5. A poultry feed proportioning device according to claim 4 further comprising a plurality of brackets (30), the top ends of the plurality of brackets (30) being connected to the front of the bottom end of the storage silo (1).
6. A poultry feed proportioning device according to claim 5 further comprising a plurality of seats (31), one seat (31) being attached to the bottom end of any one of the brackets (30).
7. A poultry feed proportioning device according to claim 6 further comprising a second baffle (34), the bottom end of the second baffle (34) being hinged to the top end of the feed hopper (3).
8. A poultry feed proportioning device according to claim 7 further comprising a second baffle (34), wherein the top end of the storage bin (1) is provided with a viewing port, and the viewing port is provided with a viewing window (35).
