此,本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种简单、省时且节省成本的压接连接装置,同时保持电缆屏蔽层的电接触的质量。
按照本实用新型,对于开头提到的压接连接装置,该技术问题被解决,方式是:该压接连接装置包括具有电缆屏蔽层的电缆、围绕电缆屏蔽层压接的接触元件和围绕电缆屏蔽层延伸的屏蔽套管,其中,所述接触元件直接压接到屏蔽套管上并且通过屏蔽套管间接与电缆屏蔽层接触。
由于接触元件直接压接到屏蔽套管上,因此按照本实用新型的压接连接装置可以省时和节省成本地制造。尤其地,不必设置电缆屏蔽层与接触元件直接接触,因此压接过程设计得更简单。因此,与已知的压接连接装置相比,按照本实用新型的压接连接装置可以在相同时间内生产更多的件数并且更廉价地生产。
同时,使用也可以称为接触套管或套圈的屏蔽套管的优点是:与现有技术的压接连接装置相比,电缆屏蔽层的电接触在质量上保持恒定。
尽管压接连接装置的结构更简单,但接触元件通过屏蔽套管与电缆屏蔽层的间接接触仍满足这种压接连接装置(例如同轴电缆的电缆端接)要求的规范。这些规范可以主要包括:
保持力(直至在力影响下引起的接触元件与电缆的机械和电气分离);
射频性能,其可以借助于阻抗和回波损耗(英文:return loss)表示;和
电缆屏蔽层对电磁脉冲或信号的有效性(英文:EMC shielding effectiveness)。
此外,按照本实用新型的压接连接装置在低温性能、高温性能以及耐高空气湿度和/或振动性能方面绝不逊色于现有技术的解决方案。
压接连接装置可以通过本身是有利的并且可以彼此独立地相互组合的设计方案来进一步改进,这些设计方案在下文详细描述。
压接连接装置尤其可以涉及电缆端部。电缆可以具有内导体和布置在该内导体周围的电缆屏蔽层。屏蔽套管可以沿周向围绕电缆屏蔽层布置,从而从压接连接装置的中心径向向外指向的旋转对称结构包括如下:内导体;优选绝缘体;电缆屏蔽层;屏蔽套管和电接触元件。在使用某些电缆、例如同轴电缆的情况下,内导体和电缆屏蔽层之间的绝缘是绝对必要的。
尤其地,压接连接装置的屏蔽套管可以与电缆屏蔽层压接,和/或接触元件与屏蔽套管压接。优选地,屏蔽套管和电缆屏蔽层彼此压接,以及接触元件和屏蔽套管彼此压接。
尤其地,电缆屏蔽层可以是屏蔽编织层。在该屏蔽编织层中,多根小的绞合线彼此交织并且构成电缆屏蔽层。这种形式为屏蔽编织层的电缆屏蔽层具有以下优点:其可以弯曲而不会受到损坏,并且通过形成编织物可以产生连续的屏蔽。对此,不需要电缆屏蔽层沿周向的接合步骤。
但按照本实用新型,屏蔽编织层不必被弯曲,因此屏蔽套管可以与电缆屏蔽层、尤其屏蔽编织层的完好区域接触。在已知的具有弯回的屏蔽编织层的解决方案中,屏蔽编织层可能如此被改变,使得弯回的屏蔽编织层不能均匀地布置在屏蔽套管上,并且可形成点状的贴靠面。
在另外的设计方案中,所述电缆具有至少一个内导体,其中,所述电缆屏蔽层单层地围绕所述内导体并且与内导体间隔地布置。
因此,电缆屏蔽层不像已知的解决方案那样被弯回。如开头提到的,在已知的压接连接装置的制造中,电缆屏蔽层的弯回(Umbiegen)是耗时且昂贵的步骤。
屏蔽套管可以是冲弯件。屏蔽套管可以被冲出并且弯回并且具有沿轴向延伸的壁部。该壁部可以沿周向中断并且在屏蔽套管的至少一个侧面上具有形状配合元件,在屏蔽套管的压接状态下,该形状配合元件与另外的侧面的对应形状配合元件嵌接。因此,在压接状态下,压接的屏蔽套管可以附加地通过形状配合元件来固定,该形状配合元件与对应形状配合元件处于形状配合。
屏蔽套管可以由铜合金构成。也可以考虑其它合金。
根据以上关于本身有利的设计方案的说明,各个单独的实施例的不同特征可以彼此组合。如果与单独的特征相关联的优点不重要,则根据上述说明也可以省略该特征。相同的技术特征和具有相同技术效果的特征用相同的附图标记表示。除非明确排除,否则技术特征的描述可以转移到所示的所有图中。这避免了重复描述。

