These directional terms are merely used to facilitate the description of embodiments of the application and to simplify the description and do not indicate or imply that the devices or elements referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operate in a particular orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting embodiments of the application.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5 to 8, an electric control box 10 is provided in an embodiment of the present application, and the electric control box 10 includes a box body 11 and an air duct housing 12.
The case 11 has a bottom wall 111 and a side wall 112 on one side of the bottom wall 111, the bottom wall 111 and the side wall 112 defining a housing chamber 11a and an air intake 11b communicating with the housing chamber 11 a.
The accommodating chamber 11a is used for accommodating an electronic control assembly of the electronic control box 10. The air inlet 11b is an inlet for the external air flow into the accommodating chamber 11 a.
Referring to fig. 3 and 5, the electronic control box 10 may further include a box cover 13, where the box cover 13 is disposed on the box body 11.
The manner in which the cover 13 is disposed on the box body 11 is not limited, for example, referring to fig. 5 and 8, an opening communicating with the accommodating cavity 11a may be disposed on a side of the box body 11 opposite to the bottom wall 111, the box body 11 may be provided with a first clamping portion 113 on the side wall 112, the cover 13 includes a cover body 131, an annular limiting rib 132 disposed on one side of the cover body 131, and a second clamping portion 133 disposed on the cover body 131, where the annular limiting rib 132 extends into the accommodating cavity 11a from the opening to perform a limiting function, and the second clamping portion 133 is in clamping fit with the first clamping portion 113.
In other embodiments, the annular limiting rib 132 may not be provided, for example, the second clamping portion 133 may be only in clamping engagement with the first clamping portion 113. In other embodiments, the case 11 and the case cover 13 may be fastened by a fastener such as a screw, or the case cover 13 may be connected to the case 11 by micro deformation of the case 11.
The duct case 12 has a duct 12a and an air outlet 12b communicating with the duct 12a, the duct case 12 is located on a side of the bottom wall 111 facing away from the accommodating chamber 11a, and the duct 12a communicates with the accommodating chamber 11 a.
The air duct 12a is a passage through which the air flow flows, and the air duct 12a is not limited to the accommodating chamber 11a, and for example, referring to fig. 6, an air passing port 111b may be provided on the bottom wall 111, and the air duct 12a is communicated with the accommodating chamber 11a through the air passing port 111b, that is, the air flow in the accommodating chamber 11a flows into the air duct 12a through the air passing port 111 b.
For example, the air duct case 12 may also be provided with an air inlet communicating with the air duct 12a, and the portion of the air duct case 12 provided with the air inlet may extend into the accommodating chamber 11a, so that the air duct 12a communicates with the accommodating chamber 11a through the air inlet.
When the air flow entering the accommodating cavity 11a from the air inlet 11b passes through the accommodating cavity 11a, the air flow can absorb heat generated by the electric control assembly in the accommodating cavity 11a, and the air flow with the heat absorbed enters the air duct 12a and flows out from the air outlet 12b, so that the electric control assembly can be subjected to heat dissipation.

The electronic control box 10 is arranged in the outer shell 20 and is close to the top side of the outer shell 20 along the height direction, the air duct shell 12 is positioned at the bottom side of the bottom wall 111 along the height direction, the air inlet 11b is communicated with the press cavity 20b, and the air outlet 12b is communicated with the fan cavity 20 a.
The installation manner of the electronic control box 10 in the casing 20 is not limited, and referring to fig. 2 to 4, for example, the electronic control box 10 may be fixed on top of the partition board 30, where the air inlet 11b is provided on the box 11 is located in the press cavity 20b, and another part of the box 11 and the air duct casing 12 are located in the fan cavity 20 a.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, during operation of the outdoor unit, the fan rotates to generate negative pressure in the fan chamber 20a, and because the housing 20 is of a non-sealing structure, external air flows into the compressor chamber 20b, then enters the accommodating chamber 11a from the air inlet 11b, then enters the air duct 12a, and finally flows out from the air outlet 12b, thereby forming an air flow path to dissipate heat of the electronic control assembly.
The embodiment of the application also provides an air conditioner which comprises the outdoor unit provided by any embodiment of the application.
The electronic control box 10 of the embodiment of the application is provided with the box body 11 with the accommodating cavity 11a and the air inlet 11b, and the air duct shell 12 with the air duct 12a and the air outlet 12b, and the air duct shell 12 is arranged on one side of the bottom wall 111 of the box body 11, which is far away from the accommodating cavity 11a, so that the whole structure of the electronic control box 10 is relatively compact, more installation space in an outdoor unit is not occupied, and meanwhile, the air duct 12a is communicated with the accommodating cavity 11a, so that a better heat dissipation effect can be achieved on an electronic control assembly in the electronic control box 10. Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the first sub-wall 1121 is inclined toward the second side X2, so that the fan rotation can be prevented from being affected by too close distance between the box 11 and the fan as much as possible.
Further, referring to fig. 7, for the electronic control box 10 having the first duct wall 121 and the first sub-wall 1121 inclined to the second side X2, a partial region of the first duct wall 121 may be located outside the duct 12a and attached to the outer surface of the first sub-wall 1121, thereby preventing water flow from penetrating into the duct 12a from the gaps of the box body 11 and the duct case 12 near the first side X1 of the box body 11.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the air duct housing 12 is detachably connected to the bottom wall 111, a portion of the bottom wall 111 protrudes toward the direction close to the air duct housing 12 to form a boss 111a (the back side of the boss 111a is shown in fig. 6), an air outlet 111b is disposed on the boss 111a, the boss 111a extends into the air duct 12a, and the air duct 12a is communicated with the accommodating cavity 11a through the air outlet 111 b.

The boss 111a can play a certain role in retaining water to better prevent water from penetrating into the air duct 12a from the gap between the case 11 and the air duct case 12.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 7, the air duct housing 12 has a second air duct wall 122 disposed on one side of the air duct 12a, and a plurality of air outlets 12b may be disposed on the second air duct wall 122. That is, the second duct wall 122 is provided with a plurality of relatively small-sized air outlets 12b for air outlet.
The purpose of providing the plurality of air outlets 12b on the second air duct wall 122 is to utilize the second air duct wall 122 to perform a certain water blocking function, so as to better avoid water flowing from the air outlets 12b into the air duct 12a.
In some embodiments, the second duct wall 122 may not be provided, that is, the portion of the duct housing 12 where the second duct wall 122 is provided may be directly opened to form the air outlet 12b.
