Fig. 1 is a schematic view illustrating a first view angle of an outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present disclosure;
fig. 2 is a schematic structural diagram of an air conditioner outdoor unit according to a second viewing angle in the embodiment of the present disclosure; FIG. 3 is a first perspective view of a support base and a divider plate according to an embodiment of the present disclosure; fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a second view angle of a supporting seat and a partition plate according to an embodiment of the disclosure. Referring to fig. 1 to 4, an outdoor unit of an air conditioner according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a casing 100, a partition plate 200, an electric control box 300, and a support base 400. The partition plate 200 is vertically disposed inside the casing 100, and divides the inside of the casing 100 into the compressor chamber 110 and the fan chamber 120. The electronic control box 300 is disposed above the partition plate 200. The supporting base 400 is used for supporting the electrical control box 300, and a water outlet 410 is formed on the bottom surface of the supporting base 400.
In the conventional outdoor unit of an air conditioner, the electronic control box 300 is generally disposed above the partition plate 200, the partition plate 200 is used as a support, and the electronic control box 300 is provided with a circuit module and a heat dissipation module, so as to facilitate heat dissipation of the electronic control box 300, a portion of the electronic control box 300, in which the heat dissipation module is disposed, is generally disposed in the fan cavity 120, and a portion of the electronic control box 300, in which the circuit module is disposed, is disposed in the compressor cavity 110, so that a gap is inevitably formed at a connection position of the electronic control box 300 and the partition plate 200. In the case that the outdoor environment is humid or the air conditioner is used in rainy or snowy days, since the outdoor unit fan is operated at a high speed, rainwater may infiltrate into the compressor cavity 110 and the electric control box 300 through the connecting gap between the partition plate 200 and the electric control box 300, which may cause a problem that the electric devices in the compressor cavity 110 or other components in the electric control box 300 are short-circuited and failed due to water. Accordingly, the embodiment of the present disclosure provides an outdoor unit of an air conditioner, in which the water outlet 410 is disposed on the bottom surface of the supporting base 400, when the fan in the fan cavity 120 of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner operates at a high speed, even if water vapor in the fan cavity 120 is dispersed around and permeates into the compressor cavity 110 through the connecting gap between the partition plate 200 and the electronic control box 300, the water vapor can flow back into the fan cavity 120 through the water outlet 410, so that the water resistance and safety of components in the compressor cavity 110 are improved, and the normal operation of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is ensured.
Alternatively, the partition plate 200 is vertically disposed inside the casing 100, dividing the inside of the casing 100 into the compressor chamber 110 and the fan chamber 120. The compressor cavity 110 is internally provided with electrical devices such as a compressor, etc., the fan cavity 120 is internally provided with a fan, an outdoor heat exchanger, etc.,
optionally, the supporting seat 400 is disposed on the partition plate 200. Thus, it is more beneficial to save the available space of the housing 100, and the partition plate 200 can provide a supporting function for the supporting seat 400, thereby improving the stability of the supporting seat 400.
Optionally, the bottom surface of the support base 400 is provided with a drain 410. In the case where the electronic control box 300 is mounted above the partition plate 200 through the support base 400, even if moisture in the fan chamber 120 is scattered around and permeates into the compressor chamber 110 through the connection gap between the partition plate 200 and the electronic control box 300, the moisture can flow back into the fan chamber 120 through the drain port 410.
Optionally, one or more drain openings 410 are provided.
By adopting the air conditioner outdoor unit provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the water outlet is arranged on the bottom surface of the supporting seat, so that under the condition that a fan in a fan cavity of the air conditioner outdoor unit runs at a high speed, even if water vapor in the fan cavity is dispersed around and permeates into a compressor cavity through a connecting gap between the partition plate and the electric appliance box, the water vapor can flow back into the fan cavity through the water outlet, and the water resistance and the safety of electronic components in the compressor cavity are improved; in addition, simple structure, manufacturing convenience in this scheme are favorable to reducing manufacturing cost.
Fig. 5 is a partially enlarged schematic view of fig. 4 provided by an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in connection with FIG. 5, in some embodiments, the drain 410 includes a first side 411 and a second side 412. The first side 411 and the second side 412 are oppositely disposed, the first side 411 is close to the compressor cavity 110, and the second side 412 is provided with a water guide plate 420 extending below the first side 411.