具体实施方式
为了清楚起见,在图1中仅示出一根电缆3用于说明。所示的电缆是同轴电缆3a。在所示的设计方案中,该同轴电缆具有内导体5,该内导体被内绝缘体7包围。内绝缘体7通常是电介质7a。
电缆屏蔽层9围绕内绝缘体7布置。在该设计方案中示出的电缆屏蔽层9是由多根绞合线11构成的屏蔽编织层13。可选地,也可以在内绝缘体7和电缆屏蔽层9之间布置屏蔽膜(未示出)。这种屏蔽膜可以代表电缆屏蔽层9的附加的或替代的可能的设计方案。
电缆3的保护外套15布置在屏蔽编织层13的周围。在其它的设计方案中,保护外套15可以围绕电缆屏蔽层9的其它的设计方案布置。
在图2中示出电缆3连同屏蔽套管17。屏蔽套管17围绕电缆屏蔽层9、即围绕屏蔽编织层13布置并且与电缆屏蔽层压接。
还可以看到,屏蔽套管17具有外部结构19,该外部结构改善了(在图3和图4中示出的)(电)接触元件21的机械接触和电接触。这一方面可以提高连接的抗拉强度,并且还可以确保良好的电接触。屏蔽套管17还可以具有内部结构(未示出),该内部结构改善了屏蔽套管17相对于屏蔽编织层13的机械连接和电连接。
屏蔽套管17因此直接压接到未弯回的屏蔽编织层13上。屏蔽套管17优选是冲弯件23并且包括铜合金17a。
在图3中示出按照本实用新型的压接连接装置1。为此,电接触元件21通过压接套管17压接到图2所示的电缆3上。电接触元件21也优选是冲弯件23。
图3所示的压接连接装置1的设计方案代表同轴插头25,但在其它的设计方案中可以具有其它的插头几何形状和插头尺寸。为了在其它电缆结构上接触/与其它电缆结构接触,例如可以设置绞合的数据线。电接触元件21和电缆3沿轴向27延伸。
压接连接装置1不一定是旋转对称的,其它几何形状也是可能的。
从图3中可以看出,电接触元件21具有接合或重叠区域29,电接触元件21的侧面31在该接合或重叠区域处彼此嵌接。这些侧面31具有形状配合元件31a和对应形状配合元件31b,在压接状态下,形状配合元件和对应形状配合元件彼此嵌接。屏蔽套管17也可以具有这种形状配合元件31a和对应形状配合元件31b。
图4示出压接连接装置1的示意性且非按比例绘制的剖面图。该剖面图沿轴向27示出,更确切地说在保护外套15(参照图1和图2)已被去除的区域中示出。
居中布置的内导体5被内绝缘体7包围(没有阴影线,但还是以剖视图示出)。设计为屏蔽编织层13的电缆屏蔽层9围绕内绝缘体,屏蔽套管17压接到电缆屏蔽层9上。电接触元件21又压接到屏蔽套管17上。因此,电接触元件21直接压接到屏蔽套管17上并且通过屏蔽套管17间接地接触电缆屏蔽层9。
在图4的示意图中未示出侧面31和连接或重叠区域29。

Claims (6)

1.一种压接连接装置(1),其特征在于,包括具有电缆屏蔽层(9)的电缆(3)、围绕电缆屏蔽层(9)压接的接触元件(21)和围绕电缆屏蔽层(9)延伸的屏蔽套管(17),其中,所述接触元件(21)直接压接到屏蔽套管(17)上并且通过屏蔽套管(17)间接与电缆屏蔽层(9)接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的压接连接装置(1),其特征在于,所述屏蔽套管(17)与所述电缆屏蔽层(9)压接,和/或所述接触元件(21)与所述屏蔽套管(17)压接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的压接连接装置(1),其特征在于,所述电缆屏蔽层(9)是屏蔽编织层(13)。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的压接连接装置(1),其特征在于,所述电缆(3)具有至少一个内导体(5),并且其中,所述电缆屏蔽层(9)单层地围绕所述内导体(5)并且与内导体间隔地布置。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的压接连接装置(1),其特征在于,在所述屏蔽套管(17)的至少一个侧面(31)上设有形状配合元件(31a),在屏蔽套管(17)的压接状态下,该形状配合元件与另外的侧面(31)的对应形状配合元件(31b)嵌接。
6.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的压接连接装置(1),其特征在于,所述屏蔽套管(17)由铜合金(17a)构成。
