Based on the above technical scheme, after the outside air flows into the fresh air module 10 from the air inlet 11, the obliquely arranged guide rib plate 1311 can prevent rainwater from being directly poured into the air inlet channel 13, when part of the rainwater enters the air inlet channel 13 along with fresh air and collides with the water baffle 1331, the rainwater flows downwards along the water baffle 1331, and the rest of the fresh air continuously flows forwards to the filter assembly 2 through the ventilation gap 135 and is extracted from the air outlet 12 into the indoor space after being filtered; fresh air module 10 in this application embodiment is used for installing in outdoor space to avoid occupying indoor space, and can effectively prevent the rainwater invasion, reduce the electric leakage risk, improve the life of product.
A second aspect of the embodiment of the present application provides an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, specifically, as shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the outdoor unit includes an outdoor unit main body 20 and a fresh air module 10 according to any one of the first aspect, wherein the fresh air module 10 is installed on a top of the outdoor unit main body 20.
In some embodiments, the outdoor unit main body 20 includes a box body 21 and functional components (such as a compressor, a fan assembly, etc.) installed in the box body 21, a top of the box body 21 can be opened, the fresh air module 10 is installed on the top of the box body 21 and covers the opening, that is, the fresh air module 10 is integrated inside the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, and a top structure of the fresh air module 10 forms a top structure of the box body 21, so that an overall structure can be simplified. The top of box 21 also can be sealed, and when the top of box 21 was sealed, new trend module 10 was relatively independent with off-premises station main part 20, and the user can pull down new trend module 10 according to actual demand, does not influence the use of air conditioner.
In some embodiments of the application, specifically, the inclination angle of the guide rib plate 1311 is set to 30-45 degrees, so that rainwater can be effectively prevented from being poured in, and fresh air can be guaranteed to pass through smoothly.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the air inlet grille 111 is disposed at the air inlet 11, and the guide rib plate 1311 is connected to the air inlet grille 111 in a matching manner, so as to further prevent rainwater from entering the housing 1, and ensure that the air inlet passage 13 is connected to the air inlet 11 in a matching manner.
As shown in fig. 11, in some embodiments of the present invention, a top side of the water baffle 1331 is connected to a top side of the air passing cavity 133, and a ventilation gap 135 is formed between the water baffle 1331 and both front and rear sidewalls of the air passing cavity 133; when the fresh air with rainwater is drawn in, the fresh air collides with the water baffle 1331 in the forward direction and then flows forward from the ventilation gaps 135 at both sides.
Further, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 9, two mounting columns 136 are spaced apart from each other on the bottom surface of the air intake channel 13, and the bottom side of the water baffle 1331 is connected to the top of the mounting columns 136, i.e., the water baffle 1331 is erected inside the air intake channel 13, and a ventilation space is also left between the bottom side of the air intake channel 13 and the bottom wall surface of the air intake channel 13.
In addition, as shown in fig. 9, a drain hole 14 communicating with the bottom surface of the air passing cavity 133 is formed at the bottom of the housing 1, the drain hole 14 is formed between the two mounting columns 136, and the fresh air module 10 is discharged through the drain hole 14 after the rainwater on the water baffle 1331 flows downwards.
In order to smoothly discharge the remaining water in the air passing chamber 133 from the water discharge hole 14, as shown in fig. 9, a groove 1332 recessed downward is provided on the bottom surface of the air passing chamber 133, the water discharge hole 14 is opened in the groove 1332, and the groove 1332 functions as water collection.
In addition, in this application, in order to facilitate manufacturing and easy disassembly, the housing 1 includes: the air draft device comprises a base 15, a ventilation support 16 and a top cover 17, wherein a containing groove 151 is formed in the top of the base 15, an air inlet 11 and an air outlet 12 are formed in the side part of the base 15, and an air draft assembly 3 is arranged in the containing groove 151; the ventilation bracket 16 is detachably arranged in the accommodating groove 151 of the base 15, and the air inlet channel 13 is arranged on the ventilation bracket 16; the top cover 17 is mounted on the top of the base 15 and covers the receiving groove 151.

the air exhaust device comprises a base, wherein the top of the base is provided with an accommodating groove, the air inlet and the air outlet are both arranged on the side part of the base, and the air exhaust component is arranged in the accommodating groove;
the ventilation support is detachably arranged in the accommodating groove of the base, and the air inlet channel is arranged on the ventilation support; and
the top cover is arranged at the top of the base and covers the accommodating groove.
9. The fresh air module of claim 8 further comprising:
the electric control assembly is electrically connected with the air draft assembly, is arranged in the shell and is positioned between the ventilation bracket and the air draft assembly;