By arranging the water guide plate 420 at the second side edge 412, under the condition that water vapor in the fan cavity is diffused all around and permeates into the compressor cavity 110 through a connecting gap between the partition plate 200 and the electronic control box 300, the water vapor is gathered at the bottom of the supporting seat 400 and then flows downwards along the water guide plate 420 to flow back into the fan cavity 120, so that rainwater/snow water can be effectively shielded; in addition, through the cooperation of the water guide plate 420 and the second side edge 412, rainwater/snow in the wind shield cavity 120 can be prevented from being blown into the compressor cavity 110 along the water outlet, so that the influence of the rainwater/snow on the electrical devices in the compressor cavity 110 and the electrical control box 300 and potential safety hazards caused by the influence are further avoided, and the service life and the reliability of the air conditioner are effectively guaranteed.
Optionally, the perpendicular distance between the first side edge 411 and the second side edge 412 is less than or equal to 10 mm. Further, if the vertical distance is too small, the water collected at the bottom of the support base 400 is difficult to smoothly flow out of the drain port 410 by the viscous force of the water itself; if the vertical distance is too large, it is likely that rain/snow water in the fan chamber 120 will flow into the compressor chamber 110 from the drain 410.
Optionally, the water guide plate 420 may have an angle in the range of 30 ° to 90 ° with respect to the horizontal plane. Further, if the angle between the water guide plate 420 and the horizontal plane is too small, the driving force for driving the unit rainwater/snow water to move along the water guide plate is smaller, that is, the component force of gravity is smaller, and the rainwater/snow water moves more slowly, that is, the water guide effect of the water guide plate 420 is worse.
In some embodiments, the upper surface of the water guide plate 420 is provided with a water guide groove opened along the extending direction of the water guide plate 420.
Optionally, in order to improve the water guiding capability of the water guide plate 420 for rainwater/snow water, a water guide groove opened along the extending direction of the water guide plate 420 is provided on the upper surface of the water guide plate 420. Thus, by the arrangement of the water guide groove, rainwater/snow water can be effectively guided to flow along the water guide groove, so that the water guide capacity of the water guide plate 420 is improved, the influence of the rainwater/snow water on the electrical devices in the compressor cavity 110 and the electrical control box 300 and potential safety hazards caused by the influence are avoided, and the service life and the reliability of the air conditioner are effectively guaranteed.
In some embodiments, after the rainwater/snow seeps into the compressor cavity 110 along the connecting gap between the divider plate 200 and the electrical control box 300, the height of the first side 411 is higher than that of the second side 412 in order to inhibit the rainwater/snow from flowing along the bottom surface of the supporting seat 400.
Alternatively, the height of the first side 411 is higher than that of the second side 412, which can be understood as setting the height of the plane of the first side 411 to be higher than that of the plane of the second side 412, that is, setting the bottom surface of the supporting seat 400 from the first side 411 to the second side 412 to be an inclined bottom surface. Thus, after the rainwater/snow water seeps into the compressor cavity 110 along the connecting gap between the splitter plate 200 and the electronic control box 300 and flows to the bottom of the supporting seat 400, since the second side 412 is close to the side of the splitter plate 200, the rainwater/snow water flows out along the water guide plate 420 on one side of the second side 412, and the height of the second side 412 is lower than that of the first side 411, the rainwater/snow water can be effectively reduced from flowing to one side of the first side 411, and the waterproofness and safety of the electric device in the compressor cavity are improved.
In some embodiments, the first side edge 411 is an arcuate edge that curves toward the second side edge 412.
Alternatively, in order to improve the ability of rainwater/snow water to flow downward from the side of the first side 411, the first side 411 is provided as an arc-shaped side bent toward the second side 412 to reduce the resistance to the flow of the liquid.
In some embodiments, the electrical control pod 300 is configured in a stair-step shape having a high step 310 and a low step 320. The support base 400 is constructed in an L-shaped structure such that the support base 400 is fitted with the low step portion 320. The support base 400 includes a vertically disposed vertical plate 430 and a horizontally disposed horizontal plate 440. The free end of the horizontal plate 440 is connected to the partition plate 200, the free end of the vertical plate 430 is caught at a stepped corner between the high-step portion 310 and the low-step portion 320, and the free end of the vertical plate 430 is provided with a flange 431, and the flange 431 abuts against the bottom surface of the high-step portion 310. Wherein, the drain port 410 is disposed on the horizontal plate 440.
Alternatively, in the outdoor unit of the air conditioner disclosed in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the electric control box 300 is configured in a stepped shape having a high step portion 310 and a low step portion 320. The high-step portion 310 is provided with a heat dissipation module therein and is disposed in the fan cavity 120, and the low-step portion 320 is provided with a circuit module therein and is disposed in the compressor cavity 110. The support base 400 is constructed in an L-shaped structure such that the corner of the support base 400 of the L-shaped structure is fitted to the corner of the low-step portion 320, i.e., the corner of the low-step portion 320 located below the corner of the step between the high-step portion 310 and the low-step portion 320, to support the electrical control box 300. Optionally, the support base 400 includes a vertically disposed vertical plate 430 and a horizontally disposed horizontal plate 440. The free end of the horizontal plate 440 is coupled to the partition plate 200 and the free end of the vertical plate 430 is caught at the corner of the step between the high step portion 310 and the low step portion 320 so that the support base 400 of the L-shaped structure is fitted at the corner of the low step portion 320. Alternatively, in order to improve the stability of the supporting seat 400, the free end of the horizontal plate 440 is fixedly coupled to the partition plate 200. Optionally, the free end of the vertical plate 430 is provided with a hem 431, and the hem 431 abuts against the bottom surface of the high-step portion 310 so as to form a support for the high-step portion 310. Optionally, the free end of the vertical plate 430 is provided with a hem 431, the hem 431 abutting against the bottom surface of the high-step portion 310. In this way, stability and safety of the support of the high-order section 310 can be improved.
In actual use, the support base 400 and the partition plate 200 may be provided as a single body, and since the stepped corners of the high-step portion 310 and the low-step portion 320 of the electrical control box 300 are engaged with the free ends of the vertical plates 430 of the support base 400 having an L-shaped structure, a gap is inevitably formed at the connection position. Therefore, according to the outdoor unit of the air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the present disclosure, the water outlet 410 is disposed on the bottom surface of the supporting base 400, so that even if the moisture in the fan cavity 120 is dispersed around and permeates into the compressor cavity 110 through the connecting gap between the partition plate 200 and the electronic control box 300, the moisture can flow back into the fan cavity 120 through the water outlet 410 under the condition that the fan in the fan cavity 120 of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner operates at a high speed, thereby improving the water resistance and safety of the components in the compressor cavity 110, and ensuring the normal operation of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner.
Alternatively, the free end of the horizontal plate 440 of the support base 400 is coupled to the partition plate 200, and a mounting gap is formed between the vertical plate 430 and the partition plate 200 so that the lower step is mounted to the support base 400. Optionally, the outdoor unit of an air conditioner provided in the embodiment of the present disclosure further includes a sealing member 500 connected between the vertical plate 430 and the partition plate 200 to improve the sealing performance of the support base 400 and prevent rainwater/snow water from penetrating into the compressor cavity 110 from a gap between the free end of the vertical plate 430 of the support base 400 and the partition plate 200. Alternatively, the sealing member 500 is screw-coupled with the support base 400 and the separation plate 200.
In some embodiments, the flange 431 is provided with a locking groove, and the bottom surface of the high-step portion 310 is provided with a rib for locking with the locking groove.
Optionally, in order to improve the stability of the installation of the electrical control box 300, the free end of the vertical plate 430 of the support seat 400 clamped at the step corners of the high-step portion 310 and the low-step portion 320 is provided with a folded edge 431, the folded edge 431 is provided with a clamping groove, and the bottom surface of the high-step portion 310 is provided with a convex rib clamped with the clamping groove. Since the outdoor unit of the air conditioner vibrates during operation, the ribs on the bottom surface of the high-order part 310 are matched with the slots at the folded edges 431, so that the electric control box 300 can be prevented from being displaced due to the vibration of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner, and the installation stability of the electric control box 300 is improved.
In some embodiments, an elastomeric sealing strip is provided along the periphery of the card slot.
Optionally, in order to further reduce the infiltration of rainwater/snow into the compressor cavity 110 and into the electronic control box through the connecting gap between the partition plate 200 and the electronic control box 300, an elastic sealing strip is provided along the periphery of the clamping groove. Optionally, the elastic sealing strip is made of elastic plastic material.
In some embodiments, the divider plate 200 is integrally formed with the support base 400. Therefore, the manufacturing process is simpler, the production efficiency and the assembly efficiency are improved, materials can be saved, and the production cost and the production time are reduced.
An embodiment of the present disclosure provides an air conditioner, including the outdoor unit of the air conditioner provided in the foregoing embodiment.
By adopting the air conditioner provided by the embodiment of the disclosure, the water outlet is arranged on the bottom surface of the supporting seat of the electric appliance box of the outdoor unit, and under the condition that a fan in a fan cavity of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner runs at a high speed, even if water vapor in the fan cavity is dispersed around and permeates into the compressor cavity through a connecting gap between the partition plate and the electric appliance box, the water vapor can flow back into the fan cavity through the water outlet, so that the water resistance and the safety of electronic components in the compressor cavity of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner are improved; in addition, the air conditioner has the advantages of simple structure and convenience in manufacturing, and is favorable for reducing the manufacturing cost of the air conditioner.
